- Kupplung zur formschlüssigen Rotationsmitnahme eines hülsenförmigen Fadenträgers durch ein rotierbares Spindeloberteil einer Spinn- oder Zwirnspindel, mit vom Innenmantel des Fadenträgers radial nach innen abragenden und zugleich der Zentrierung des Fadenträgers dienenden Längsrippen sowie mit den Längsrippen zugeordneten, am Spindeloberteil angebrachten und einen Nutengrund aufweisenden Längsnuten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsnuten (5) an ihrem der Spindelspitze (8) abgewandten Ende kürzer sind als die Längsrippen (6) und dass der Nutengrund (11) an diesem Ende in eine nutenfreie Zentrierfläche (12) übergeht, an welcher die Längsrippen (6) mit angepasstem Gleitsitz (13) anliegen.
- Kupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsnuten (5) zur Spindelspitze (8) hin eine anschlagartige Verengung (10) aufweisen, welche jedoch breiter ist als die Breite (b) der Längsrippen (6), und dass die Längsrippen (6) zur Spindelspitze (8) hin vor der Verengung (10) enden.
- Spindeloberteil einer Spinn- oder Zwirnspindel mit im Bereich der Spindelspitze angebrachten und einen Nutengrund aufweisenden Längsnuten als Kupplungselement für einen hülsenförmigen Fadenträger, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nutengrund (11) an dem der Spindelspitze (8) abgewandten Ende der Längsnuten (5) in eine nutenfreie Zentrierfläche (12) zum Zentrieren des Fadenträgers (2) übergeht.
- Spindeloberteil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsnuten (5) zur Spindelspitze (8) hin eine anschlagartige Verengung (10) aufweisen.
- Spindeloberteil nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf ein Spindelschaftende (19) des Spindeloberteils (1) ein die Längsnuten (5) enthaltender, jedoch die Zentrierfläche (12) nicht enthaltender Spindelaufsatz (18) aufgesetzt ist.
- Spindeloberteil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spindelaufsatz (18) die Spindelspitze (8) enthält.
- Hülsenförmiger, bis zu einer oberen Stirnfläche leicht konisch verlaufender Fadenträger aus Kunststoff, mit zum Ankuppeln an ein Spindeloberteil einer Spinn- oder Zwirnspindel vom Innenmantel des Fadenträgers radial nach innen abtragenden und zugleich der Zentrierung des Fadenträgers dienenden Längsrippen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsrippen (6) mit dem Fadenträger (2) gespritzt und anschließend an ihrem Innendurchmesser (d) zu einem zylindrischen Zentrierungssitz (15) spanend bearbeitet sind.
- Fadenträger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zunächst bis zur oberen Stirnfläche (14) gespritzten Längsrippen (6) in einem Bereich (17) zwischen der Stirnfläche (14) und einer Kupplungsstelle abgedreht sind.
