Claims (12)

le loquet (15) présente un réceptacle (13) pour la pièce de fermeture (10) et au moins un cran (16 ; 17) pour l'engrènement du cliquet (20),
le loquet (15) et le cliquet (20) se trouvent mutuellement sous contrainte ressort (19, 29),
et que l'accessoire d'aide à l'ouverture (30) présente un excentrique entraîné (40) dont la came excentrique (46) interagit avec une surface latérale de réglage (22) contre le bras de réglage (21) pour déplacer de façon motorisée le cliquet (20) depuis sa position bloquée (20.1) dans le cran (17) du loquet vers une position soulevée et sortie (20.3) où le loquet (15) se trouve débloqué,

et en ce que dans la phase finale d'entraînement de l'accessoire d'aide à l'ouverture (30), la surface d'impact (45) de l'excentrique heurte la surface d'impact antagoniste (25) du cliquet et empêche l'excentrique (40) de poursuivre sa rotation motorisée. - Fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la came excentrique (46) commence au niveau du segment principal (41) contre la surface d'impact (45).
- Fermeture selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la surface d'impact (45) présente un tracé approximativement vertical par rapport à la came excentrique (46).
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le cliquet (20) présente un bras de blocage (24),
et en ce que la surface d'impact antagoniste (25) est formée par l'extrémité frontale libre du bras de blocage (24). - Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le segment terminal (42) de l'excentrique (40) est configuré comme bras ressort (48),
en ce que le bras ressort (48) forme, par sa surface latérale extérieure, un segment terminal de la came excentrique (46),
et en ce que le bras ressort (48) peut s'incurver (59) élastiquement par rapport au segment principal (41), partant devant, de l'excentrique (40). - Fermeture selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que bras ressort (48) est formé par une fente (38) ménagée dans le matériau (47) du disque de l'excentrique (40),
en ce que le fente (38) présente, en direction de l'axe d'excentrique (44), un retrait par rapport à la came d'excentrique (46) à effet pilote,
et en ce que la fente (38) affaiblit le matériau (47) du disque dans le segment final (42) au point que le reste du disque (39) se laisse incurver (59) radialement et génère ainsi le bras ressort (48). - Fermeture selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que l'épaulement (43) d'excentrique est formé par l'extrémité frontale (49) libre du bras ressort (48).
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'épaulement antagoniste (23) de cliquet est généré par l'extrémité frontale libre du bras de réglage (21), dont la surface latérale (22) de réglage interagit avec la came excentrique (46).
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le segment principal (41) de l'excentrique (40) est configuré essentiellement de forme rigide.
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le cliquet (20) possède en plus, hormis le bras de réglage (21) et le bras de blocage (24), un bras de soutien (28) supplémentaire,
et en ce que le bras de soutien (28) s'appuie contre la butée fixe (18) dans la serrure (12) lorsque le cliquet (20) se trouve en position entièrement soulevée et sortie (20.3). - Fermeture selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le bras de réglage (21), le bras de blocage (24) et le bras de soutien (28) du cliquet (20) sont agencés au moins localement sur des plans (51, 54, 58) différents les uns des autres et/ou présentent des longueurs de bras différentes les unes des autres.
