Claims (7)

  1. Système pour faire fonctionner de manière sûre des trains ferroviaires circulant sur des voies ferrées,
    dans lequel pour assurer le suivi du train au moins une voie de communication est formée, établie et sécurisée au moyen d'un procédé de sécurité appartenant au dispositif d'arrêt automatique des trains et dans lequel on redéfait la voie de communication après l'avoir utilisée,
    dans lequel le dispositif d'arrêt automatique des trains communique aux trains la voie de communication sécurisée établie au moyen du procédé de sécurité,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'on prévoit pour tous les trains, pour l'affectation univoque de voies de communication et de trains, une gestion commune de voie de communication pour des dispositifs d'arrêt automatique de train ayant des procédés de sécurité différents, la gestion des voies de communication
    - n'étant pas réservé à des parties de voies ferrées appartenant à une autre voie de communication,
    - formant respectivement en fonction du procédé de sécurité une voie de communication à partir des parties de voies ferrées réservées,
    - faisant établir et sécuriser la voie de communication et
    - redéfaisant la voie de communication formée.
  2. Système suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que des parties de voies ferrées devenant disponibles pour un trajet sont utilisées pour la formation d'autres voies de communication.
  3. Système suivant la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'un des dispositifs d'arrêt automatique de trains est constitué sous la forme d'un dispositif d'arrêt automatique de trains en forme de ligne, dans lequel la communication a lieu bidirectionnellement avec un train équipé en conséquence respectivement lors du passage devant la ligne du dispositif d'arrêt automatique des trains.
  4. Système suivant la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le procédé de sécurité pour la formation de la voie de communication comprend le procédé Fixed-Block en utilisant des parties à indication libre et/ou des parties virtuelles, le procédé Moving-Block en utilisant des indications de localisation de train ainsi que des formes mixtes du procédé Fixed-Block et du procédé Moving-Block.
  5. Système suivant la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'un des dispositifs d'arrêt automatique de train comprend un poste d'aiguillage ayant un itinéraire, le poste d'aiguillage provoquant l'établissement de l'itinéraire lorsque la voie de communication correspond à l'itinéraire établi et le procédé de sécurité appartenant au poste d'aiguillage étant activé pour l'itinéraire établi et l'itinéraire étant signalé au moyen d'un signal lumineux au train en tant que voie de communication sécurisée.
  6. Système suivant la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le service du poste d'aiguillage s'effectue au moyen de la gestion de voie de communication.
  7. Système suivant la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une localisation du train du côté de la voie, localisation qui annule pas à pas la voie de communication réservée au moyen d'indications libres.
