Titel: Mechanische Feststellvorrichtung
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine mechanische Feststellvorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
Eine mechanische Feststellvorrichtung für Gleitschienentürschließer ist aus der DE 100 08 856 C2 bekannt.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, eine mechanische Feststellvorrichtung für einen Gleitschienentürschließer zu schaffen, die einfach aufgebaut und wartungsfreundlich ist und trotzdem nur geringe Abmessungen aufweist.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der mechanischen Feststellvor- richtung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der mechanischen Feststellvorrichtung ergeben sich aus nachfolgender Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispieles anhand der einzigen Figur 1.
Gleiche oder gleichwirkende Bauteile sind in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
Eine erfindungsgemäße mechanische Feststellvorrichtung 5 wird für eine mit einem Gleitschienentürschließer ausgestatteten Tür verwendet, wobei der Türschließer, einen Schwenkarm umfasst, der einerends an einer Abtriebswelle des Türschließers angeschlossen ist und andererends mittels einer Befestigung 3 drehbar an einem in einer Gleitschiene 1 verschiebba- ren Gleitstückes 2 gelagert ist. Derartige Gleitschienentürschließer und die zugehörige Gleitschiene 1 eignen sich insbesondere für den verdeckten Einbau innerhalb einer Tür oder Zarge. Feststellvorrichtungen werden benutzt, um die Tür im Bedarfsfall längerfristig in einer definierten Offenstellung zu halten und somit die automatische Schließbewegung eines Türschließers zu unterbrechen.
Die Feststellvorrichtung 5 ist innerhalb der Gleitschiene 1 angeordnet, wobei ein Grundkörper 6 mittels Befestigungsschrauben 7 in seiner Position klemmend verstellbar und festsetzbar ist. An dem Grundkörper 6 ist ein L- förmig ausgebildeter und drehgelagerter Betätigungsarm 14 angeordnet, an dessen freien Ende eine um eine Achse 15 drehbare Rolle 16 vorhanden ist. Der Betätigungsarm 14 ist darüber hinaus von einer Feder 10 beaufschlagt, wodurch der Betätigungsarm 14 gegen einen Anschlag 20 gedrückt wird. Die Feder 10 ist an dem Grundkörper 6 angeordnet, wobei ein an der Feder 10 befindlicher Stößel 11 mit seiner Stößelspitze 13 gegen eine Fläche 21 am Betätigungsarm 14 anliegt. Die Feder 10 erstreckt sich in axialer Richtung der Gleitschiene 1 , wobei die Federkraft der Feder 10 durch eine stufenlose Federverstellung 8 einstellbar ist. Dabei ist die Feder 10 mittels einer Schraube im Grundkörper 6 spann- oder entspannbar. Die maximal einstellbare Federkraft wird durch einen Anschlag 9 am Grundkörper 6 definiert.
An dem freien Ende des Gleitstückes 2 befindet sich ein Rastvorsprung 4 mit einer frontseitig ausgebildeten Anlaufschräge 18 und einer dahinter ausgebildeten Ausnehmung 19. Das Gleitstück 2 besteht vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, wobei zumindest bereichsweise der Rastvorsprung 4 mit Kunststoff ummantelt ist. Der Rastvorsprung 4 ist aus einem hochfesten Werkstoff gefertigt. Bei einer Feststellung einer Tür läuft das Gleitstück 2 mit seinem Rastvorsprung 4 gegen die Rolle 16 des Betätigungsarmes 14. Der Rastvorsprung 4 drückt den Betätigungsarm 14 gegen die Wirkung der Feder 10 drehend um die Achse 17 aus seiner Ruheposition heraus. Die Rolle 16 des Betätigungsarmes 14 läuft dabei entlang der Anlaufschrägen 18 und verrastet abschließend in der Ausnehmung 19 des Rastvorsprunges 4. Somit ist der Türschließer und damit die Tür festgestellt.
Die Entrastung erfolgt durch Aufbringen einer hinreichend großen Kraft, um die Rolle 16 des Betätigungsarmes 14 aus der Ausnehmung 19 des Rastvorsprunges 4 herauszudrücken. Das Gleitstück 2 ist dann frei und wird von der Rückstellkraft des Türschließers verfahren. Der Betätigungsarm 14 der Feststellvorrichtung 5 wird nach dem Ausschwenken aus der Ausnehmung 19 durch die Feder 10 in seine Ruheposition gedrückt, wobei er in Anlage zum Anschlag 20 kommt.
Die vorstehende Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispieles dient nur zu illustrativen Zwecken und nicht zum Zwecke der Beschränkung der Erfindung. Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind verschiedene Änderungen und Modifikationen möglich, ohne den Umfang der Erfindung sowie ihrer Äquivalente zu verlassen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Mechanische Feststellvorrichtung für eine mit einem T rschließer ausgestatteten Tür, wobei der Türschließer ein Gleitschienentürschließer ist, der einen Schwenkarm umfasst, der einerends an einer Abtriebswelle des Türschließers angeschlossen ist und andererends drehgelagert an einem in einer Gleitschiene (1) verschiebbaren Gleitstückes (2) befestigt ist, mit einer innerhalb der Gleitschiene (1) angeordneten Feststellvorrichtung (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Feststellvorrichtung (5) ein drehgelagerter Betätigungsarm (14) vorhanden ist, dessen freies Ende mit einem an dem Gleitstück (2) befindlichen Rastvorsprung (4) zusammenwirkt.
2. Mechanische Feststellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem freien Ende des Rastvorsprunges (4) eine Anlaufschräge (18) vorhanden ist.
3. Mechanische Feststellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem freien Ende des Betätigungsarmes (14) eine drehbare Rolle (16) vorhanden ist, die bei festgestellter Tür in eine Ausnehmung (19) des Rastvorsprunges (4) eingreift.
4. Mechanische Feststellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsarm (14) durch einen Stößel (11), der durch eine Feder (10) beaufschlagt ist, gegen einen Anschlag (20) gedrückt wird. - 7 -
12. Mechanische Feststellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschiene (1) innerhalb einer Tür oder Zarge verdeckt eingebaut ist.
