Claims (6)

  1. Appareil de coupe comprenant au moins un outil de coupe (14) monté sur un arbre (12) et pouvant être entraîné par l'intermédiaire d'un agencement de moteur (13), comprenant un plan d'appui (11) qui peut être posé sur un support à travailler (U) et par rapport auquel l'outil de coupe (14) peut être descendu, et comprenant, pour l'outil de coupe (14), un dispositif de recouvrement en forme de capot (20) qui est statique par rapport au plan d'appui (11) et qui est pourvu d'une traversée en forme de fente (22) pour l'arbre (12), des moyens d'étanchéité étant prévus pour étanchéifier au moins partiellement la traversée en forme de fente (22), caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'étanchéité comprennent un élément de fermeture (23) qui est apte à pivoter de manière excentrique autour de l'arbre et qui comporte un moyen de commande (25) pour convertir un mouvement descendant (40) de l'arbre (12) par rapport au dispositif de recouvrement (20) en un mouvement pivotant (41) de l'élément de fermeture (23).
  2. Appareil de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (23) est conformé en plateau excentrique pourvu d'un passage excentré (24) pour l'arbre (12).
  3. Appareil de coupe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande (25) comprennent une surface annulaire périphérique (26) du plateau excentrique, laquelle peut être guidée sur une surface antagoniste (16) située dans la zone du plan d'appui (11).
  4. Appareil de coupe selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface antagoniste (16) est réalisée sur un rebord (21) disposé sur le dispositif de recouvrement (20).
  5. Appareil de coupe selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la traversée en forme de fente (22) s'étend en arc de cercle dans une paroi latérale (28) du dispositif de recouvrement (20).
  6. Appareil de coupe selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (23) est appliqué de manière glissante et étanche contre la paroi latérale (28) du dispositif de recouvrement (20) pourvue de la traversée en forme de fente (22).
