Definitions

  • the invention relates to a multi-pole electrical connection connector used in a mounting opening of a housing wall of an electrical device for connecting the electrical device to a supply line.
  • connection connector is used, for example, for connecting electrical devices of a domestic installation system, in particular for connecting a luminaire element in a luminaire field.
  • a luminaire field is understood to be a combination of a plurality of luminaire elements via a common supply line.
  • the individual lighting elements are usually connected via associated connection contacts electrically conductive to the supply line. These connection contacts are connected via the multipolar connection connector to the supply line.
  • the connection connector is usually arranged in the immediate vicinity of a lamp element and connects the lamp element and an incoming supply line and an outgoing supply line electrically conductive with each other.
  • the connection of the luminaire element can also be designed as a branch from the supply line through the connection connector.
  • connection connector comprises a plug top part and a plug bottom part which is fastened to the inside of a housing wall of a luminaire element and has conductor connections which are electrically connected to connection contacts of the luminaire element.
  • the connector shell has a plug distributor in the manner of a through connector. For this purpose, an incoming supply line and a Outgoing supply line connected to the provided conductor connections of the plug distributor.

  • the protective housing has a housing wall with a plurality of mounting openings. Through the mounting holes connecting parts can be connected to the busbar.
  • the mounting openings covering contact protection tongues are provided against a spring element. If a connection part is to be introduced into the housing through the mounting opening, the contact protection tongues are simply longitudinally displaced along the housing wall against the pressure of a spring element and thus release the mounting opening.
  • the contact protection tabs protect the operator from accidentally touching the. Busbar. However, if the connection part is introduced into the housing wall, the contact protection tongue is in its inactive position and no longer has a protective effect.
  • a plug-socket combination in which the sockets are arranged in a housing.
  • the bushes are in this case at right angles to a mounted in the housing wall of the housing mounting opening.
  • the mounting opening is initially covered by a spring-mounted cover plate.
  • the cover plate is simply pressed into the housing opening so far, so that the right angles to the housing opening extending socket contacts are released for insertion of the connector pins.
  • the cover acts only when disconnected plug and closes the case against accidental contact. As soon as the plug is connected to the supply line, the plug pins and the sockets are completely covered by the plug itself, so that there is no danger of touching live plug pins.

Since the guide plate is equal to the support plate, and the guide plate is to be displaceable perpendicular to the support plate, the guide pin protruding perpendicularly from the support plate ensures a stable retention of the guide track of the guide plate in the vertical direction. Guide pin and guide eye thus form a longitudinal guide for the guide plate and thus also for the entire locking plate on the guide pin.
  • the measures proposed in claims 9 and 10 serve to further improve the leadership of the guide plate in the vertical direction. While the guide pin guides the guide plate centrally in its center, act on the edges of the support plate arranged, also preferably perpendicularly protruding from the support plate cheeks edge-side guidance of the guide plate. The inner sides of the cheeks thus form guide surfaces for the edge regions of the guide plate.

  • the resiliently designed handlebars on the guide plate ensure a particularly rich concern of the guide plate edges on the cheek inner surfaces when moving the guide plate or the locking plate. In addition, they lock the guide plate by engaging behind the locking teeth in the locking position of the locking plate.
  • the cheeks formed on the support plate underside have locking elements on the outer surfaces facing away from the inner sides of the cheeks. These locking elements are designed such that they form with the support plate a groove for fixing the connection connector in the housing wall such that the opening edge of the mounting opening engages in the final assembly of the connection connector in the mounting opening of the housing wall in the groove between the locking elements and the support plate. Claim 11 thus teaches a latching connection of the connection connector with the housing wall.
