Definitions
- the invention relates to an electric hair styling device with a in one Handle integrated hot air blower and with an electric motor driven in rotation and conveyed by a through the hot air blower Air stream brushed hairbrush with a shaft and a from the shaft protruding bristles.
- Such hair styling devices are used to form curls in the hair one person.
- the electric motor and the warm air blower together Heating device are typically in a tubular as a handle housed housing.
- By screwing the hairbrush in the hair to be reshaped with rotating hairbrush become the individual Curls shaped. They are rolled up to train for a locke Hair due to a rotational movement of the bristles and / or the Lateral surface of the hairbrush gripped hair as a result of the rotation of the Hairbrush.
- the hair to be reshaped are basically of the in Turn hairbrush over more than one hairbrush turn taken, what the above-mentioned curling or screwing entails.
- the hairbrush gets into the hair to be reshaped rolled up like a curler.
- Such an electric hair-styling device provides an alternative to a Use of curlers. With this electric hair styling device However, no waves can be formed, as this sometimes it is asked for. So-called hair dryer waves can be conventionally only with a hand brush and a hairdryer shape, taking a lot of skill requires to train foehn waves.
- the object of an initially mentioned electric hair styling device develop in such a way that with this hair waves, in particular so-called foehn waves can be readily formed.
- the hairbrush is designed in such a way that a rotational drive on the hair to be formed only so far done that basically a complete screwing the hairbrush in the hair to be formed is avoided.
- a certain rotational drive is necessary to make the hair to be formed in a wave to be created imitative form for the time necessary to form the wave hold.
- the heat provided by the hot air flow supports the hair-styling process, expediently the hairbrush according to Art an airbrush is formed and the hairbrush inflowing Warm air flow enters an inner inflow channel of the hairbrush and from this located in the hairbrush air outlet openings in Radial direction is led out.
- the above conditional rotational driving the hair to be formed at Rotary hairbrush is achieved by the fact that the radially outward facing top of the lateral surface of the shank of the hairbrush one has such a nature that of this no torque the hair to be formed or at most only a negligibly small is transmitted.
- This surface is therefore expediently high smooth and / or has a coating on which the hair to be formed does not stick with rotating hairbrush, like this one for example Pholytetrafluoroethylene coating (PTFE coating) is the case.
- PTFE coating Pholytetrafluoroethylene coating
- her Density and / or its rigidity designed so that on the one hand, although a Rotational driving with rotating hairbrush of hair to be formed, on the other hand, this rotational drive only over part of a Hair brush rotation, for example, over 180 °. This is one Turning the rotating hairbrush into the hair to be formed effectively prevented. It is expedient to design a hairbrush, with the a rotational drive of the hair to be formed by 180 ° to max. 270 ° takes place. Depending on the duration of treatment and type of treatment can with a Hairbrushes of this kind can be shaped into a variety of hair shafts.
- the bristle of such a hairbrush is regarding the density of their Bribery can be addressed as moderately bristled.
- the single ones Bristle tufts themselves are expediently opposite to the Lateral surface of the hair dryer deepened anchored, wherein it is provided that the actual anchoring of the foot of the bristle tufts of the Jacket surface is spaced by a distance opening.
- the inside pointing side of the distance opening is from the lateral surface of a bristle tufts spaced so that this within the distance opening can be moved back and forth.
- the distance opening serves the purpose of that the bristle tufts already at the top of the lateral surface of the Shank of the hairbrush a certain softness or compliance have and lie in this area only loosely together.
- the hair dryer responsible distance opening may vary Be geometry.
- the distance opening can, for example be an opening of circular cross-section.
- the Distance opening to design as a slot, with such a Design expediently the longitudinal extent of the elongated hole Having at least one pointing in the direction of rotation of the hairbrush share. This is the case, for example, in a slot whose Long axis in the direction of rotation of the hair brush points or its long axis oriented in a diagonal direction.
- the spacing opening can be anchored directly to an anchoring hole a bristle tufts border, creating a stepped hole is trained.
- the bristle tufts are anchored in a tube core, that of a concentric the tube core enclosing sleeve is included.
- the Outside of the sleeve then forms the top of the lateral surface of the Hairbrush.
- the sleeve can on the outside, for example, a chrome-plated and thus have a highly smooth surface. This sleeve has bristle openings in the contour of the provided spacing openings.
- such a sleeve is provided at a distance to arrange the tube core, whereby an annular gap between the Pipe core and the sleeve is provided.
- the annular gap serves for a for spacing the bristle exit from its anchoring holes and the lateral surface of the shaft formed by the sleeve.
- this serves to conduct an air flow, then by the as Spacer openings serving bristle openings of the sleeve to be reshaped Hair is fed.
