Claims (12)
- Dispositif d'affûtage pour lames, comprenant un anneau abrasif (3) agencé dans un carter (1) et entraîné en rotation, le carter (1) étant fermé au droit de sa face avant par un couvercle (11) et présentant une ouverture servant d'accès pour un objet à affûter, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau abrasif (3) est porté par un tambour (2) disposé à l'intérieur du carter (1) et en ce que deux guide-lames (8,9) sont prévus à l'intérieur du carter (1) dans la région de la surface abrasive de l'anneau abrasif (3) de telle manière que, lorsque la lame est mise en place, le dos de la lame prenne appui sur les guide-lames (8,9) et le tranchant de la lame vienne s'appuyer contre la surface annulaire intérieure de l'anneau abrasif (3) de sorte que, lorsque la lame est mise en place, le tranchant entre en contact traînant avec la surface abrasive de l'anneau abrasif (3).
- Dispositif d'affûtage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau abrasif (3) est flexible.

- Dispositif d'affûtage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les guide-lames (8,9) sont réglables par rapport à la surface abrasive de l'anneau abrasif (3).
- Dispositif d'affûtage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les guide-lames (8,9) sont disposés sur le côté intérieur de l'anneau abrasif (3) et le sens de rotation de l'anneau abrasif (3) est réversible.
- Dispositif d'affûtage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'inversion du sens de rotation de l'anneau abrasif (3) est commandée par un commutateur de sens de rotation (5) d'un moteur d'entraînement (4) qui peut être manoeuvré de l'extérieur.
- Dispositif d'affûtage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque de sécurité (10) est accouplée solidairement en rotation au commutateur de sens de rotation (5) de telle manière que, selon le sens de rotation établi de l'anneau abrasif (3), l'un ou l'autre guide-lame (8,9) est fermé par la plaque de sécurité (10).
- Dispositif d'affûtage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les guide-lames (8,9) sont en forme de V.
- Dispositif d'affûtage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (2) qui porte l'anneau abrasif (3) est sensiblement fermé à l'exception de l'ouverture avant.
- Dispositif d'affûtage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les guide-lames (8,9) possèdent une longueur supérieure à la largeur de la surface abrasive de l'anneau abrasif (3).
- Dispositif d'affûtage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le carter (1) est muni d'un raccord (19) de remplissage d'eau.
- Dispositif d'affûtage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que des fenêtres (20,21) pour l'observation du niveau d'eau sont prévues dans le carter.
