caractérisée en ce qu'
un levier de charge (50) susceptible de pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (51), susceptible de se déplacer dans la trajectoire de pivotement (19) du cliquet (30) après soulèvement du cliquet (30), empêche toute retombée du cliquet (30) dans le pêne tournant (20), et en ce que, sur le levier de charge (50), est exercé directement sur le levier de charge (50), du fait du pêne tournant (20) se déplaçant dans le sens de rotation d'ouverture (22), un couple de pivotement agissant dans le sens de pivotement (57), faisant que le levier de charge (50) est pivoté en une position, sortant de sa position de repos sur le cliquet (30) et située à distance du cliquet (30), position à laquelle la trajectoire de pivotement (19) du cliquet (30) est libre. - Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, après libération du pêne tournant (20) par la partie de fermeture (13), un signal de départ d'entraînement pour la partie d'entraînement (15) est susceptible d'être déclenché, la partie d'entraînement (15) mettant en mouvement l'élément d'actionnement (40) dans le sens de rotation (42).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que l'énergie d'entraînement de la partie d'entraînement (15) est susceptible être transmise, par l'intermédiaire d'un pignon (16), à une roue dentée (43), la roue dentée (43) étant reliée fonctionnellement à l'élément d'actionnement (40).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la roue dentée (43) ainsi que l'élément d'actionnement (40) présentent le même axe de rotation (41) et la roue dentée (43) ainsi que l'élément d'actionnement (40) sont reliés ensemble fonctionnellement en rotation, de préférence sont réalisés d'une seule pièce.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (40), servant d'auxiliaire à l'ouverture, se déplace dans le sens de rotation (42) et le pêne tournant (20) se déplace en sens de rotation (22) opposé lors du processus d'ouverture.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (40) servant d'auxiliaire à l'ouverture, lors de l'actionnement, vient se placer contre un bras de réglage (38) du cliquet (30) et écarte le cliquet (30), à l'encontre d'une force de rappel (F2), de la position d'encliquetage principale ou de la position de pré-encliquetage sur le pêne tournant (20).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le cliquet (30), après sortie de la position d'encliquetage principale ou de la position de pré-encliquetage sur le pêne tournant (20), est placé par l'élément d'actionnement (40) en une position de sur-course, faisant que le crochet d'encliquetage (34) du cliquet (30) est maintenu à une distance (h) vis-à-vis de la périphérie du pêne tournant (20).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la face d'actionnement (44), allant en grossissant radialement en évoluant dans le sens de rotation (42), de l'élément d'actionnement (40) atteint, avec le rayon (R1), l'éloignement maximal vis-à-vis de l'axe de rotation (41), faisant que le cliquet (30), à sa position de sur-course, présente la distance (h) maximale vis-à-vis du pêne tournant (20), et en ce que, lors de la continuation du déplacement de l'élément d'actionnement (40) dans le sens de rotation (42), le rayon (R2) de la face d'actionnement (44) reste inchangé.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que, sur le bras de réglage (38) du cliquet (30), du côté extrémité, est disposé l'élément de blocage (37) contre lequel, après sortie du cliquet (30), le tronçon de face de blocage (45) de l'élément d'actionnement (40) se déplace, lors de la rotation en sens inverse par rapport au sens de rotation (42).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de face de blocage (45), passé contre l'élément de blocage (37), déclenche un signal d'arrêt entraînement et/ou un signal de rappel de la transmission à la position de base.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le cliquet (30) comprend un autre bras (35) ayant une face de pressage (36) terminale, qui n'actionne un interrupteur de signal (17), qu'à la position existant lorsque le cliquet (30) se trouve sur le pêne tournant (20) dans l'encliquetage principal (26).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le cliquet (30), du fait d'une force élastique (F2), par un crochet d'encliquetage (34), pénètre dans l'encliquetage principal (26) ou dans le pré-encliquetage (25) du pêne tournant.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que - après sortie du cliquet (30) - le pêne tournant (20) est guidé, de sa position de pré-encliquetage ou bien depuis sa position d'encliquetage principale, au moyen de la force élastique (F1) agissant sur lui, automatiquement à sa position d'ouverture.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que, pour empêcher une retombée du cliquet (30) dans le pêne tournant (20), une saillie (54), chargée par une force élastique (F4), du levier de charge (50) bloque le bras de réglage (38), sortant par pivotement, du cliquet (30) et bloque ainsi la trajectoire de pivotement (19) du cliquet (30).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que le levier de charge (50) est déplaçable autour d'un axe de pivotement (51).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de pivotement (51) du levier de charge (50) est espacé de l'axe de rotation (41) de l'élément d'actionnement (40), sachant que le tourillon de rotation, constituant l'axe de rotation (41) de l'élément d'actionnement (40), s'engage dans un évidement (56) du levier de charge (50), sachant que l'évidement (56), de préférence présente une étendue longitudinale orientée selon le déplacement pivotant (57).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée en ce que le couple de pivotement, faisant sortir le levier de charge (50) de la position de repos, est provoqué par un épaulement (27) situé sur le pêne tournant (20), qui, dans ce cas, presse un tronçon périphérique (55) du levier de charge (50) dans le sens de pivotement (57).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisée en ce que le levier de charge (50) libérant le cliquet (30) se déplace dans le sens de pivotement (57), tandis que le pêne tournant (20) se déplace dans le sens de rotation (22) opposé.
