Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Abschlußelement für druckluftführende Mehrkantrohre gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- An Streckwerken für Spinnereimaschinen werden pneumatisch belastbare Oberwalzentrag- und Belastungsarme eingesetzt, die mittels Stützen an einer Tragstange der Maschine befestigt sind. Die Tragstange ist hohl und dient gleichzeitig als Druckluftleitung. Ein derartiges Streckwerk wird beispielsweise in der
DE 198 29 403 A1 beschrieben. - Aus der gattungsbildenden
DE 198 30 048 A1 ist eine aus Mehrkantrohrstücken gebildete Tragstange bekannt, wobei die Rohrstücke jeweils an ihren Enden mit Abschlußelementen versehen sind. Mit einer Tragstange, die aus einzelnen Rohrstücken zusammengesetzt ist, ist ein modularer Aufbau der Tragstange und der Druckluftzuführung für Spinnmaschinen unterschiedlicher Länge möglich. Die Abschlußelemente sind dichtend in die Enden der Mehrkantrohrstücke eingesetzt. Die Druckluftführung zwischen den Mehrkantrohrstücken erfolgt durch Verbindungsrohrstücke zwischen den Abschlußelementen. - Die Abdichtung von nicht kreisförmigen Hohlprofilen mit elastischen Dichtelementen wie O-Ringen mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt oder mit Profilringen bereitet Schwierigkeiten, weil durch die Unregelmäßigkeiten des Profils des Dichtelementes in diesem nur ein gewisser innerer Spannungsausgleich erfolgt, ohne daß jedoch alle Zonen des Hohlprofils gleichmäßig und dichtend vom Dichtelement ausgefüllt werden. Vorzugsweise werden daher bei Mehrkanthohlprofilen pastöse Dichtstoffe in geeigneter Viskosität verwendet, die einen vom Hohlprofil und einem eingesetzten Dichtstück gebildeten Dichtkanal vollständig ausfüllen müssen. Es ist jedoch schwierig, dabei den Dichtkanal gleichmäßig und vollständig und in Serienfertigung prozeßsicher zu befüllen. Dies erfordert hohen Fertigungs- und Prüfaufwand. Die Dichtwirkung ist aufgrund des Alterungsverhaltens des Dichtstoffes und aufgrund der Arbeitsbeanspruchung, zum Beispiel durch Druckwechsel, häufig nicht langzeitstabil. Eine sichere, dauerhafte Abdichtung ist nicht gewährleistet. Treten im Betrieb Undichtigkeiten auf, sind derartige Dichtelemente nur schlecht demontierbar und nicht wiederverwendbar. Häufig muß das ganze Profilrohrstück ausgetauscht werden. Der Dichtstoff ist auch nur in sehr begrenztem Maße in der Lage, neben der Dichtfunktion auch das Dichtstück gegen den Innendruck im Profilrohr in der erforderlichen Position zu halten. Es sind zusätzliche, besondere Maßnahmen, zum Beispiel der Einbau von Sicherungsstiften, zur Sicherung gegen axiales Verschieben des Dichtstücks erforderlich.
- Wird, um den Halt des Dichtstücks an seiner Position am Ende des Mehrkantrohrs zu erhöhen, als Dichtstoff ein Kleber eingesetzt, ist eine Demontage des Abschlußelementes nur schwer und aufwendig durchführbar. Die Abschlußelemente und gegebenenfalls sogar das Mehrkantrohr sind in diesem Fall für eine sofortige Wiederverwendung nicht mehr geeignet.
- Die Mehrkantrohre werden an ihren Enden in Ausnehmungen von auch als Stanze bezeichneten Stützen aufgenommen und mittels Schraubverbindungen fixiert. Das Profilrohr wird dazu im Endbereich, in dem auch das jeweilige Abschlußelement eingesetzt ist, von einer Befestigungsschraube durchdrungen. Durch das Anziehen der Befestigungsschraube kann es zu elastischen oder plastischen Verformungen des Mehrkanthohlprofils kommen, wodurch die Dichtwirkung des Abschlußelementes zusätzlich gefährdet wird.
- Ausgehend vom vorgenannten Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, die bekannten Abschlußelemente zu verbessern.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Abschlußelement mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
- Weitere vorteilhafte Ausbildungen des Abschlußelementes sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Abschlußelement dichtet das Mehrkantrohr sicher und langzeitstabil ab. Eine zusätzliche Sicherung, zum Beispiel durch formschlüssige Sicherungsstifte, gegen Verschieben durch den im Inneren des Mehrkantrohrs aufgebauten Luftdruck ist nicht erforderlich, da das Abschlußelement bei aktivierter Dichtungsfunktion hinreichend fest in seiner Position kraftschlüssig fixiert ist. Montage und Demontage der Abschlußelemente gegenüber Abschlußelementen nach dem vorbekannten Stand der Technik werden erleichtert. Die Abschlußelemente und die Mehrkantrohre sind wiederverwendbar, ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand, wie zum Beispiel Reinigung, betreiben zu müssen.
