Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherheitseinrichtung zum Festsetzen einer Aufzugskabine, wobei die Aufzugskabine an unerlaubten Bewegungen gehindert und der Fahrweg der Aufzugskabine begrenzt wird mittels einer je Führungsschiene der Aufzugskabine vorgesehenen Festsetzeinrichtung.
- Aus der Patentschrift
US 5 773 771 ist eine Einrichtung zum Festsetzen einer Aufzugskabine bekannt geworden. Die entlang von Führungsschienen verfahrbare Aufzugskabine besteht aus einer Plattform, die von einem aus Seitenteilen, einem oberen Joch und einem unteren Joch bestehendem Rahmen getragen wird. Am unteren Joch ist eine Festsetzeinrichtung vorgesehen, die die Aufzugskabine an unerlaubten Abwärtsbewegungen hindert. Je Ende des unteren Jochs ist ein ausfahrbarer Bolzen vorgesehen, der innerhalb einer bestimmten Zone ausgefahren wird. Falls die Aufzugskabine absackt, wird der Fahrweg der Aufzugskabine mittels der Bolzen begrenzt, die an Platten der Führungsschienen anstehen. Noch eine andere Lösung, die als nächstliegender stand der Technik angesehen wird, wird inDE 24 60 337 offenbart. Ein Nachteil der bekannten Einrichtung liegt darin, dass zur Betätigung der Bolzen ein kompliziertes Gestänge notwendig ist, das zudem schwierig zu überwachen ist. - Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Die Erfindung, wie sie in Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet ist, löst die Aufgabe, die Nachteile der bekannten Einrichtung zu vermeiden und eine Festsetzeinrichtung zu schaffen, die den Fahrweg der Aufzugskabine sicher begrenzt.
- Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Patentansprüchen angegeben.
- Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind im wesentlichen darin zu sehen, dass bei Betätigung der Festsetzeinrichtung die Sollgeschwindigkeit der Aufzugskabine beispielsweise auf Revisionsgeschwindigkeit reduziert wird. Die beispielsweise an den Führungsschienen angeordneten mechanischen Anschläge, die den Fahrweg der Aufzugskabine begrenzen, sind mit Puffer versehen. Falls die Aufzugskabine mit der Festsetzeinrichtung auf die Anschläge fährt, werden die entstehenden Kräfte von Puffern aufgenommen. Die Anschläge sind beispielsweise vier Meter unterhalb der Schachtdecke angeordnet, was dem sich auf dem Kabinendach aufhaltenden Wartungspersonal bei unvorhergesehener Aufwärtsfahrt der Aufzugskabine genügend freien Schachtkopfraum (temporärer Schutzraum) sicherstellt. Die Festsetzeinrichtung einer ersten Kabinenseite wird mittels der Festsetzeinrichtung einer anderen Kabinenseite überwacht, indem der ein erster Aktuator den anderen Aktuator betätigt, wobei die Stellung des anderen Aktuators elektrisch überwacht wird. Sensoren überwachen die Aktuatorstellung für Normalbetrieb und Revisionsbetrieb, wobei auch unerlaubte Stellungen des Aktuators zwischen Normalbetrieb und Revisionsbetrieb überwachbar sind.
- Anhand der beiliegenden Figuren wird die vorliegende Erfindung näher erläutert.

