Definitions

  • the invention relates to a support frame for a fly or pollen protection screen cloth o. The like. According to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a support frame is z. B. from the EP 0 942 141 A2 known.
  • a holding device with which a provided with such a cloth support frame can be attached to a window or on a balcony door so designed that you can do without drilling and screwing.
  • a slight solubility of the support frame should be ensured.
  • Object of the present invention is to provide a support frame of the type mentioned, which is provided with a connecting part, which is particularly easy to handle and assemble.
  • the connecting part should ensure a particularly stable connection. In addition, it should be easy and inexpensive to manufacture and versatile.
  • a connecting part (connecting bracket) is used, which consists of a total of a metal wire, preferably of a resilient steel wire, and is bent accordingly.
  • the two inner ends of the legs can be connected to one another by a connection in the form of a web. In many cases, however, it is sufficient for the two inner ends of the legs to be connected to one another directly by means of a connection formed as a bend or curvature.
  • the locking surface of the second leg is used as a contact or pressure point in the form of a contact surface. It lies under spring tension inside in a groove of the profile Holmes. It can be formed by a back and forth of the metal wire, in particular by a corrugation, but of course also by a zig-zag shape, meander shape or the like. Of the metal wire.
  • the nose of the first leg forms the counter-pressure point. The nose is also used for fixing and is mounted on or in the support frame.
  • the corrugation or the like should be present at least at the outer end of the second leg. In an advantageous embodiment, however, it can also be provided at the same time both at the outer and at the inner end of the second leg, wherein a straight course of the metal wire is provided therebetween. Alternatively, it is also possible to proceed in such a way that the corrugation extends over the entire second leg. And it can be arranged in a plane parallel to the retaining lug of the first leg.
  • the corrugation may comprise one to five corrugations, or even more in exceptional cases, to form a good and non-corrugated bearing surface in each case.
  • the first leg should in particular run in a straight line until it merges into the retaining nose.
  • the corrugation may have uneven heights (mountains) and depths (valleys).
  • the depths (valleys) of the corrugation should be dimensioned so that they fit into a predetermined longitudinal groove in the support frame.
  • At least one height and one depth of the wave train lie in different planes. Seen in the direction of propagation of the wave train then cross the surfaces spanned by them.
  • Such a wave train can be fitted in a longitudinal groove under tension, so that the second leg is then held there resiliently.
  • the two legs can in principle be the same length. However, if the second leg is dimensioned longer than the first leg, then a relatively long contact or locking surface can be formed on it, so that a tight fit is achieved.
  • the second limb may in particular be completely or partially inserted into a longitudinal groove or depression.
  • the support frame can be seen in the fact that it is particularly easy to manufacture, handle and assemble. It can be used for the given dimensioning of all common window frame types.
  • the connecting part in conjunction with the profile rails ensures a particularly stable connection between the holding and supporting frames, so that one manages per holding frame with relatively few of the connection clamps described. A leaking of the assembled connection brackets, as investigations have revealed, namely not to be feared.
  • a support frame 2 especially provided a window frame, of which only a section of the rectangular cross-section lower spar is shown.
  • This window frame 2 is attached to a not shown (wall opening).
  • a support frame 6 for carrying or holding a fly screen cloth 8 is detachable and fixed without the use of holes.
  • the support frame 6 is also only a section of the lower spar, which also has rectangular cross-section shown.
  • the fly screen 8 is fixed in any way in or on the lower spar of the support frame 6, z. B. trapped in a longitudinal groove with the aid of a circumferential rubber band or by means of a terminal block.
  • the connecting part 4 has a first leg 80 and a second Leg 82, which have an opening angle a2 in the tensioned state shown.
  • This opening angle a2 is greater than the opening angle a1 (see. Fig. 2 and 4 ) of the two legs 80, 82 in the non-tensioned state.
  • the latter opening angle a1 can z. B. be about 2 to 5 °.
  • This small opening angle a1, the u. U. may be even lower, facilitates stockpiling and shipping z. B. in a bag.
  • the opening angle a2 is dependent on the width of the clasped spar of the holding frame 2.