- the power of the electric motor can be designed stronger. This expediently takes place in that the electric motor does not have a Voltage tap connected to the heater of the hot air blower is, but that the hair styling device has its own power connection for the electric motor used to turn the hairbrush has, for example, a transformer. It is possible then Hairbrush also with a higher rotational speed to drive before all without a loss in terms of the performance of the heater having to accept.
- An electric hair styling device 1 consists of a handle 2 and a Hair brush 3.
- the handle 2 is an electric hot air blower arranged.
- the hot air blower itself includes one Fan and an electric heater, over which the of the Fan funded air flow is led to its heating.
- an electric motor is arranged in the handle 2, an electric motor.
- the electric motor is used for driving the hairbrush 3, the torque-locking with the drive shaft the electric motor, if necessary, geared stocky, connected is.
- the motor driven shaft on which the hairbrush 3 is seated, is indicated in Figure 1 by the reference numeral 4.
- the Shaft 4 is led out of the front-side outlet of the handle 2 axially.
- This front opening 5 of the handle 2 is also used as Air outlet for the funded by the in the handle 2 Warm air stream.
- the shaft 4 itself is designed as a hollow shaft and has via inlet openings 6, so that of the hot air blower promoted hot air flow can enter the interior of the hollow shaft 4. This serves the purpose that the warm air flow or a part of the Warm air flow in an inner inflow of the hairbrush 3 is conveyed becomes.
- This inflow is via air outlet openings 7 with the lateral surface 8 of the hairbrush 3 connected, so that in the inflow the hairbrush 3 incoming air flow from the air outlet openings 7 emerge and fed to the hair to be formed becomes.
- the hairbrush 3 is at its front, the shaft 4 opposite Closed end.
- the hairbrush 3 consists of a substantially cylindrical shaft 9 with the lateral surface 8.
- the lateral surface 8 of the shaft 9 is at the illustrated embodiment formed by a sleeve 10, the lower Leaving an annular gap 11 (see Figure 2) a tube core 12 concentric includes.
- the tube core 12 in turn closes the above Inflow channel 13 of the hairbrush 3 a.
- the sleeve 10 is based on the tubular core 12 integrally formed cylindrical extensions 14 from.
- the tube core 12 serves to anchor the bristle tufts B of the hairbrush 3.
- the sleeve 10 has bristle openings 16 through which the Tear bristle tufts B.
- the bristle openings 16 of the sleeve 10 have an inner width that is significantly larger than the diameter a anchoring hole provided for anchoring a bristle tuft B. 15.
- each bristle tuft B within a Bristle opening 6 are easily moved back and forth.
- the individual bristles of the bristle tufts B are through the bristle opening 16 not compressed.
- the contour of the brush openings 16 has the contour of a Langloches on, in its longitudinal extension diagonal to the rotational movement the hairbrush 3 runs, as can be seen in Figure 1.
- the contour of the brush openings 16 has the contour of a Langloches on, in its longitudinal extension diagonal to the rotational movement the hairbrush 3 runs, as can be seen in Figure 1.
- only individual bristle tufts B are shown in FIG.
- the tube core 12 is torsionally connected to the shaft 4.
- the electric hair styling device 1 for molding a Locke at least flows the air flow conveyed by the hot air blower proportionally in the inflow channel 13 of the hairbrush 12 and in the through the sleeve 10 formed annular gap 11 a. From the inflow channel 13 occurs this hot air flow through the air outlet openings 7 in the radial Direction out of the hairbrush 3. Escaping with the air outlet openings 7 of the tube core 12 also has the sleeve 10 corresponding Air outlet openings, wherein within the annular gap 11 a mixing takes place with the promoted in the annular gap 11 airflow and the heated air also exits from the bristle openings 16. By The hot air flow entrained heat is thus directly to the fed to shaping hair.
- the brushing of the hairbrush 3 in terms of their density and rigidity the bristle tufts B is designed so that when rotating hairbrush 3 a rotational drive of the voltage applied to the hair brush 3 hair only about 180 ° or something more.
- the Sleeve 10 has a chrome-plated surface so that it is particularly smooth. Therefore, a rotational drive takes place with rotating hairbrush 3 of hair not, if they rest only on the lateral surface 8 of the shaft 9.
- the spacing of the bristle tuft anchorage in the anchoring holes 5 of the tube core 12 from the lateral surface 8 of the shaft 9 has the consequence that the bristle tufts B as they pass through the Bristle openings 16 have relatively soft properties.
- this hair styling device 1 When shaping hair with this hair styling device 1 can by the Rotary movement of the hair through the hairbrush 3 by only about 180 ° Shafts are formed. The entrainment of the hair is used by the Hairbrush 3 primarily for the purpose of forming the desired waveform.
