Definitions
- the invention relates to clothing and textile accessories for motorcyclists.
- the invention relates to jackets, pants and overalls, the motorcyclists wear while driving, and shoes, gloves, tank bags or other luggage, the motorcyclists for transport of objects using the motorcycle.
- the clothing for motorcyclists takes the clothing for motorcyclists and the Additional equipment for motorcyclists a special position. This justified with the great importance that clothing for motorcyclists in the protection of the motorcyclist in case of accidents In particular when falling the clothing must be sufficiently tear-resistant, in order to Slipping the fallen motorcyclist across the tarmac to avoid clothing and subsequent skin abrasions.
- the clothing for motorcyclists has the opportunity stiffened or padded elements, for example in the knee or elbow area as well as in the tibial area. This particular executed elements are intended to injure the rider in the event of bumps avoid during a fall.
- the invention is based on the object of clothing and to propose additional equipment for motorcyclists who while respecting the special requirements for clothing and Additional equipment for motorcyclists allowed the use of light colors.
- the invention is based on the idea, the clothing and the additional equipment for motorcyclists at least partially with a textile
- the equipment breed provides dirt and water on its surface no liability, so that dirt and water roll off. Any remaining dirt particles can easily by means of water be removed. It will be through the use of this special textile possible for the first time, well-cleanable clothing and additional equipment for motorcyclists due to the good cleaning properties not quickly become unsightly and therefore removed from the users become. Due to the good cleaning properties, the clothing and the additional equipment for motorcyclists also in bright colors be executed, which have not been used, since they are the degree of Pollution particularly clearly visible. This will make it the clothing and additional equipment according to the invention, passive safety (Visibility) of motorcyclists to increase significantly.
- the carrier material and the attached thereto special finishing layer only in special areas of clothing or additional equipment used for motorcyclists. These areas On the one hand, you can see the clearly visible large areas, such as the back or the Chest area or side arm or leg sections.
- the areas where the substrate with applied new finishing layer is used also can the areas be chosen, which experience has shown to be particularly polluting, as in motorcycle jackets, for example, the front shoulder, chest and / or Upper arm area as well as motorcycle trousers such as the thigh, Knee and / or tibial area.
- the carrier used according to the invention with attached thereto Equipment hose is sufficiently tear resistant to withstand the particular stress requirements for clothing or additional equipment for motorcyclists to fulfill.
- the novel carrier material with however, the equipment layer applied thereto also in combination be used with other materials, such as leather. This opens the opportunity to specialize in the design of special clothing endangered Motomadfahrten, for example, for sports driving, safety In addition to increase by the tear resistance particularly critical areas be made of leather.
- the invention for the first time for the textile special area of clothing and additional equipment used for motorcyclists, from a harness material with a special hydrophobic coating applied to the substrate or oleophobic finishing layer existing Material is well known from WO 01/75216 A1, to which for the special embodiment of the carrier material and the finishing layer and the process of finishing the furnish of the finish layer fully referenced and full disclosure thereof as part of this description of the invention applies.
- the particular advantage of the new finishing layer is that they represents a gel state dispersion.
- the resulting micro-rough Surface of the so-equipped textile is created by the training columnar structures that have the so-called "lotus” effect, a well-known phenomenon from nature.
- the special feature is in the dispersion system (where dispersions also include emulsions), which forms a "guest-host” system. This is the spatial self-organization individual components of the finish layer allows.
- the so-called "Guest” component (dispersed phase) is distributed within the Finishing layer anisotropic within the "host” component (Dispersant).
- the dispersed phase essentially concentrates at the equipment surface, thereby significantly affecting the physical, chemical and physico-chemical properties of finishing layer surface.
- gel-forming additives in the water phase of the Dispersion system can in addition to self-assembly a membrane formation be caused on the tissue.
- the gel forming additives For example, high molecular weight soluble polysaccharides or polar, crosslinked components, such as glycerol or toximethylolated Be urea derivatives. As a result, the pore system becomes a Membrane generated.
- the finishing layer For use as clothing or accessory for motorcyclists especially valuable is the ability to energize the finishing layer at least partially reversible to convert a sol state.
- the decreasing Hydro- or oleophobia again wholly or at least partially produced become.
- an energy supply for example by simple Heating, while no material must be supplied from the outside.
- the Components of the finish layer have the ability to self-organize, while the mobility of the colloids of the sol dispersion to Reorganization and concentration at the surface of the finishing layer to lead.
- the adhesion on the textile material or the washing permanence of the equipment can be improved if the finishing layer additional Components are supplied.
- additional Components for example, polymeric film formers be used.
- Obscured by the representation of the figure by the arm of the motorcyclist, can the entire upper chest area with the novel carrier material be formed with applied equipment layer.
