Das gegen die Oberfläche O drückende Rakelelement 22 dient der Dosierung und/oder Vergleichmäßigung des aufgebrachten Mediums und kann so wie in der Figur 2 dargestellt ist, als Rakelklinge ausgebildet sein. Das Rakelelement 22 kann aber auch ein drehbarer gerillter oder glatter Rakelstab sein, der in einem Rakelbett aufgenommen ist, welches sich wiederum auf einem klingenartigen Fuß (ausgebildet in etwa wie die Rakelklinge von Figur 2) abstützt.

Claims (8)
- Rakelvorrichtung für Einrichtungen zum Auftragen von flüssigen bis pastösen Medien auf eine laufende Oberfläche mit einem gegen die Oberfläche drückenden Rakelelement (22) zur Dosierung und/oder Vergleichmäßigung des aufgebrachten Mediums und mit einer das Rakelelement (22) haltenden Einspanneinrichtung (11, 21), einem ersten mit Druck beaufschlagbaren und damit einen Hub ausführenden Schlauch (14, 26) zum Schließen und einem zweiten mit Druck beaufschlagbaren und ebenfalls einen Hub ausführenden Schlauch (15, 28) zum Öffnen der Einspanneinrichtung (11, 21), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zusätzliches Element (29) zum Öffnen der Einspanneinrichtung (21) vorgesehen ist, das einen geringeren Hub aufweist als der zweite Schlauch (28).
- Rakelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche Element (29) elastisch verformbar ist.
- Rakelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche Element (29) ebenfalls ein mit Druck beaufschlagbarer Schlauch ist.
- Rakelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche Element (29) ein länglicher Gummistreifen, insbesondere Moosgummistreifen ist.
- Rakelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche Element (29) innerhalb des zweiten, zum Öffnen der Einspanneinrichtung (21) vorgesehenen Schlauches (28) angeordnet ist.
- Rakelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche Element (29) und der zum Öffnen der Einspanneinrichtung (21) vorgesehene zweite Schlauch (28) nebeneinander entlanglaufend angeordnet sind.
- Rakelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche Element (29) nachrüstbar ist.
- Streicheinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für eine einseitige oder beidseitige direkte oder indirekte Beschichtung einer laufenden Papier-, Karton- oder anderen Faserstoffbahn mit einem flüssigen bis pastösen Medium vorgesehen ist und eine Rakelvorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 aufweist.
