Claims (7)
- Kochgerät mit einer Glas-/Glaskeramikplatte (1) als Kochfläche, die mindestens eine Kochstelle mit einem Gasbrenner (19) mit offener Flamme (19 a) aufweist, dem eine Öffnung (2) in der Glas-/Glaskeramikplatte (1) in Verbindung mit einem Topfträger (5) zugeordnet ist, und dessem Brennerkranz ein Gemisch aus Gas und Primärluft zuführbar ist, wobei die Zufuhr im wesentlichen aller zur Verbrennung notwendigen Primär- und Sekundärluft (12) von dem Raum unterhalb der Glas-/Glaskeramikplatte (1) an den Flammenbereich (19 a) des Gasbrenners (19) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gasbrenner, ausgebildet als atmosphärischer Ringbrenner (19), unterhalb oder auf gleicher Höhe der Öffnung (2) in der Glas-/Glaskeramikplatte (1) angeordnet ist und die Zufuhr der Sekundärluft (12) zu dem Flammenbereich (19 a) von der Seite und/oder von unterhalb des Ringbrenners (19) erfolgt.
- Kochgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand der Öffnung (2) in der Glas-/Glaskeramikplatte (1) eben ausgebildet ist und mit einem Überlaufkragen eingefaßt ist.
- Kochgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand (1 a) der Öffnung (2) in der Glas-/Glaskeramikplatte (1) gegenüber der Kochfläche nach oben hochgebogen ist.
- Kochgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem hochgebogenen Rand (1 a) und der ebenen Kochflächen-Glas-/Glaskeramikplatte (1) eine abgesenkte Auffangrinne ausgeformt ist.
- Kochgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Aufstellfläche des Topfträgers (5) und der Kochfläche ≤ 25 mm, vorzugsweise ≤ 10 mm ist.
- Kochgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufstellfläche für das Kochgeschirr (6) auf dem Topfträger (5) durch eine Glas-/Glaskeramikscheibe gebildet ist.
- Kochgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gebläse (13) zur Unterstützung der Sekundärluftzufuhr im Raum unterhalb der Glas-/Glaskeramikplatte (1) angeordnet ist.