- Ein Abschlußelement gemäß Anspruch 2 ermöglicht es, das Dichtelement gleichmäßig mit axialem Druck zu beaufschlagen und eine zuverlässige Dichtwirkung zu erzielen.
- Das Abschlußelement nach Anspruch 3 erlaubt es, Abdichtung und Fixierung gleichzeitig bei einem bereits in das Mehrkantrohr eingesetzten Abschlußelement zu bewirken. Das Lösen der Fixierung und die Demontage des Abschlußelementes aus dem Mehrkantrohr ist leicht und auf einfache Weise durchführbar.
- Ein Abschlußelement gemäß Anspruch 4 bietet ausreichend Raum für den Druckluftkanal, der das notwendige Durchströmen der Druckluft gewährleistet, und erlaubt daneben ein mittiges Angreifen der Schraube am Gegenstück, das einem Verkanten des Gegenstücks beim Anziehen der Schraube entgegenwirkt. Zusätzlich kann durch die Ausbildung von Endstück und Gegenstück im Bereich.des Druckluftkanals ein nicht lagerichtiges Zusammenfügen der Teile des Abschlußelementes verhindert werden.
- Durch das Einsetzen eines Verbindungsrohres in die vom Druckluftkanal gebildete stirnseitige Öffnung des Abschlußelementes ist der Drucklufttransport zwischen zwei Mehrkantrohren auf einfache Weise gewährleistet.
- Ein Abschlußelement gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7 gewährleistet eine ausreichende und sichere Dichtwirkung.
- Ein Abschlußelement gemäß Anspruch 8 ist universell für verschiedene Ausführungen von Stützen beziehungsweise Stanzen geeignet.
- Ein beidseitiges Stützprofil an der Aussparung des Abschlußelementes wirkt einer Verformung des Hohlprofils, selbst bei überhöhtem Anzugsmoment der Befestigungsschrauben, entgegen.
- Das Abschlußelement ist so ausgeführt, daß es den Innenraum des Mehrkantrohres gegen die Aussparung abdichtet. Dadurch sind die Befestigungsstellen des Mehrkantrohrstücks in einem Bereich des Abschlußelementes angeordnet, der nicht druckluftführend ist. Die Öffnungen im Mehrkantrohr, durch die Befestigungsschrauben einer Schraubverbindung zwischen Mehrkantrohr und Maschine führen, müssen nicht abgedichtet werden. Form und Lage der Aussparung gewährleistet eine ausreichende Versteifung des Endes des Mehrkantrohres.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Abschlußelement dichtet das Innere des Mehrkantrohrs sicher und langzeitstabil ab. Gleichzeitig mit der Dichtwirkung läßt sich das Abschlußelement an seiner Position gegen den im Inneren des Mehrkantrohrs herrschenden Luftdruck ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel fixieren. Eine gegebenenfalls notwendige Reparatur eines die Tragestange bildenden Mehrkantrohrs ist auf einfache Weise mit geringem Demontage- und Montageaufwand auch dann möglich, wenn das Mehrkantrohr als Teil einer Tragstange zwischen anderen Mehrkantrohren eingebaut ist.
- Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung sind dem anhand der Figuren erläuterten Ausführungsbeispiel entnehmbar.