Fig. 1 zeigt ein unteres Joch 1 mit Kabinenträger 2 und der einen Festsetzeinrichtung 3. Nicht dargestellt ist die auf den Kabinenträger 2 aufgesetzte Aufzugskabine. Am Kabinenträger 2 angeordnet ist eine Schürze 4, die verhindert, dass bei auf halber Höhe steckengebliebener Aufzugskabine und geöffneten Türen Personen vom Stockwerk her in den Aufzugsschacht fallen können. Ein Ausleger 5 des Jochs 1 dient als Träger für eine Fangvorrichtung 6 und für einen Führungsschuh 7, die mit einer nicht dargestellten Führungsschiene zusammenwirken. Die am einen Ende des unteren Jochs 1 angeordnete eine Festsetzeinrichtung 3 wirkt mit einem Anschlag 8 zusammen, der an der Führungsschiene beispielsweise vier Meter unterhalb der Schachtdecke angeordnet ist und zusammen mit der Festsetzeinrichtung 3 den Fahrweg der Aufgzugskabine nach oben begrenzt. -
Fig. 2 zeigt das untere Joch 1 mit Kabinenträger 2 und der am anderen Ende des Jochs 1 angeordneten anderen Festsetzeinrichtung 9, wobei die beiden Festsetzeinrichtungen 3,9 diagonal gegenüberliegend sind. Die erste Festsetzeinrichtung 3 ist betätigbar mittels erstem Bowdenzug 10 und die andere Festsetzeinrichtung 9 ist betätigbar mittels zweitem Bowdenzug 11. Die am anderen Ende des unteren Jochs 1 angeordnete andere Festsetzeinrichtung 9 wirkt mit einem Anschlag 12 zusammen, der an der Führungsschiene beispielsweise vier Meter unterhalb der Schachtdecke angeordnet ist und zusammen mit der Festsetzeinrichtung 9 den Fahrweg der Aufgzugskabine nach oben begrenzt. Die Stellung der Festsetzeinrichtung 9 wird mittels erstem Sensor 13 und mittels zweitem Sensor 14 überwacht. -
Fig. 3 zeigt die erste Festsetzeinrichtung 3 und die andere Festsetzeinrichtung 9 in Wechselwirkung, wobei der erste Bowdenzug 10 die erste Festsetzeinrichtung 3 betätigt und die erste Festsetzeinrichtung 3 mittels zweitem Bowdenzug 11 die andere Festsetzeinrichtung 9 betätigt. Die erste Festsetzeinrichtung 3 besteht aus einem Gehäuse 3.1, einer Druckfeder 3.2 und einem Aktuator 3.3, wobei inFig. 3 das Gehäuse 3.1 nicht dargestellt ist. Der erste Bowdenzug 10 steht in Verbindung mit einer inFig. 4 gezeigten Auslösemechanik 16 und mit dem Aktuator 3.3. Die andere Festsetzeinrichtung 9 besteht aus einem Gehäuse 9.1, einer Druckfeder 9.2 und einem Aktuator 9.3, wobei inFig. 3 das Gehäuse 9.1 nicht dargestellt ist. Der zweite Bowdenzug 11 steht in Verbindung mit dem Aktuator 3.3 und mit dem Aktuator 9.3. -
Fig. 3a zeigt den ersten Bowdenzug 10, der die erste Festsetzeinrichtung 3 betätigt, wobei die erste Festsetzeinrichtung 3 mittels zweitem Bowdenzug 11 die andere Festsetzeinrichtung 9 betätigt. Der Aktuator 3.3 weist Bolzen 3.31 auf, die in Langschlitzen 3.11 des Gehäuses 3.1 geführt sind. Am einen Bolzen 3.31 ist die Saite 11.2 des zweiten Bowdenzuges 11 angeordnet, wobei sich der Mantel 11.1 des zweiten Bowdenzuges 11 am Gehäuse 3.1 abstützt. Bei Betätigung des Aktuators 3.3 wird die Saite 11.2 mitbewegt, die wiederum den Aktuator 9.3 der anderen Festsetzeinrichtung 9 betätigt. -
Fig. 4 zeigt die an einem Kabinendachrahmen 15 angeordnete Auslösemechanik 16 zur Betätigung der ersten Festsetzeinrichtung 3. Der Mantel 10.1 des ersten Bowdenzuges 10 ist mit einem Gehäuse 16.1 der Auslösemechanik 16 verbunden. Die Saite 10.2 des ersten Bowdenzuges 10 ist an einem zweiarmigen um eine Achse 16.6 drehbaren Rückstellhebel 16.3 angelenkt, der einen ersten Schenkel 16.4 und einen zweiten Schenkel 16.5 aufweist, wobei die Saite 10.2 am ersten Schenkel 16.4 angreift und der zweite Schenkel 16.5 als Rückstellgriff ausgebildet ist. Der Rückstellhebel 16.3 kann mittels Auslöseknopf 16.2 freigesetzt werden. -
