Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Bereitstellung und Übergabe von Kassetten (5) für Druckplatten an eine Einrichtung zur Entnahme von Druckplatten aus einer Kassette (5), wobeidadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Kassetten (5) in übereinander angeordneten Fächern (4) eines Magazins (3) gelagert werden,die Kassetten (5) über eine Ladeöffnung (6) in das Magazin (3) eingebracht bzw. herausgenommen werden,die Kassetten (5) über eine Übergabeöffnung (9) an die Einrichtung zur Entnahme von Druckplatten übergeben bzw. von dort zurückgenommen werden, unddie Kassetten (5) in einer horizontalen Bewegungsebene zwischen der Ladeöffnung (6) und dem Magazin (3) bzw. zwischen der Übergabeöffnung (9) und dem Magazin (3) bewegt werden,(a) die Ladeöffnung (6), die Übergabeöffnung (9) und die Bewegungsebene sich in der gleichen Höhe befinden, und(b) das Magazin (3) vertikal gehoben bzw. gesenkt wird, bis sich eine gewünschte Kassette (5) in der Bewegungsebene befindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kassetten (5) mittels eines Reibantriebs (30) horizontal bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kassetten (5) mittels einer Federkraftbremse (31) in den Fächern (4) blockiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federkraftbremse (31) durch die Aktivierung des Reibantriebs (30) gelöst wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Bereitstellung und Übergabe von Kassetten (5) für Druckplatten an eine Einrichtung zur Entnahme von Druckplatten aus einer Kassette (5), mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseinem Magazin (3) mit übereinander angeordneten Fächern (4) zur Lagerung der Kassetten (5),einer Ladeöffnung (6) zum Einbringen bzw. Herausnehmen der Kassetten (5) in das Magazin (3),einer Übergabeöffnung (9) zur Übergabe der Kassetten (5) an bzw. von der Einrichtung zur Entnahme von Druckplatten, undeiner horizontalen Bewegungsebene zum Bewegen der Kassetten (5) zwischen der Ladeöffnung (6) und dem Magazin (3) bzw. zwischen der Übergabeöffnung (9) und dem Magazin (3),(a) die Ladeöffnung (6), die Übergabeöffnung (9) und die Bewegungsebene sich in der gleichen Höhe befinden, und(b) eine Hebeeinrichtung zur vertikalen Positionierung des Magazins (3) vorgesehen ist, bis sich eine gewünschte Kassette (5) in der Bewegungsebene befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen Reibantrieb (30) für die horizontale Bewegung der Kassette (5), der in der Bewegungsebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reibantrieb (30) aus zwei Reibrädern (50) besteht, die durch Verbindungslaschen verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen pneumatischen Aktor (51), mit dem der Reibantrieb (30) an die Kassette (5) geklappt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Federkraftbremse (31) zum Blockieren der Kassetten (5) in den Fächern (4).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch einen Hebel (62) an der Federkraftbremse (31), über den der Aktor (51) des Reibantriebs (30) die Federkraftbremse (31) löst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebeeinrichtung des Magazins (3) mit angetriebenen Hebespindeln (22) arbeitet.