Fig. 1 . - Das Abschlußelement 1 umfaßt ein Endstück 2, ein Dichtelement 3, ein Gegenstück 4, eine Schraube 5 und eine Dichtscheibe 6. Das Endstück 2 weist einen Führungsabschnitt 7 auf, dessen Außenprofil dem Innenprofil des in
Figur 1 gestrichelt dargestellten Mehrkantrohres 8 angepaßt ist. Das Mehrkantrohr 8 ist als Vierkantprofil ausgebildet. Dem Führungsabschnitt 7 schließt sich ein Dichtabschnitt 9 mit formgleichem Außenprofil an, wobei die Breite und Höhe des Außenprofils des Dichtabschnitts 9 geringer ausgebildet ist als die Breite und Höhe des Führungsabschnitts 7. An dem Ende des Endstücks 2, das dem Dichtabschnitt 9 gegenüberliegt, ist ein Anschlag 10 ausgebildet, der mit der Stirnfläche 11 des Mehrkantrohres 8 zusammenwirkt und ein über die erwünschte Position hinausgehendes Einziehen oder Eindrücken des Abschlußelementes 1 in das Mehrkantrohr 8 verhindert. Der Führungsabschnitt 7 weist eine Aussparung 12 auf. Durch diese Aussparung 12 und die Bohrungen 13 greift eine aus Vereinfachungsgründen nicht dargestellte Befestigungsschraube hindurch, mit der das Mehrkantrohr 8 an der Stütze beziehungsweise Stanze befestigt wird. Beidseitig der Aussparung 12 ist ein Stützprofil 14, 15 ausgebildet, das einer Verformung des hohlen Mehrkantrohres 8 entgegenwirkt. Die Aussparung 12 im Endstück 2 für die Befestigungsschraube ist ausreichend groß bemessen, um universell für verschiedene von der Ausführung der Stanzen abhängige Schraubengrößen und -positionen geeignet und einsetzbar zu sein. Der Anschlag 10 weist mittig die Mündung des Zuführkanals 16 für die Schraube 5 und außermittig die Mündung des Verbindungskanals 17 für die Druckluftführung auf. - Die Profilform des Dichtelementes 3 entspricht dem Mehrkantrohr 8 und dem Dichtabschnitt 9, wobei das Innenprofil des Dichtelementes 3 dem Außenprofil des Dichtabschnitts 9 und das Außenprofil des Dichtelements 3 dem Innenprofil des Mehrkantrohres 8 angepaßt ist. Das Dichtelement 3 besteht aus Gummi. Die Wandstärke T des Dichtelementes 3 ist geringfügig kleiner als der Abstand, der beim in das Mehrkantrohr 8 eingesetzten Abschlußelement 1 jeweils zwischen Innenseite des Mehrkantrohres 8 und der Außenseite des Führungsabschnitts 7 besteht. Die Länge L des Dichtelementes 3 beträgt ein Mehrfaches der Wandstärke T und ist so ausgelegt, daß das Gegenstück 4 das Dichtelement 3 ausreichend mit axialem Druck beaufschlagen kann.
- Das Gegenstück 4 umfaßt ein Hohlprofil 18 mit der gleichen Profilform wie das Dichtelement 3 und wird an einem Ende durch die in
Fig. 2 erkennbare Rückwand 19 abgeschlossen. Die Rückwand 19 weist nach innen gerichtet, ein Stützelement 20 und ein Kanalelement 21 auf. Das Hohlprofil 18 springt mit seinem Rand 22 gegenüber dem Stützelement 20 vor. Das Kanalelement 21 ragt noch über den Rand 22 hinaus. Das Gegenstück 4 läßt sich nur dann mit dem Endstück 2 passend zusammenfügen, wenn das etwas vorstehende Kanalelement 21 die richtige Lage einnimmt. - Die richtige Lage des Kanalelementes 21 ist im in
Figur 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel oben links im Gegenstück 4. Damit ist das notwendige Durchströmen der Druckluft sichergestellt. Durch die Rückwand 19 und das Stützelement 20 verläuft mittig eine Bohrung 23, in die ein Gewinde eingeformt ist. Sowohl das Endstück 2 als auch das Gegenstück 4 bestehen aus Zink-Druckguß. - Der Schnittdarstellung der
Figur 2 sind weitere Einzelheiten der Ausbildung des Abschlußelementes 1 zu entnehmen. Der Zuführkanal 16 geht im Inneren des Endstücks 2 auf einen kleineren Durchmesser über, wobei der Übergang auf den kleineren Durchmesser des Zuführkanals 16 als Auflage 24 ausgeführt ist. Der Verbindungskanal 17 geht in einen Druckluftkanal 25 über, der einen kleineren wirksamen Querschnitt als der Verbindungskanal 17 aufweist. - Am Gegenstück 4 ist die Durchlaßöffnung 26 für die Druckluft erkennbar. Das Kanalelement 21 bildet einen Teil der Verlängerung des Druckluftkanals 25.
- Beim Zusammenbau des Abschlußelementes 1 wird zunächst das Dichtelement 3 auf den Dichtabschnitt 9 des Endstücks 2 bis zum Führungsabschnitt 7 aufgeschoben. Anschließend wird die Schraube 5 zusammen mit der Dichtscheibe 6 in den Zuführkanal 16 eingeführt, wobei die Dichtscheibe 6 auf der Auflage 24 angelegt wird. Das Ende der Schraube wird in die mit Gewinde versehene Bohrung 23 des Gegenstücks 4 nur so weit eingeschraubt, daß sie im Gewinde faßt und daß das Gegenstück 4 noch keinen axialen Druck auf das Dichtelement 3 ausübt.
