Abstract
Description
Wirtschaftlich ist es von Vorteil Primärverpackungen einzusetzen, da damit zumindest die Innenverpackung des Füllgutes entfallen kann.
Dabei zeigen schematisch:

- ein bekanntes Zuführsystem für drei Reinigungsfluide an ein Reinigungselement bzw. ein zu reinigendes rotationssymmetrisches Bauteil,
- Fig. 2
- eine Reinigungsvorrichtung mit einer Reinigungsbürste als Reinigungselement,
- Fig. 3
- eine Reinigungsvorrichtung mit einem getränkten Reinigungstuch als Reinigungselement.
Die Reinigungsvorrichtung kann als Walzensprüheinrichtung speziell für Farbwalzen bzw. Lackwalzen oder als Reinigungsvorrichtung mit einem Reinigungselement in Form einer Reinigungsbürste oder einem Reinigungstuch ausgebildet sein.
Von einem ersten Vorratsbehälter 1 für ein erstes Reinigungsfluid auf Basis von Mineralölen und/oder modifizierten Pflanzenölen und/oder Glykolethern führt eine erste Zuführleitung 4 zu einem schaltbaren, vorzugsweise mit einer Steuerung gekoppelten Ventilblock 7 und von diesem zu einer ersten Sprüheinrichtung 8.
Von einem zweiten Vorratsbehälter 2 für ein zweites, zum Lebensmittelrecht konformes Reinigungsfluid (Sonderreinigungsfluid) führt eine zweite Zuführleitung 5 zu dem schaltbaren, vorzugsweise mit einer Steuerung gekoppelten Ventilblock 7 und von diesem zu einer zweiten Sprüheinrichtung 9.
Von einem dritten Vorratsbehälter 3 für ein drittes Reinigungsfluid, d.h. Wasser, führt eine dritte Zuführleitung 6 zu dem schaltbaren, vorzugsweise mit einer Maschinensteuerung gekoppelten Ventilblock 7 und von diesem zu einer dritten Sprüheinrichtung 10. Alternativ ist statt des Vorratsbehälters 3 die dritte Zuführleitung 6 direkt mit einem Frischwasseranschluss verbunden. Der Ventilblock 7 kann ebenso durch einzeln schaltbare, mit der Maschinensteuerung gekoppelte Ventile 7 ausgebildet sein. Die Zuführung der Reinigungsfluide an die jeweilige Sprüheinrichtung 8 bis 10 erfolgt unter Druck.
Bei Bedarf wird unmittelbar vor dem ersten Verfahrensschritt (Reinigungsfluid auf Basis von Mineralölen und/oder Pflanzenölen und/oder Glykolethern) als drittes Reinigungsfluid Wasser an die dritte Sprüheinrichtung 10 zugeführt.
Bei Bedarf wird unmittelbar nach dem zweiten Verfahrensschritt (mit zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Reinigungsfluid) als drittes Reinigungsfluid Wasser an die dritte Sprüheinrichtung 10 zugeführt.

Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen eines rotationssymmetrischen Bauteiles in einer Verarbeitungsmaschine mit mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Reinigungsfluide getrennt an separate Sprüheinrichtungen einer Reinigungsvorrichtung zuführenden, separaten Zuführleitungen, wobei jede Zuführleitung mittels Ventilen schaltbar und leitungsseitig mit einem eigenen Vorratsbehälter gekoppelt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt ein erstes Reinigungsfluid auf Basis von Mineralölen und/oder Pflanzenölen und/oder Glykolethern an die erste Sprüheinrichtung (8) zugeführt und dass in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt ein zweites, zum Lebensmittelrecht konformes Reinigungsfluid an die zweite Sprüheinrichtung (9) zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Reinigungsfluid minimal 50 Gewichts %- Anteile Wasser und maximal 50 Gewichts %-Anteile eines zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Tensides oder einer zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Tensidmischung beinhaltet. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Reinigungsfluid annähernd 95 Gewichts %-Anteile Wasser, annähernd 2 Gewichts %-Anteile eines zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Tensides oder einer zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Tensidmischung, annähernd 2 Gewichts %-Anteile eines zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Konservierungsmittels und annähernd 1 Gewichts %Anteil von zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Korrosionsinhibitoren beinhaltet. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Reinigungsfluid ein Konzentrat ist, welches annähernd 50 Gewichts %-Anteile Wasser, annähernd 20 Gewichts %-Anteile eines zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Tensides oder einer zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Tensidmischung, annähernd 20 Gewichts %-Anteile eines zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Konservierungsmittels und annähernd 10 Gewichts %Anteile von zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Korrosionsinhibitoren beinhaltet. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar nach dem ersten Verfahrensschritt und vor dem zweiten Verfahrensschritt in einem Zwischenschritt als drittes Reinigungsfluid Wasser an eine dritte Sprüheinrichtung (10) zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar vor dem ersten Verfahrensschritt als drittes Reinigungsfluid Wasser an eine dritte Sprüheinrichtung (10) zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar nach dem zweiten Verfahrensschritt als drittes Reinigungsfluid Wasser an eine dritte Sprüheinrichtung (10) zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Reinigungsfluid vor dem Austritt aus der zweiten Sprüheinrichtung (9) in erhitztem Zustand vorliegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Reinigungsfluid auf mindestens 30°C erhitzt wird. - Verfahren zum Reinigen eines rotationssymmetrischen Bauteiles in einer Verarbeitungsmaschine mit einer ein Reinigungstuch als Reinigungselement enthaltenden Reinigungsvorrichtung, wobei das Reinigungstuch vor dem Einsetzen in die Reinigungsvorrichtung mit einem ersten Reinigungsfluid auf Basis von Mineralölen und/oder Pflanzenölen und/oder Glykolethern getränkt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt das mit der ersten Reinigungsflüssigkeit getränkte Reinigungstuch an das rotationssymmetrische Bauteil (14) angestellt bzw. abgestellt wird,
dass in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt dieses Reinigungstuch gegen ein mit einem zweiten, zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Reinigungsfluid getränktes zweites Reinigungstuch ausgewechselt und letzteres Reinigungstuch an das rotationssymmetrische Bauteil (14) angestellt bzw. abgestellt wird. - Verfahren zum Reinigen eines rotationssymmetrischen Bauteiles in einer Verarbeitungsmaschine mit einer ein Reinigungstuch als Reinigungselement enthaltenden Reinigungsvorrichtung, wobei das Reinigungstuch vor dem Einsetzen in die Reinigungsvorrichtung mit einem ersten Reinigungsfluid auf Basis von Mineralölen und/oder Pflanzenölen und/oder Glykolethern getränkt ist"
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt das mit der ersten Reinigungsflüssigkeit getränkte Reinigungstuch an das rotationssymmetrische Bauteil (14) angestellt bzw. abgestellt wird und in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt eine zweite Reinigungsvorrichtung mit einem mit einem zweiten, zum Lebensmittelrecht konformen Reinigungsfluid getränkten Reinigungstuch an das rotationssymmetrische Bauteil (14) angestellt bzw. abgestellt wird.
