Claims (20)
- Brennofen, mit einem Gehäuse, das einen Brennraum für die thermische Behandlung von dentalen Restaurationsteilen als Brenngut umgibt, wobei der Brennraum einen Brennraumboden aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens eine mindestens teilweise aus Glaskeramik gebildete Ablagefläche (24) für dentale Restaurationsteile, die Teil des Brennofens (10) oder mit dem Gehäuse verbindbar sind.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Ablagefläche (24) wenigstens teilweise in dem Brennraum (24) und/oder wenigstens teilweise außerhalb des Brennraums (14) erstreckt.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagefläche (24) in dem Brennraum vom Brennraumboden (20) und/oder die Ablagefläche außerhalb des Brennraums von einem mit dem Gehäuse in Verbindung stehenden Ablageelement (22) gebildet ist.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagefläche (24) des Ablageelements (22) sich wenigstens teilweise um den Brennraum (14) herum erstreckt, insbesondere um mindestens 45°, bevorzugt um mindestens 90°.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brennofen außerhalb des Brennraumes (14) wenigstens zwei gegeneinander höhenversetzt angeordnete Ablageflächen (24, 32) aufweist, wobei insbesondere eine dieser Ablageflächen (24) auf der Höhe der Ablagefläche (24) des Brennraumbodens (20).
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (12) des Brennofens (10) einen Ofensockel (18) als unteres Gehäuseteil und eine Ofenhaube (16) als oberes Gehäuseteil aufweist, wobei die Ofenhaube (16) hub-und/oder schwenkbeweglich an dem Ofensockel (18) gelagert ist.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der das Ablageelement (22) lösbar und/oder schwenkbar an einem Ofensockel (18) gelagert ist.
- Brennofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablageflächen (24) des Ablageelements (22) und des Brennraumbodens (20) näherungsweise fugenlos, insbesondere vollständig fugenlos zueinander ausgebildet sind.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brennraumboden (20) und das Ablageelement (22) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ablageelement (22) im Bereich der Ablagefläche (24) mindestens eine insbesondere konkave Vertiefung aufweist.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil des Brennraumbodens (20) aus temperaturfester Glaskeramik, insbesondere einem bis mindestens 600°C wärmebeständigen Ceran-Heizfeld, besteht und eine glatte Oberfläche aufweist.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablageelement (22) mindestens ein Bedienelement (26) aufweist, das insbesondere in das Ablageelement (26) integriert ist und/oder durch die Glaskeramik hindurch aktivierbar ist.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Teil der die Ablagefläche (24) des Ablageelements (22) und/oder des Brennraumbodens (20) bildenden Glaskeramik durchscheinend, insbesondere transparent, ausgebildet ist.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Ablageelement (22) benachbart wenigstens ein Leuchtelement angeordnet ist, dessen Austrittslicht insbesondere einen Teil des Ablageelements (22) durchtritt.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Temperatursensor (Temperaturerfassungsfläche 26) vorgesehen ist, der die Temperatur im Brennraum (14) und/oder die Temperatur des Ablageelements (22) misst, und dass sich die Farbe und/oder Helligkeit von Leuchtelementen in Abhängigkeit von der gemessenen Temperatur ändert.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Ablagefläche (24) oder unter der Ablagefläche (24) Brennprogramminformationen und/oder eine Dentalmaterialbezeichnung und/oder Informationen zu Dentalmaterialien und/oder Anzeigevorrichtungen und/oder ein Farbschlüssel angebracht sind oder anbringbar sind.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ablageelement (22) lösbar an dem Gehäuse (12) befestigt ist und Ablageelemente (22) je nach den verwendeten Dentalmaterial für das Brenngut austauschbar sind, wobei insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von eine Kodierung des Ablageelements (22) das Brenngut erkannt und der Brennofen entsprechend gesteuert wird.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ablageelement (22) wenigstens eine, insbesondere der Bevorratung von Dentalmaterialien dienende, verschließbare Kammer oder Schublade aufweist.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ablageelemente an dem Gehäuseunterteil (Ofensockel 18) lösbar befestigt sind und in Abhängigkeit an den verschiedenen als Brenngut verwendeten Dentalmaterialen austauschbar sind und das ein Ablageelement (22) eine Kodiervorrichtung aufweist, mit welcher Informationen über das Dentalmaterial und ein entsprechendes Brennprogramm an eine Steuereinheit des Brennofens übermittelbar sind.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Gehäuse (12), das einen Brennraum (14) für die thermische Behandlung von dentalen Restaurationsteilen als Brenngut umgibt, wobei der Brennraum (14) einen Brennraumboden (20) aufweist, welcher wenigstens teilweise von einer mit einem Gehäuse (12) verbundenen Ablagefläche (24) für dentale Restaurationsteile umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil der Ablagefläche (24) und/oder wenigstens ein Teil des Brennraumbodens (20) aus Glaskeramik gebildet ist.
