Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle.
  • Aus DE 201 18 569 ist eine Hülle für Zigarettenschachteln bekannt. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine im Querschnitt rechteckige, schlauchartige Hülle, die über den unteren Teil der Zigarettenschachtel, d. h. den Zigarettenschachtelkörper, geschoben werden kann. Hierzu ist diese Hülle an der Oberseite offen. Durch die Hülle kann ein Teil des Zigarettenschachtelkörpers verdeckt werden. Die Hülle soll als Schutzhülle dienen und ist daher aus reinigbarem Kunststoff hergestellt und abnehmbar.
  • Das Herstellen einer Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle aus Kunststoff ist technisch aufwändig, da hierzu Formen hergestellt werden müssen. Insbesondere müssen hierbei enge Toleranzen eingehalten werden, da die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle auf Grund von Reibung an der Zigarettenschachtel halten soll und somit bei zu großen Toleranzen abrutschen würde. Bei zu kleinen Toleranzen wäre das Einführen der Zigarettenschachtel nicht oder nur schwierig möglich. Generell ist das Einführen der Zigarettenschachtel in die in DE 201 18 569 beschriebene Schutzhülle aus Kunststoff auf Grund der auftretenden Reibungen und der geringen Flexibilität nur schwierig möglich.
  • Aus FR 275 774 9 ist eine Hülle für eine Zigarettenschachtel bekannt, die vergleichbar zu einer herkömmlichen Zigarettenschachtel aufgebaut ist und aus Metall oder Kunststoff hergestellt sein kann. Diese Zigarettenschachtelhülle weist eine Aufnahmetasche zur Aufnahme eines Zigarettenschachtelkörpers auf, mit der eine Deckeltasche zur Aufnahme eines Zigarettenschachteldeckels gelenkig verbunden ist.
  • Aus DE 203 191 56 ist ferner eine Zigarettenschachtelhülle bekannt, die aus einem Textilmaterial hergestellt ist. Diese Zigarettenschachtelhülle weist eine Aufnahmetasche zur Aufnahme eines Zigarettenschachtelkörpers auf, mit der eine rechteckförmige Lasche verbunden ist, die an der Vorderseite der Zigarettenschachtelhülle mit Hilfe eines Klettverschlusses mit der Aufnahmetasche der Zigarettenschachtelhülle verbunden werden kann.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Zigarettenschachtelhülle zu schaffen, in die die Zigarettenschachtel einfach eingeführt werden kann und durch die das Erscheinungsbild der Zigarettenschachtel ansprechender wird.
  • Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle weist eine Aufnahmetasche zur Aufnahme eines Zigarettenschachtelkörpers auf. In die Aufnahmetasche kann somit derjenige Teil der Zigarettenschachtel, in dem die Zigaretten angeordnet sind, d. h. der Zigarettenschachtelkörper, eingesteckt werden. Erfindungsgemäß ist mit der Aufnahmetasche eine Deckeltasche verbunden. Die Deckeltasche dient zur Aufnahme des Zigarettenschachteldeckels. Die erfindungsgemäße Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle umschließt somit den Zigarettenschachteldeckel zumindest teilweise. Hierdurch wird das Erscheinungsbild der Zigarettenschachtel vollständig verändert.
  • Die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle ist erfindungsgemäß aus einem flexiblen Textilmaterial hergestellt. Die Herstellung erfolgt insbesondere durch Vernähen des textilen Materials.
  • Ferner ist erfindungsgemäß in der Deckeltasche ein Versteifungselement vorgesehen. Dieses erstreckt sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Vorderseite der Deckeltasche. Durch das Vorsehen des Versteifungselementes ist ein besseres Verbinden bzw. Halten der Deckeltasche an dem Zigarettenschachteldeckel gewährleistet. Besonders bevorzugt ist es, dass ggf. auch an den Seitenflächen ein Verstärkungselement vorgesehen ist. Vorzugsweise sind die Verstärkungselemente an den Seitenflächen zusätzlich zu dem Verstärkungselement an der Vorderseite vorgesehen, wobei es sich insbesondere um ein einstückiges, durchgehendes Verstärkungselement handelt, das vorzugsweise aus dem selben Material wie die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle selbst ist. Vorzugsweise ist das, bzw. die Verstärkungselemente auf einer Innenseite der Deckeltasche angeordnet und mit dieser durch Einnähen verbunden.
