Definitions
- the invention relates to a hoist with a Abschalt driven and with an acting on the support means holding part, which actuates the disconnecting device, wherein the holding part comprises an actuating part for actuating the disconnecting device, the actuating part relative to the holding part in the pulling direction of the support means between an upper rest position and a lower stop position is slidably mounted, at least one elastic element between the actuating part and the holding part is arranged, wherein the holding part is part of a lower flanges, which comprises a guide wheel for the support means.
- Such a hoist is from the US-A-2778506 known, which corresponds to the preamble of claim 1.
- the hoist has a shut-off device, the holding part is formed as part of a lower block.
- the lower block is provided with a deflection wheel for the suspension element.
- the holding part cooperates with an actuating part and disposed thereon leg-like sleeves.
- the operating part does not overlap in the pulling direction of the support means, the holding part, but only the leg-like arranged on the operating part sleeves.
- the actuating part has only lateral recesses for the passage of the support means. These recesses are open at the side. Seen from above, the actuating part has an H-shaped cross section. Accordingly, the recesses do not guide the suspension element and do not completely surround the suspension elements transversely to its direction of pull.
- Such hoists are used for lifting and lowering loads by means of load-bearing means such as ropes or chains attached hooks.
- the load hook is usually arranged rotatably in a load hook receptacle of a holding part.
- the support means are non-positively connected via a Tragstoffbefestist with the holding part or the load hook receptacle in the holding part.
- the attachment of the suspension element involves one or more deflection wheels, such as, for example, pocket wheels for chains around which the respective suspension element is deflected.
- a limit switch for electric hoists is known, which is arranged at the end position of the stroke, so on the underside of the hoist, so that the holding part of the tension member or the hook or the bottom block when reaching the end position, the limit switch is actuated and so the power to Drive shuts off.
- the holding part still performs a certain trailing movement after actuation of the limit switch, which comes from the delay of the shutdown of the drive and its wake. Due to this caster, the holding part moves to the underside of the hoist and thus loads it unintentionally. Further, in a large caster, the support means is stretched and loaded the transmission, since the holding part is stationary when applied to the underside of the hoist, but the drive still moves briefly and so "pulls" on the support means.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a further hoist, in which the loads of the hoist, the suspension element or the transmission during hunting are further reduced or eliminated. Furthermore, the hoist should have no potential danger points and have protection against contamination of the shutdown device.
- the holding part comprises an actuating part for actuating the disconnecting device, which is mounted displaceably relative to the holding part in the pulling direction of the support means, it is possible the loads of the hoist, the suspension means or the Further reduce transmission when running, since the overtravel is compensated by the displacement of the operating part.
- the operating part in the form of a sleeve-shaped casing ensures protection for the holding part.
- the retaining part may be part of a lower block, which comprises a deflection wheel, for example a pocket wheel for the suspension element.
- the support means passes through the actuating member off-center, but in a plane with the guide wheel in two places, thus has an "input” and an "output", which are aligned with the steering wheel.
- the operating part not only adjoins the holding part but partially overlaps the operating part with the holding part in the pulling direction of the carrying means. Potential danger spots are thus covered even more safely.
- the actuating part surrounds at least one opening for the implementation of the support means and has the support means transversely to the pulling direction completely. This bell-shaped or sleeve-shaped form of the actuating part facilitates the overlapping of the danger points.
- the actuating part relative to the holding part in the pulling direction of the support means is slidably mounted between an upper rest position and a lower stop position.
- the upper rest position represents the "normal" position of the operating part. In her, the operating part relative to the holding part is maximally displaced or extended.
- the height of the unit holding part operating part is formed by the sum of the individual heights of the holding part and the operating part minus their overlap. So she is in the upper resting position so maximum.
- the lower stop position corresponds to the position of the actuating part after complete or maximum displacement of the actuating part relative to the holding part.
- operating part and holding part largely overlap.
- This position of the operating part is created by its displacement relative to the holding part, for example, when hitting the underside of the hoist and overcoming the caster track and a safety reserve.
- the height of the unit Holding part actuating part is minimal in this position due to the extensive overlap.
- the actuating part projects in the upper rest position on the holding part in the pulling direction of the support means, ie upwards out.
- the operating part for example, actuate a limit switch for switching off the hoist, as shown in the CH 423 149 and the DE 100 14 913 A1 is known.
