Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Auftriebshilfe für Wasserfahrzeuge in Seenot mit wenigstens einem Schwimmsack zur Verwendung in einem Wasserfahrzeug.
  • Die Erfindung geht von der Patentschrift US 4,232,417 A aus. Diese betrifft eine Auftriebshilfe für Tiere mittels eines zeitgesteuerten Gasgenerators zum Aufblasen eines Schwimmsackes. Die gesamte Vorrichtung ist an einem Meerestier befestigt. Der Schwimmsack ist an einem Aufnahmekörper befestigt, wobei eine Gasflasche mit vorgespanntem Gas mit dem Aufnahmekörper verbunden ist und die Gasflasche in den Schwimmsack ragt. Aufgrund der kleinen Abmessungen der Gasflasche ist diese durch die Kederöffnung ohne weiteres montierbar.
  • Aus der DE 197 47 359 A ist ein Schwimmsack an der Schiffswand eines Schiffes bekannt, dessen Aufnahmekörper an seiner Außenseite eine gewölbte Außenfläche zur Formgebung des Schwimmsackes aufweist.
  • Aus der EP 0 919 460 B1 der Anmelderin ist eine Auftriebshilfe für Wasserfahrzeuge in Seenot mit wenigstens einem Schwimmsack bekannt. Im Inneren des Wasserfahrzeuges sind Schwimmsäcke angeordnet, die jeweils durch eine Gasquelle aufblasbar sind. Die Schwimmsäcke sind mit dem Wasserfahrzeug durch eine Fesselung verbunden, wobei jeder Schwimmsack separat mit einer externen Gasquelle verbunden ist.
  • Aus der FR 878 980 ist eine Auftriebshilfe für Wasserfahrzeuge mit wenigstens einem Schwimmsack gemäß dem einleitenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 bekannt, wobei der Schwimmsack durch einen innerhalb des Schwimmsacks liegenden Gasgenerator aufblasbar ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den Schwimmsack mit einem eigenen Gasgenerator so auszubilden, dass der Gasgenerator im Inneren des Schwimmsackes in einfacher Weise zu montieren ist.
  • Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe entsprechend den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der Schwimmsack mit einem aufklappbaren Lappen versehen. Durch diesen erfolgt die Montage des Gasgenerators und des Aufnahmekörpers. Der Lappen verschließt eine Öffnung und ist mit dem Basissack fest und gasdicht verbindbar.
  • Durch die Ansprüche 2 bis 4 ist gewährleistet, dass der Schwimmsack im aufgeblasenen Zustand an der Befestigungsstelle möglichst kleine bzw. keine Schubspannungen aufweist, sondern nur Zugspannungen. Kritische Bruchzonen des Schwimmsackes werden dadurch vermieden.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigt:

  • An der Innenwand 1 eines Wasserfahrzeuges 3 ist an einer Montageplatte 5 ein Basiskörper 7 über eine pyrotechnisch auslösbare Trennschraube 9 mit der Montageplatte 5 fest verbunden.
  • In einem Hohlraum 11 des Basiskörpers 7 ist neben der Trennschraube 9 ein aufgewickeltes Seil 13 gelagert. Das Seil 13 ist sowohl mit der Montageplatte 5 als auch mit dem Basiskörper 7 verbunden.

