Claims (24)
- Dispositif de fermeture assistée (41) d'un volet (10) ouvert ou d'une porte contre la carrosserie (11) d'un véhicule,
comprenant une serrure qui en position ouverte débloque une pièce de fermeture et la saisit en position de fermeture,
un moyen d'assistance à la fermeture entraîné par un moteur
et au moins un capteur qui allume et/ou éteint le moteur lorsque le volet et/ou la porte se trouvent dans une position précise,
sachant que
le moyen (20) d'assistance à la fermeture se compose d'un dispositif d'assistance à la fermeture en deux parties (20 ; 20'),
dont une partie (12) ou (50) est agencée contre la carrosserie (11) et dont l'autre partie (50) ou (12) est agencée contre le volet (10) ou la porte du véhicule,
une partie active du dispositif d'assistance à la fermeture (20 ; 20') se compose d'une paire de leviers (50) motorisés mobiles, dont un levier (23) présente un crochet (26),
tandis qu'une nervure fixe (12) forme l'autre partie, passive, du dispositif d'assistance à la fermeture (20 ; 20'),
le moteur (15) peut déplacer le crochet (26), par rapport à la nervure (12), aussi bien entre une position d'engrènement (26.2) et une position débloquée (26.1) qu'entre une position basse (31.1) et une position haute (31.2),
caractérisé en ce que
la paire de leviers (50) se compose d'un levier principal (22) pivotant, au moins dans le cas normal, en appui (19) fixe sur palier, et d'un levier auxiliaire (23) en appui rotatif (31) contre le levier principal (22).
le moteur (15) entraîne une came de commande principale (28) agissant sur le levier principal (22) et une came de commande auxiliaire (29) interagissant avec le levier auxiliaire (23),
le crochet (26) est en assise contre le levier auxiliaire (23), et en ce que la came de commande auxiliaire (19) le fait tourner, par rapport à la nervure (12), entre la position d'engrènement (26.2) et la position débloquée (26.1)
et qu'en cas d'entraînement la came de commande principale (28) fait pivoter le levier principal, et en ce que le palier pivotant (31) du levier auxiliaire (23) pivote lui aussi (42) entre la position basse (31.1) et la position haute (31.2). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paire de leviers (50) et le moteur (20) sont agencés dans un boîtier (21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la came de commande principale (28) et la came de commande auxiliaire (29) sont agencées coaxialement et entraînées (35) de façon conforme par le moteur (15).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'assistance à la fermeture (20 ; 20') est agencé à côté de la serrure et de sa pièce de fermeture dans le véhicule.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie active (50, 15) du dispositif d'assistance à la fermeture (20 ; 20') est intégrée dans la serrure, et en ce que la partie passive (12) du dispositif d'assistance à la fermeture (20 ; 20') est intégré dans la partie fermeture de la serrure.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (12) du moyen d'assistance à la fermeture (20) est agencée séparément de la partie fermeture de la serrure.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (12) du moyen d'assistance à la fermeture (20) est intégrée dans la partie fermeture de la serrure.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie fermeture de la serrure officie simultanément de nervure (12) du moyen d'assistance à la fermeture (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un entraînement permet d'inverser le déplacement de la serrure entre sa position de fermeture et sa position d'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que lorsque le palier tournant (31) du levier auxiliaire (23) se trouve en position haute (31.2), le crochet (26) prend sa position d'engrènement (26.2) par rapport à la nervure (12), tandis que la serrure se trouve sur sa position de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que dans la position de fermeture, la serrure retient le volet (10) et/ou la porte contre la carrosserie à la place du moyen d'assistance à la fermeture (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la serrure se trouve en position fermée, le moteur (15) continue de déplacer la paire de leviers (50), jusqu'à ce que le palier tournant (31) du levier auxiliaire (23) au niveau du levier principal (22) soit ramené par pivotement de sa position haute (31.2) sur sa position basse (31.1),
en ce que le crochet (26), pendant cette poursuite du mouvement, tourne en arrière et quitte sa position d'engrènement (26.2) pour regagner sa position débloquée (26.1) et qu'ensuite un capteur éteint le moteur (15). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif manuel d'actionnement d'urgence (33) attaque le levier auxiliaire (23), dispositif manuel à l'aide duquel, en cas de défaillance de l'entraînement (15, 17, 18), de la source d'électricité et/ou de la commande électrique, on peut ouvrir le volet (10) et/ou la porte.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le levier auxiliaire (23) comporte un bras supplémentaire (27) contre lequel attaquent les moyens de traction (33) du dispositif d'actionnement d'urgence.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le levier auxiliaire (23) présente un bras de commande (24) qui interagit avec la came de commande auxiliaire (29).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le levier principal (22) possède un bras de commande (36) qui interagit avec la came de commande principale (28).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que le bras de commande (24) du levier auxiliaire (23) et/ou le bras de commande (36) du levier principal (22) se trouvent sous contrainte ressort en direction de la came de commande auxiliaire (29) et/ou de la came de commande principale (28).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le levier principal (22) et le levier auxiliaire (23) se trouvent sous l'effet d'une contrainte ressort commune.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le levier auxiliaire (23) présente un bras de réglage (25) à l'extrémité libre duquel le crochet (26) se trouve en assise.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'assistance à la fermeture (20) présente une protection (protection anti-coincement) empêchant de coincer des objets entre le volet et la porte d'une part, et la carrosserie du véhicule d'autre part.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que dans le moyen d'assistance à la fermeture (20') le palier pivotant (49) du levier principal (22) est ouvert dans le sens opposé au mouvement de fermeture,
en ce que le levier principal (22) dans la zone de son palier pivotant (49) présente une contrainte ressort (51) qui dans le cas normal positionne sur un endroit fixe l'extrémité (44) du palier du levier principal (22) dans le palier pivotant (49), mais qui en cas de coincement le déplace (54) dans le palier pivotant (49). - Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de l'extrémité (44) du palier du levier principal (22) est agencé un autre capteur (capteur 52 de protection anti-coincement) qui réagit au déplacement (54) de l'extrémité (44) du palier et stoppe le moteur (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 21 ou 22, caractérisé en ce que le palier pivotant (49) ouvert se compose d'un trou oblong (47) dans le levier principal (22) et d'un pivot (46) à position fixe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 21 ou 22, caractérisé en ce que le palier pivotant ouvert est formé d'un pivot contre le levier principal et d'un réceptacle, à position fixe, en forme de trou oblong.