Fig. 4a zeigt Einzelheiten der Auslösemechanik 16. Der an der Achse 16.6 drehbar gelagerte Rückstellhebel 16.3 ist mittels eines Bolzens 16.21 des Auslöseknopfes 16.2 verriegelbar, wobei der Bolzen 16.21 in eine Bohrung 16.31 des Rückstellhebels 16.3 eindringt. Zum Entriegeln des Rückstellhebels 16.3 wird der Bolzen 16.21 entgegen einer Federkraft mittels eines Knopfes 16.22 aus der Bohrung 16.31 entfernt. Die die Federkraft erzeugende Feder ist in einer Büchse 16.23 angeordnet. Sobald der Bolzen 16.21 aus der Bohrung 16.31 entfernt ist, wird der Rückstellhebel 16.3 mittels Bowdenzug 10,11 und mittels Federkraft der Druckfedern 3.2 und 9.2 gedreht. -
Fig. 5 zeigt die Festsetzeinrichtung 9 mit dem Aktuator 9.3 in Ruhestellung, wobei sich die Aufzugskabine in Aufwärtsrichtung gesehen mit seinem Aktuator 3.3 vor dem Anschlag 8 bzw. mit seinem Aktuator 9.3 vor dem Anschlag 12 befindet. Zur Überwachung der Aktuatorstellung weist der Aktuator 9.3 eine erste Kerbe 9.4 und eine zweite Kerbe 9.5 auf, die gemässFig. 7 und Fig. 8 zur Betätigung der Sensoren 13,14 dienen. Der Anschlag 12 besteht aus einer an der Führungsschiene angeordneten Platte 12.1, die einen Kanal 12.2 aufweist. Am unteren Ende des Kanals 12.2 ist ein Puffer 12.5 und eine Mündung 12.3 mit einer Ausnehmung 12.4 vorgesehen, wobei der Puffer 12.5 in die Mündung 12.3 reicht. Der Aktuator 9.3 ist am Gehäuse 9.1 und an einer Führung 9.6 des Kabinenträgers 2 geführt und wird entgegen der Federkraft der Druckfeder 9.2 mittels des zweiten Bowdenzuges 11 zurückgehalten. - Der Anschlag 8 besteht aus einer an der Führungsschiene angeordneten Platte 8.1, die einen Kanal 8.2 aufweist. Am unteren Ende des Kanals 8.2 ist ein Puffer und eine Mündung 8.3 mit einer Ausnehmung vorgesehen, wobei der Puffer in die Mündung 8.3 reicht. Der Aktuator 3.3 ist am Gehäuse 3.1 und an einer Führung des Kabinenträgers 2 geführt und wird entgegen der Federkraft der Druckfeder 3.2 mittels des ersten Bowdenzuges 10 zurückgehalten.

Fig. 6 zeigt die Festsetzeinrichtung 9 mit dem Aktuator 9.3 in Arbeitsstellung, wobei sich die Aufzugskabine in Aufwärtsrichtung gesehen mit seinem Aktuator 3.3 vor dem Anschlag 8 bzw. mit seinem Aktuator 9.3 vor dem Anschlag 12 befindet. Die Federkraft der sich am Gehäuse 9.1 und am Aktuator 9.3 abstützenden Druckfeder 9.2 wird wirksam, sobald die Auslösemechanik 16 mittels Auslöseknopf 16.6 betätigt wird. Die Federkraft bewegt dabei den Aktuator 9.3 in die Mündung 12.3. Bewegt sich die Aufzugskabine weiter nach oben, trifft der Aktuator 9.3 auf den Puffer 12.5, wobei der Puffer 12.5 einfedert und die entstehenden Kräfte aufnimmt. Die U-förmige Ausnehmung 12.4 passt auf eine dritte Kerbe 9.7 des Aktuators 9.3, der sich entlang der Ausnehmung 12.4 bewegen kann. - Die Federkraft der sich am Gehäuse 3.1 und am Aktuator 3.3 abstützenden Druckfeder 3.2 wird wirksam, sobald die Auslösemechanik 16 mittels Auslöseknopf 16.6 betätigt wird. Die Federkraft bewegt dabei den Aktuator 3.3 in die Mündung 12.3. Bewegt sich die Aufzugskabine weiter nach oben, trifft der Aktuator 3.3 auf den Puffer, wobei der Puffer einfedert und die entstehenden Kräfte aufnimmt. Die U-förmige Ausnehmung passt auf eine dritte Kerbe des Aktuators 3.3, der sich entlang der Ausnehmung bewegen kann.