  • In einem weiteren Hohlraum 15 des Basiskörpers 7 liegt ein zylindrischer Zapfen 17 eines Aufnahmekörpers 19.
  • In einer teilzylindrischen Wanne 21 mit entsprechend gewölbter Außenfläche 22 ist ein zylindrischer Gasgenerator 23 befestigt.
  • Ein Packsack 25 hüllt sowohl einen zusammengefalteten Schwimmsack 27 als auch den darin angeordneten Gasgenerator 23 ein. Der Packsack 25 ist bei 29 unterhalb eines aufgeweiteten Abschnitts 31 des Basiskörpers 7 wasser- und gasdicht an dem Basiskörper 7 befestigt.
  • In einer Ausnehmung 33 ist ein Keder 35 des Schwimmsackes 27 gelagert. Die Ausnehmung 33 ist durch entsprechende Kehlnuten 37, 38 am Basiskörper 7 und am Aufnahmekörper 19 gebildet.
  • Zur Montage des Aufnahmekörpers 19 wird dieser durch eine Öffnung 50 am oberen Ende des Schwimmsackes 27 eingeführt und in die Öffnung 18 bis zum Anschlag am Keder 35 gesteckt. Der Keder 35 liegt dann in der Kehlnut 38. Anschließend wird der Basiskörper 7 in einfacher Weise in Richtung des Pfeiles 65 auf den zylindrischen Zapfen 17 des Aufnahmekörpers 19 bis zum Anschlag am Keder 35 aufgeschoben.
  • Der Keder 35 liegt in Zugrichtung 67 des Schwimmsackes 27 formschlüssig an den ringförmigen Nasen 36, 39 an. Zwischen den Nasen 36, 39 ist ein Ringspalt 42. Im Ringspalt 42 liegt mit seitlichem Spiel der Schwimmsack 27. Frei von Querkräften, siehe Pfeil 69, liegt der Schwimmsack 27 im Ringspalt 42.
  • Der Zapfen 17 und der Basiskörper 7 sind durch eine entsprechende Passung fest miteinander verbunden. Es können auch sonstige Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen sein.
  • Sowohl der Abschnitt 61 des gefalteten Schwimmsackes 27 als auch der genannte Abschnitt 61 des vollständig aufgeblasenen Schwimmsackes 27 liegen formschlüssig in der in Figur 2 gezeigten Ebene an der gewölbten Außenfläche 22 an als auch in der um 90° versetzten Ebene an den Radien 43 des Gasgenerators 23, siehe Figur 1. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass im aufgeblasenen Zustand des Schwimmsackes 27 an der Befestigungsstelle möglichst kleine bzw. keine Schubspannungen auftreten, sonder nur Zugspannungen. Kritische Bruchzonen des Schwimmsackes 27 werden dadurch vermieden.
  • Funktionsablauf:
  • Zur Verdrängung des Wassers im Innenraum 2 wird der Gasgenerator 23 elektrisch gezündet. Der noch gefaltete Schwimmsack 27 beginnt sich mit Gas zu füllen und dehnt schließlich den Packsack 25 soweit aus, bis dieser an einer nicht gezeichneten Sollbruchstelle bricht und den Schwimmsack 27 frei gibt. Das Gas des Gasgenerators 23 tritt an einer Öffnung 41 des Gasgenerators 23 aus und tritt unmittelbar in den Schwimmsack 27 ein.
  • Aufgrund des zunehmenden Gasvolumens des Schwimmsackes 27 birst der Packsack 25 und der Schwimmsack 27 entfaltet sich bis zu seiner gezeichneten Endgröße. Das Wasser wird entsprechend verdrängt und der Auftrieb durch den gefüllten Schwimmsack 27 bewirkt.
  • Nach etwa 0,2 Sek. wird die Trennschraube 9 elektrisch gezündet und gibt den Basiskörper 7 frei. Der Schwimmsack 27 steigt mit diesem auf und wird durch das Seil 13 gehalten.
  • Wesentlich ist für die Befestigung des Schwimmsacks 27, dass ab dem Keder 35 der Schwimmsack 27 durch die Außenfläche 22 der teilzylindrischen Wanne 21 geführt wird. Schwankungen des Schwimmsackes 27 oder extreme Lageänderungen des Schwimmsackes 27 führen zu keinen Knicken am Schwimmsack 27. Dazu trägt auch der zylindrische Gasgenerator 23 - siehe Figur 1 - als auch die Radien 43, 45 am Gasgenerator 23 bei.
  • Zur Montage des Gasgenerators 23 und des Aufnahmekörpers 19 ist der Schwimmsack 27 mit einem aufklappbaren Lappen 49 versehen. Dieser überdeckt eine Öffnung 50. Der überstehende Lappen 51 ist mit dem Basissack 47 fest und gasdicht verbunden.

Claims (4)

  1. Auftriebshilfe für Wasserfahrzeuge in Seenot, mit wenigstens einem Schwimmsack (27) zur Verwendung in einem Wasserfahrzeug (3), wobei der Schwimmsack (27) durch einen Gasgenerator (23) aufblasbar ist,
    der Schwimmsack (27) mit dem Wasserfahrzeug (3) durch eine Fesselung (13) verbindbar ist,
    der Schwimmsack (27) über einen Keder (35) mit einem Aufnahmekörper (19) verbunden ist,
    der Gasgenerator (23) innerhalb des Schwimmsackes (27) ist und mit dem Aufnahmekörper (19) verbunden ist,
    der Keder (35) des Schwimmsackes (27) durch eine zweiteilige Verbindung (7, 17) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig am Aufnahmekörper (19) gas- und wasserdicht festgelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Schwimmsack (27) eine durch einen Lappen (49) verschließbare Öffnung (50) aufweist, wobei diese Öffnung (50) im Bereich der geringsten Spannungen des aufgeblasenen Schwimmsackes (27) liegt.
  2. Auftriebshilfe nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Aufnahmekörper (19) einen Zapfen (17) mit einer Kehlnut (38) aufweist und ein, auf den Zapfen (17) aufschiebbarer Basiskörper (7) eine diese ergänzende Kehlnut (37) oder Anschlagfläche (39) für den Keder (35) besitzt.
  3. Auftriebshilfe nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Aufnahmekörper (19) an seiner Außenseite (22) wenigstens in einer Ebene eine gewölbte Außenfläche (22) zur Formgebung des Schwimmsackes (27) aufweist.
  4. Auftriebshilfe nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Gasgenerator (23) durch Radien (43, 45) kantenfrei ist.
