Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zur Anpassung der Andrückkraft einer Steuerrolle an eine Steuerkurve mittels einer vorgespannten Feder,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraft der Feder (37) in Abhängigkeit von der Drehzahl einer Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine (1) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung zur Anpassung der Andrückkraft einer Steuerrolle an eine Steuerkurve mittels einer vorgespannten Feder,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraft der Feder (37) in Abhängigkeit von der Andrückkraft zwischen der Steuerrolle (36) und der Steuerkurve (38) regelbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder ein Torsionsfederstab (37; 43) ist und dass die Einstellung der Federkraft durch Änderung der Vorspannung des Torsionsfederstabes (37; 43) mittels eines Aktuators (47) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder ein Torsionsfederstab (37; 43) ist und dass die Einstellung der Federkraft durch Änderung der Federsteifigkeit des Torsionsfederstabes (37; 43) mittels eines Versteifungselementes (71) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Änderung der Federsteifigkeit des Torsionsfederstabes (37; 43) ein Versteifungselement (71) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteifungselement (71) eine verdrehsichere, axial verschiebbare Aufnahme ist, die den Torsionsfederstab (43) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteifungselement (71) entlang des Torsionsfederstabes (43) mittels eines Stellmotors (73) verschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerrolle (36) Teil eines kurvengesteuerten Greifersystems (29) ist, bei welchem die Andrückkraft mittels der Torsionsfederstäbe (37, 43) aufgebracht wird, wobei diese parallel geschaltet miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Torsionsfederstäbe (37, 43) mittels einer Zahnradkopplung (41, 42) miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Torsionsfederstab (43) den Aktuator (47) zur Verdrehung des Torsionsfederstabes (43) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator (47) einen hydraulisch betätigbarer Arbeitszylinder (53) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Arbeitsraum (59) des Arbeitszylinders (52) mit Druck von einer stationär angeordneten Pumpe (49) beaufschlagbar ist, die von einem Steuerrechner (51) in Abhängigkeit von der Drehzahl der Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine antreibbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Arbeitsraum (59) des Arbeitszylinders (52) mit Druck von einer Hydraulikpumpe (63) beaufschlagbar ist, die von dem Zylinder (27) angetrieben wird, welcher die Torsionsstabfeder (43) trägt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (63) über eine Zuleitung (66) mit dem Arbeitsraum (59) und über eine weitere Zuleitung (67) mit einem zylinderfesten Ölspeicher (69) verbunden ist, wobei die Zuleitung (66, 67) mittels einer Drossel (68) verbunden sind.