- Das auf diese Weise vormontierte Abschlußelement 1 wird in das Ende des Mehrkantrohrs 8 bis zum Anschlag 10 eingeschoben. Anschließend wird die Schraube 5, deren Kopf einen Innensechskant 27 aufweist, so angezogen, daß das Endstück 2 mit seinem Rand 22 axial auf das Dichtelement 3 Druck ausübt. Dadurch legt sich das Dichtelement 3 an die Innenseite des Mehrkantrohres 8 an, fixiert die Position des Abschlußelementes 1 gegen den im Inneren des Mehrkantrohres 8 auftretenden Luftdruck und dichtet zwischen Mehrkantrohr 8 und Endstück 2 luftdicht ab.
- Ein Abschlußelement 1 in diesem Zustand ist in
Figur 3 dargestellt. Die Druckluft kann das Abschlußelement 1 von der Durchlaßöffnung 26 über den Druckluftkanal 25 bis zum Verbindungskanal 17 oder in Gegenrichtung durchströmen. Dem Mehrkantrohr 8 schließt sich mit geringem Abstand ein benachbartes Mehrkantrohr 28 an. Das in das Mehrkantrohr 28 eingefügte Abschlußelement 29 ist spiegelbildlich zum Abschlußelement 1 ausgebildet. Das Abschlußelement 1 und das Abschlußelement 29 sind durch ein Verbindungsrohr 30 miteinander verbunden, das mit seinen Enden in den Verbindungskanal 17 und den Verbindungskanal 31 eingesetzt ist. Damit ist ein ungehinderter Fluß der Druckluft zwischen Mehrkantrohr 8 und Mehrkantrohr 28 durch die Druckluftkanäle 25 und 33 möglich. Die Abdichtung des Verbindungsrohres 30 erfolgt mittels O-Ring-Dichtungen 32, wie aus derDE 198 30 048 A1 bekannt. - Die Erfindung ist nicht auf die beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. Alternative Ausbildungen, insbesondere des Endstücks und des Gegenstücks, sind im Rahmen der Erfindung möglich.
Claims (11)
- Abschlußelement (1,29) für druckluftführende Mehrkantrohre (8,28) an Spinnmaschinen, das dichtend endseitig in das Mehrkantrohr eingesetzt ist und ein elastisches Dichtelement (3) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Abschlußelement (1, 29) außer dem Dichtelement (3) ein Endstück (2) und ein Gegenstück (4) umfaßt, wobei das Dichtelement (3) zwischen Endstück (2) und Gegenstück (4) angeordnet ist, und
daß das Abschlußelement (1, 29) so ausgebildet ist, daß es in eingesetztem Zustand das Dichtelement (3) axial beaufschlagt, wodurch sich dieses so verformt, daß es das Abschlußelement (1, 29) gegenüber dem Mehrkantrohr (8, 28) abdichtet. - Abschlußelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abschlußelement (1, 29) so ausgebildet ist, daß Druckluft vom Mehrkantrohr (8; 28) durch das Abschlußelement (1, 29) hindurch in ein benachbart angeordnetes Mehrkantrohr (28; 8) strömen kann.
- Abschlußelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (3) durch relatives Annähern von Endstück (2) und Gegenstück (4) radial ausgeweitet wird.
- Abschlußelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Endstück (2) und das Gegenstück (4) mittels einer durch das Dichtelement (3) hindurchgreifenden Schraube (5) miteinander verbunden sind und daß das Endstück (2) und das Gegenstück (4) durch Anziehen der Schraube (5) das Dichtelement (3) mit axialem Druck beaufschlagen.
- Abschlußelement nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Endstück (2) und das Gegenstück (4) so ausgeführt sind, daß sie gemeinsam einen durch das Abschlußelement (1, 29) außermittig hindurchgehenden Druckluftkanal (25, 33) bilden.
- Abschlußelement nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die vom Druckluftkanal (25, 33) gebildete stirnseitige Öffnung des Abschlußelementes (1, 29) ein Verbindungsrohr (30) einsetzbar ist.
- Abschlußelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge L des Dichtelementes (3) mindestens das 1,5 fache seiner Wanddicke T beträgt.
- Abschlußelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (3) aus Gummi besteht.
- Abschlußelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Endstück (2) eine Aussparung (12) aufweist, die zum Durchgreifen von unterschiedlichen Befestigungsschrauben ausgebildet ist.
- Abschlußelement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beidseitig der Aussparung (12) ein Stützprofil (44, 45) ausgebildet ist.
- Abschlußelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mehrkantrohr (8, 28) als Tragstange für pneumatisch beaufschlagbare Oberwalzentrag- und Belastungsarme an Streckwerken von Spinnmaschinen ausgebildet ist.