- the distance between the upper rest position and the lower stop position of the actuating part corresponds at least to the overtravel of the support means. Then the hoist is not loaded because, for example, the load hook does not hit the hoist or the free end is loaded. For safety reasons, however, the distance will be greater and include a safety margin.
- the operating part should therefore be made displaceable relative to the holding part by an amount between 1 cm and 10 cm, as these are the sizes of conventional trailing paths.
- the hoist comprises elastic elements, in particular spring elements, which supply the actuation force for the disconnection device. Furthermore, it is achieved that the operating part always in the output, d. H. in the upper position, as soon as it is unloaded. Thus, the optimal compensation of the trailing movement is always ensured.
- the spring elements are preferably arranged between the holding part and the casing and are tensioned when the actuating part is displaced in the direction of travel relative to the holding part downwards.
- the elastic elements are arranged between the operating part and the holding part in such a way that a contact between the elastic elements and the support means is avoided.
- the elastic elements in particular the spring elements, no wear by the suspension means, especially by the chain, subjected.
- the elastic elements are supported with one end in the region of the load hook receptacle on the holding part and with the other end to the load hook facing edge of the sleeve-shaped actuating member and the elastic elements both in the upper rest position and in the lower Stop position are covered to the outside of the holding part or the operating part.
- the elastic elements are not freely accessible from the outside and do not pose a potential danger point. Furthermore, they do not come into direct contact with the environment, so that they are largely protected against contamination. Thus, a greater reliability is given.
- the elastic elements or spring elements can be dimensioned smaller and therefore made more cost-effective, since the suspension elements are no longer guided through the elastic elements or spring elements, as is otherwise customary.
- the actuating part is made of plastic.
- the bottom block 1 comprises a pocket wheel 5 arranged in the holding part 3 and thus between the halves of the holding part 3 and mounted in the halves, as well as a chain 9 which is deflected over it.
- the chain 9 enters the chain through a chain opening 7 Operating part 4, is guided around the pocket wheel 5 and exits through a further chain opening 8 from the operating part 4.
- the chain openings 7 and 8 each have an approximately cross-shaped cross-section and thus also serve for chain guidance and unbundling.
- the actuating part 4 of the lower bottle 1 is slidably mounted and fixed to the holding part 3 in the pulling direction of the load hook 2.
- the slot 13 is in this case aligned with its longitudinal extent in the direction of displacement of the actuating part 4.
- the lower stop position B is in FIG. 3 represented and corresponds to the position of the actuating part 4 after complete or maximum displacement of the actuating part 4 relative to the holding part 3.
- This cover operating part 4 and holding part 3 substantially.
- This position of the operating part 4 is created by displacement relative to the holding part 3 by hitting the shutdown device on the underside of the hoist and overcoming the overrun path including a safety reserve.
- the height of the unit holding part 3 - operating part 4 - load hook 2 is minimal in this position due to the extensive overlap.
- the difference in height between the two positions corresponds to the trailing path of the lower block 1, this still executes after actuation of the defeat by striking the operating part 4 until it finally comes to a standstill plus a safety reserve.
- the stop position B is therefore not reached during normal operation of the hoist.
- the actuator 4 will assume a position between the two positions A and B after displacement in normal operation.
- the lower block 1 Upon impact of the operating part 4 on the turn-off device such as a plunger push-button actuator is turned off by pressing the switch. Due to the caster of the drive, the lower block 1 thus carries out a movement in the stroke direction for a certain time so that it travels the caster path. In this case, the actuating member 4 is then further "pushed" from the rest position A on the holding part 3 and reaches, depending on the length of the follow-up path, a position between the rest position A and the stop position B.
- the turn-off device such as a plunger push-button actuator
- the lower block 1 comprises springs 10, which provide the operating force for the switch of the cut-off device. Furthermore, it is achieved that the actuating part 4 always in the starting, d. H. is in the upper position A, as soon as it is unloaded, since the springs 10, the actuating part 4 and the holding part 3 apart.
- the actuating part 4 is divided as well as the holding part 3 of the lower block in two halves, which are assembled after insertion of the pocket wheel 5, the load hook 2 and so on.
- the load hook 2 is fixed in on the holding part 3 via a load hook receptacle 6, wherein it is rotatable about its own axis.
- the holding part 3 in the lower part of a corresponding recess 11, in which the head of the load hook 2, including pivot bearing and cover is used.
- the operating part 4 has no supporting function. It only serves to guide the chain 9 and the suspension means and the compensation of the trailing movement and the shutdown of the lifting drive.