Fig. 7 zeigt der Aktuator 9.3 in Ruhestellung mit dem ersten Sensor 13 und dem zweiten Sensor 14 zur Überwachung der Aktuatorstellung. Als Sensoren 13,14 sind beispielsweise Grenzwertaster vorgesehen. Berührungslos arbeitende Sensoren sind auch möglich. Der erste Sensor 13 ist in der Ruhestellung des Aktuators 9.3 aktiviert, der zweite Sensor 14 detektiert in der Ruhestellung des Aktuators 9.3 die zweite Kerbe 9.5 und ist dabei nicht aktiviert. Die Aufzugssteuerung verarbeitet die Signale der Sensoren 13,14 und gibt als Sollgeschwindigkeit der Aufzugskabine die Geschwindigkeit für den normalen Fahrbetrieb frei. -
Fig. 8 zeigt der Aktuator 9.3 in Arbeitsstellung mit dem ersten Sensor 13 und dem zweiten Sensor 14 zur Überwachung der Aktuatorstellung. Der Aktuator 9.3 ist gegenüber der Ruhestellung um die Strecke s, beispielsweise 50 mm bewegt worden. Als Sensoren 13,14 sind beispielsweise Grenzwertaster vorgesehen. Berührungslos arbeitende Sensoren sind auch möglich. Der erste Sensor 13 ist in der Arbeitsstellung des Aktuators 9.3 mittels der ersten Kerbe 9.4 deaktiviert. Der zweite Sensor 14 ist in der Arbeitsstellung des Aktuators 9.3 aktiviert. Die Aufzugssteuerung verarbeitet die Signale der Sensoren 13,14 und gibt als Sollgeschwindigkeit der Aufzugskabine die Geschwindigkeit für Revisionsbetrieb frei. - Die Rückstellung des Aktuators 9.3 in die Ruhestellung erfolgt durch Betätigung des Rückstellhebels 16.3 in die Ausgangslage, wobei die Saite 10.2 des ersten Bowdenzuges 10 und die Saite des zweiten Bowdenzuges 11 den Aktuator 3.3 aus der Mündung bzw. den Aktuator 9.3 aus der Mündung 12.3 bewegt.
- Falls der Aktuator 9.3 in einer unerlaubten Zwischenstellung stecken bleibt, sind beide Sensoren 13,14 aktiviert. Die Aufzugssteuerung verarbeitet die Signale der Sensoren 13,14 und blockiert den Betrieb der Aufzugskabine vollständig.
- Der üblicherweise auf dem Dach der Aufzugskabine angeordnete Umschalter für Revisionsbetrieb entfällt bei der erfindungsgemässen Einrichtung. Mit der Betätigung der Aktuatoren 3.3,9.3 schaltet die Aufzugssteuerung aufgrund der Signale der Sensoren 13,14 selbsttätig auf Revisionsbetrieb bzw. selbsttätig auf normalen Fahrbetrieb.
Claims (8)
- Sicherheitseinrichtung zum Festsetzen einer Aufzugskabine, wobei die Aufzugskabine an unerlaubten Bewegungen gehindert und der Fahrweg der Aufzugskabine begrenzt wird mittels einer je Führungsschiene der Aufzugskabine vorgesehenen Festsetzeinrichtung (3,9), wobei die erste Festsetzeinrichtung (3) in Wechselwirkung mit der anderen Festsetzeinrichtung (9) steht, wobei die erste Festsetzeinrichtung (3) die andere Festsetzeinrichtung (9) betätigt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jede Festsetzeinrichtung (3, 9) besteht aus einem Aktuator (3.3, 9.3) und einem Gehäuse (3.1, 9.1) wobei der Aktuator weist Bolzen auf, die in Langschlitzen des Gehäuses geführt sind, und
dass am Aktuator (9.3) der anderen Festsetzeinrichtung (9) Kerben (9.4,9.5) angeordnet sind, die mittels der Sensoren (13,14) detektierbar sind, wobei mittels Sensoren (13,14) unterschiedliche Stellungen des Aktuators (9.3) detektierbar sind. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein erster Bowdenzug (10) die erste Festsetzeinrichtung (3) betätigt und die erste Festsetzeinrichtung (3) mittels zweitem Bowdenzug (11) die andere Festsetzeinrichtung (9) betätigt. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die erste Festsetzeinrichtung (3) mittels der anderen Festsetzeinrichtung (9) überwachbar ist. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Festsetzeinrichtung (3,9) einen entgegen einer Federkraft einer Druckfeder (3.2,9.2) mittels Bowdenzug (10,11) betätigbaren Aktuator (3.3,9.3) aufweist. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Aktuator (3.3,9.3) den Fahrweg der Aufzugskabine an einem Anschlag (8,12) begrenzt. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Anschlag (8,12) eine an der Führungsschiene angeordnete Platte (12.1) aufweist, an der ein Kanal (8.2,12.2) mit Mündung (12.3) vorgesehen ist. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass im Kanal (8.2,12.2) ein Puffer (12.5) angeordnet ist, der in die Mündung (12.3) reicht und der Aktuator (3.3,9.3) in eine Ausnehmung (12.4) der Mündung (12.3) passt. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass bei der Betätigung des Aktuators (9.3) die Aufzugssteuerung aufgrund der Signale der Sensoren (13,14) selbsttätig auf Revisionsbetrieb bzw. selbsttätig auf normalen Fahrbetrieb schaltet.