  • Ferner ist erfindungsgemäß in dem Kantenbereich der Aufnahmetasche, der der Deckeltasche zugewandt ist, ein Kantenelement vorgesehen. Das Kantenelement dient zur Versteifung dieser Kante, wodurch insbesondere auch das Einstecken des Zigarettenschachtelkörpers erleichtert ist. Das Kantenelement ist vorzugsweise durch Verkleben mit der Aufnahmetasche verbunden, kann jedoch auch mit der Aufnahmetasche durch Nähen verbunden sein. Besonders bevorzugt ist es, dass sich das Kantenelement über die Vorderseite der Aufnahmetasche und/ oder über die Seitenflächen der Aufnahmetasche erstreckt. Hierbei ist das Kantenelement vorzugsweise an einer Innenseite der Aufnahmetasche angeordnet.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist es, dass die Aufnahmetasche den Zigarettenschachtelkörper vollständig umgibt. Vorzugsweise ist auch die Deckeltasche derart ausgebildet, dass sie den Zigarettenschachteldeckel vollständig umgibt. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform umgibt die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle die Zigarettenschachtel somit vollständig. Die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle, die vorzugsweise in einem modischen Design, beispielsweise durch Wahl des Materials, dessen Bedruckung extra gestaltet ist, stellt somit ein Accessoire dar, das die Zigarettenschachtel verfremdet. Dies führt dazu, dass dem teilweise negativen Image von Zigaretten auf Grund der gestalterischen, modischen Umhüllung entgegengewirkt wird.
  • Um sicherzustellen, dass bei geschlossener Zigarettenschachtel, und somit auch bei geschlossener Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle, die Zigarettenschachtel vollständig von der Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle umgeben ist, weist die Deckeltasche an der Vorderseite einen die Aufnahmetasche überlappenden
  • Ansatz auf. Der Ansatz hat ferner den Vorteil, dass die Zigarettenschachtel leichter geöffnet werden kann. Besonders bevorzugt ist es, dass auch an den Seitenflächen der Deckeltasche jeweils ein Ansatz vorgesehen ist, der die Seitenflächen der Aufnahmetasche überlappt.
  • Bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist in der Deckeltasche ein Versteifungselement vorgesehen. Dieses erstreckt sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Vorderseite des Deckeltasche. Durch das Vorsehen des Versteifungselement ist ein besseres Verbinden bzw. Halten der Deckeltasche an dem Zigarettenschachteldeckel gewährleistet. Besonders bevorzugt ist es, dass ggf. auch an den Seitenflächen ein Verstärkungselement vorgesehen ist. Vorzugsweise sind die Verstärkungselemente an den Seitenflächen zusätzlich zu dem Verstärkungselement an der Vorderseite vorgesehen, wobei es sich insbesondere um ein einstückiges, durchgehendes Verstärkungselement handelt, das vorzugsweise aus dem selben Material wie die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle selbst ist. Vorzugsweise ist das, bzw. die Verstärkungselemente auf einer Innenseite der Deckeltasche angeordnet und mit dieser durch Einnähen verbunden.
  • Vorzugsweise ist eine Rückseite der Aufnahmetasche und eine Rückseite der Deckeltasche einstückig. Hierdurch ist die Herstellung der Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle vereinfacht. Ferner hat dies den Vorteil, dass im Übergangsbereich zwischen der Aufnahmetasche und der Deckeltasche keine Naht oder andere Verbindung vorgesehen ist, so dass ein Beschädigen der Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle in diesem durch Öffnen und Schließen der Zigarettenschachtel stark beanspruchten Bereich ausgeschlossen ist.
  • Bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle ist an der Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle eine Öse vorgesehen. Die Öse dient dazu, die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle zusammen mit der in ihr angeordneten Zigarettenschachtel beispielsweise an einem Schlüsselanhänger, ein Halteband oder dgl. zu befestigen. Hierbei kann die Öse aus dem selben Material wie die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle bestehen. Ebenso kann es sich bei der Hülse bzw. Schlaufe um ein in eine Naht der Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle eingenähte Schlaufe oder ein Band handeln. Vorzugsweise ist die Hülse bzw. Schlaufe mit der Deckeltasche, insbesondere mit der Rückseite bzw. dem Rückteil der Deckeltasche verbunden. Hierdurch ist es möglich, die Zigarettenschachtel zusammen mit der Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle zu öffnen, auch wenn sie beispielsweise an einem Schlüsselanhänger befestigt ist.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung an Hand einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform unter Bezugnahme auf die anliegenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

  • Die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle weist eine Aufnahmetasche 10 und eine Deckeltasche 12 auf. Hierbei dient die Aufnahmetasche 10 zur Aufnahme des Zigarettenschachtelkörpers, d. h. des unteren Teils einer Zigarettenschachtel, in dem die Zigaretten angeordnet sind. Die Deckeltasche 12 dient zur Aufnahme des Zigarettenschachteldeckels. Die Aufnahmetasche 10 umschließt hierbei den Zigarettenschachtelkörper vollständig. Ebenso umschließt die Deckeltasche 12 den Zigarettenschachteldeckel vollständig.
  • Die Aufnahmetasche 10 ist im Wesentlichen quaderförmig und nur in der Richtung der zu der Deckeltasche weisenden Seite offen. Die Aufnahmetasche weist somit eine Vorderseite 14, zwei zu der Vorderseite 14 im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig verlaufende Seitenteile 16, 18 und ein die Rückseite bildendes Rückenteil 20 auf. Hierbei sind die Seitenflächen bzw. Seitenteile 16, 18 zu der Rückseite bzw. dem Rückteil 20 im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig angeordnet. Die beiden Seitenteile 16, 18 weisen jeweils eine schräge Kante 22 auf, die ausgehend von der Vorderseite 14 zur Rückseite 20 ansteigend ist, so dass die Rückseite 20 eine größere Länge als die Vorderseite 14 aufweist. Die Abmessungen der Aufnahmetasche 10 entsprechen im Wesentlichen den Außenabmessungen einer Zigarettenschachtel, sind jedoch geringfügig größer. Da es sich bei dem Material aus dem die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle hergestellt ist um ein dehnbares Material, wie Stoff, handelt, können die Abmessungen auch zu den Abmessungen von Zigarettenschachteln identisch sein.
