Definitions

  • the invention relates to an insert for a file folder for recording filing in the file folder.
  • Out DE 339 560 C is a file folder with integrally formed on the back cover "backsheets” with lid leaves known, of which the upper and lower cover sheet each has a Abheftlochung for attachment to the temples of the Aukavorraum the file folder.
  • the "back sheets” connect the cover sheets along the upper and lower edges of the file folder with this and have a spine width, each one the front cover and the back cover of the file folder spaced support surface, so that the file folder for receiving filing records for this as a whole forms a hinged shell.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide an insert for a file folder according to claim 1, which improves the handling of the file folder.
  • an insert for a file folder for receiving filing in the file folder which includes a hinged cover of two connected by a backsheet cover sheets.
  • a first cover sheet has at least one Abheftlochung for attachment to a bracket of the file folder.
  • the insert On a second cover sheet, the insert has an engagement surface for releasable attachment to a back cover of the file folder.
  • the backsheet connects the topsheets along the top or bottom edge of the file folder and has a backsheet width, which is a Front cover and the back cover of the file folder spaced support surface forms, so that a support along the transverse edge of the filable material is possible.
  • the leaves to be filed are supported by the backsheet. Even heavy containers do not hinder the insertion of the file into a slot.
  • the backsheet is formed stiff and has edge-side cover edges that form abutment surfaces for the front and back cover of the file. Due to the rigid design of the backsheet, a spacing between the front and back cover of the file folder is achieved, which leads to an even greater stability of the file folder in terms of footprint.
  • the front and back covers of the file bind to the stiff backsheet, but remain at a distance from the width of the backsheet.
  • a solid surface is formed, which in turn does not bend or only slightly under vertical load by filing records.
  • the cover sheets have a length transversely to the backsheet, which correspond to a partial length of the filable writing material, so that the material is reduced for use and the use is less expensive.
  • a further backsheet with a further cover sheet may be provided on one side of the sleeve opposite the filing device of the file folder.
  • the file folder can also have a dust cover at the edge. With a head, floor and edge use can achieve a nearly dustproof space in the file folder. A rand manufacturer also prevents filing in the file folder is damaged if the documents abuts when inserted into a slot on a present in the insertion path of the file folder obstacle.
  • the inserts can each be attached separately via individual attack surfaces or via a common attack surface on the back cover file folder.
  • the backsheet of the insert is aligned with a footprint of the file folder, so a maximum height of the filing can be achieved.
  • the documents can then reach to the edge of the file.
  • the suspension on the second cover sheet and the file folder via a positioning device can be aligned, for example, by the adjoining the backsheet end of the second cover sheet at the top or bottom edge of the file folder and the left edge of the first cover sheet on the fold line or the Joint line between the back and back cover of the file folder may be formed.
  • the suspension may be releasably connected to the top panel. Preferably, this connection is achieved by narrow severable connecting webs or by a releasable adhesive bond.
  • the shell can be glued in the region of the attack surface of the second cover sheet on the inner wall surface of the back cover of the file folder.
  • the shell has a positioning device.
  • the adhesive surface of the second cover sheet can be aligned over the adjoining the backsheet end of the second cover sheet on the head or foot side edge of the file folder and the left edge of the second cover sheet at the fold line or joint line between the back and back cover of the file. If the envelope with the positioning device has a left edge, which extends to the folding line between the back and back cover of the file folder, the file folder receives due to the thickness of the second cover sheet additional stability, since a folding of the back toward the back cover reinforced prevented becomes.
  • the insert is preferably made in one piece from an easily editable and inexpensive material and a few millimeters, preferably 1 to 3 millimeters, particularly preferably 1 millimeter thick.
  • the insert in the region of the backsheet preferably extends substantially over the entire width of the back cover of the file folder.
  • the backsheet is present only in a portion of the remote from the filing device of the file folder side to support the area that sags mostly due to the leverage effect of the filable material.
  • the second cover sheet is rigidly formed with the engagement surface to provide a voltage applied to the rear cover of the file folder area with which a secure attachment is possible.
  • a stiff trained Area such as cardboard or plastic, better suited for easy installation of the insert in the file folder.
  • the first cover sheet is preferably rigid, for example made of cardboard or a harder plastic, designed to achieve a simple filing of the insert on the bracket and thus to ensure better handling.
  • the Abheftlochung rips in a more educated material not so easy.
  • the hinge line region In order to ensure a simple bending between the first cover sheet and the backsheet or the second cover sheet and the backsheet, there is a hinge line region between the first cover sheet and the backsheet and / or between the second cover sheet and the backsheet. This specifies the kinks between the first cover sheet and the backsheet and the second cover sheet and the backsheet.
  • the hinge line regions preferably run parallel to the edge of the front and back covers of the file folder in order to ensure horizontal support of the filing material to be filed.