  • the two legs 80, 82 merge into a wire bend or joint 88 at their inner ends directly into each other.
  • the first leg 80 has at its outer end by about 90 ° (in Fig. 1 downward) bent or bent retaining lug 84. This acts, as will become clear later, with its one long side as a counter-pressure point.
  • the second leg 82 has a flat abutment or locking surface 86 for fixing in the support frame 6.
  • Fig. 1 is the locking surface 86 on the side wall of a longitudinal groove 7 at. This longitudinal groove 7 is - relative to the diameter of the wire - perpendicular to the plane of the paper substantially lower than its width. This will be out later Fig. 6 seen.
  • heights (elevations, mountains) 92 and depths (valleys) 94 of a corrugation at the outer end of the second leg 82 are indicated.
  • the heights 92 and depths 94 are here in one plane. Deviating from this, they can also be aligned obliquely to each other, so that the second leg 82 is already clamped by this shaping to a certain extent (without contact or tension by the first leg 80) in the longitudinal groove 7.
  • connection part 4 Details of such a connection part 4 are further clarified.
  • the directly connected via the connection 88 legs 80, 82 have an opening angle a1 of z. B. 2 to 5 °.
  • the mentioned nose 84 At the end of the rectilinear first leg 80 is the mentioned nose 84, and by the top of the curl of the second leg 82 held in a plane, the planar locking surface 86 is formed.
  • another back and forth running in the curve can also be selected, for example a meandering or triangular shape.
  • the corrugation is formed at the inner end with a valley 94 and at the outer end with two valleys 94. In between is a straight course 90 of the metal wire. Instead, the corrugation may also extend over the entire second leg 82.
  • the retaining lug 84 is parallel to the plane of the corrugation.
  • the second leg 82 is much longer than the first leg 80 to accommodate a sufficient number of subshafts to ensure a secure fit.
  • the corrugation at the inner end of the second leg 82 has only about half a complete partial wave, and the corrugation at the outer end has only about 2 complete partial waves. This should often be sufficient for securing the second leg 82 via the valleys 94 in the longitudinal groove 7. Generally speaking, 1 to 5 complete partial waves can be provided.
  • the corrugation relative to the plane subtended by the longitudinal axis AA of the first leg 80 and the longitudinal axis A'-A 'of the second leg 82, has heights 92 which are smaller than the depths 94 Depths 94 are adapted to the depth of the longitudinal groove 7.
  • the longitudinal groove 7 will - depending on the standard fly screen frame 2 used - have a greater width than the diameter of the wire corresponds.
  • Fig. 6 and 7 is a profiled spar of a support frame 6 z. B. made of aluminum, on a support frame 2 z. B. is made of wood.
  • a connecting part 4 with first and second legs 80 and 82.
  • the second leg 82 may be accommodated in this chamber 96 via a longitudinal groove 7, which merges into a central receiving chamber 96.
  • Adjacent to the central receiving chamber 96 are a stabilizing chamber 97 and a further receiving chamber 98 with inlet groove 99.
  • the edge of the fly screen cloth 8 may be clamped, z. B. by means of a rubber band or a terminal block 100th
  • a corner connector 110 is shown. It serves to connect two perpendicular to each other profile rails of a support frame 6.
  • the corner connector has an approximately rectangular central portion 112, on the side two identically shaped connector 114 are attached.
  • Each plug 114 has two mutually parallel and spaced tabs 116, 118. These tabs 116, 118 fit into the receiving chamber 96 and into the stabilizing chamber 97, which in Fig. 7 are shown.
  • Each connecting part 4 is inserted with the inner end of its second leg 82 in a specially formed recess 120. When the two retaining tongues 116, 118 are pushed into the associated chambers 96, 97, a tight fit of the connecting part 4 results.
  • the depression 120 is shaped in each case in accordance with the shape of the second leg 82 or a part thereof.
  • the connector 110 with the parts 112, 114 is preferably made of plastic, while the profile spars are preferably made of aluminum.
  • one or more connecting parts 4 may additionally be arranged in the region of this spar which is located in the middle in the middle.