  • Die Deckeltasche 12 ist im Wesentlichen ebenfalls ein quaderförmiger Grundkörper, der in Richtung der Aufnahmetasche offnen ist. Die Deckeltasche 12 weist daher ein Vorderteil bzw. eine Vorderseite 24, zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenflächen bzw. Seitenteile 26, ein Deckelteil 28 und eine Rückseite bzw. ein Rückenteil 30 auf. Die einzelnen Teile der Deckeltasche 12 sind zueinander im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig angeordnet.
  • Ein wesentlicher Aspekt der Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle besteht darin, dass die Deckeltasche 12 an der Vorderseite 24 einen Ansatz 32 aufweist, der die Vorderseite 14 der Aufnahmetasche 10 geringfügig überdeckt (Figur 1). Ferner weist die Deckeltasche 12 seitliche Ansätze 34 auf, die die Seitenflächen 16 der Aufnahmetasche 10 überdecken. Hierdurch ist gewährleistet, dass die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle die in ihr angeordnete Zigarettenschachtel in geschlossenem Zustand vollständig umgibt.
  • Wie sich insbesondere aus dem in Figur 4 dargestellten Schnittmuster ergibt, geht das Rückenteil 20 der Aufnahmetasche 10 in das Rückenteil 30 der Deckeltasche 12 über, so dass die beiden Rückenteile 20, 30 einstückig ausgebildet sind. Mit dem Rückenteil bzw. der Rückenseite 30 der Deckeltasche 12 ist ferner das Deckelteil 28, die Seitenteile 26 sowie das Vorderteil 24 einstückig verbunden. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist mit dem Rückenteil 20 der Aufnahmetasche 10 ein Bodenteil 36, die beiden Seitenteile 16, 18 und das Vorderteil 14 einstückig verbunden.
  • Die gesamte Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle ist somit einstückig ausgebildet, wobei zusätzlich zu der in dem in Figur 4 dargestellten Schnittmuster ein Versteifungselement 38 (Figur 5) sowie ein Kantenelement 40 (Figur 6) vorgesehen sind.
  • Das Versteifungselement 38 sowie das Kantenelement 40 werden vor dem Zusammennähen der Hülle mit den entsprechenden Bereichen verbunden. Hierbei wird das Versteifungselement 38 auf der Innenseite der Deckeltasche 12 mit dem Vorderteil 24 und den beiden Seitenteilen 26 insbesondere durch Einnähen verbunden.
  • Das Kantenelement 40 wird in dem Kantenbereich 42 (Figur 4) angeordnet. Vorzugsweise erfolgt dies durch Verkleben in dem Kantenbereich 42 mit den beiden Seitenteilen 16, 18 und dem Vorderteil 14 der Aufnahmetasche 10.
  • Ferner ist aus Figur 4, wie durch die gestrichelten Linien dargestellt, die Nahtzugabe ersichtlich.
  • Des weiteren sind durch gepunktete Linie die Knick- bzw. Faltkanten dargestellt.

Claims (9)

  1. Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle mit
    einer Aufnahmetasche (10) zur Aufnahme eines Zigarettenschachtelkörpers und
    einer mit der Aufnahmetasche (10) verbundenen Deckeltasche (12) zur Aufnahme eines Zigarettenschachteldeckels,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle aus textilem Material hergestellt ist,
    in der Deckeltasche (12) ein Versteifungselement (38) vorgesehen ist, und
    die Aufnahmetasche (10) an dem der Deckeltasche (12) zugewandten Kantenbereich (42) ein vorzugsweise innerhalb angeordnetes zur Versteifung dienendes Kantenelement (40) aufweist.
  2. Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmetasche (10) den Zigarettenschachtelkörper vollständig umgibt.
  3. Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckeltasche (12) den Zigarettenschachteldeckel vollständig umgibt.
  4. Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckeltasche (12) an der Vorderseite (24) einen die Aufnahmetasche (10) überlappenden Ansatz (32) aufweist.
  5. Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckeltasche (12) an den Seitenflächen (26) jeweils einen die Aufnahmetasche (10) überlappenden Ansatz (34) aufweist.
  6. Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Versteifungselement (38) über die gesamte Vorderseite (24) der Deckeltasche (12) erstreckt.
  7. Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Versteifungselemente (38) an den Seitenflächen (26) der Deckeltasche (12) vorgesehen sind.
  8. Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rückseite (20) der Aufnahmetasche (10) und eine Rückseite (30) der Deckeltasche (12) einstückig ist.
  9. Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Zigarettenschachtel-Hülle, insbesondere der Deckeltasche, eine Öse vorgesehen ist.
