Claims (10)

  1. Produkt aus Pulver zum Schutz von Zentrifugalgussformen, die bei der Herstellung von gusseisernen Rohren verwendet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Mischung von Partikeln einer Impflegierung auf der Grundlage von Ferrosilicium und Partikeln eines Metalls umfasst, gleichzeitig stark reduzierend und flüchtig bei der Temperatur des geschmolzenen Gusseisens, das ausgewählt ist aus Magnesium, Calcium, Legierungen von Magnesium und/oder Calcium, wobei die Legierungen weniger als 10 % Fe enthalten.
  2. Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verwendete Impflegierung eine Mischung aus mehreren Impflegierungen ist.
  3. Produkt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das verwendete reduzierende und flüchtige Metall 0,3 bis 18 Gew% des Produkts darstellt.
  4. Produkt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nichteisenlegierung eine SiCa-Legierung ist, die (in Gewicht) Folgendes enthält:
    Si: 58-65 %, Ca: 27-35 %, Fe: 2-7 %, Al: 0,4-2 %.
  5. Produkt nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen 15 und 40 Gew% SiCa-Legierung enthält.
  6. Produkt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen 0,5 und 2 % Magnesium enthält.
  7. Produkt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es 0,2 bis 15 % inertes Mineralpulver enthält.
  8. Produkt nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das verwendete inerte Mineralpulver ein Calciumfluorid, ein Magnesiumfluorid oder eine Mischung dieser zwei Fluoride ist.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung des Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die reduzierenden und flüchtigen Metalle in die Mischung in Form einer Vormischung mit den inerten Mineralpulvern eingeführt werden.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metalle von 15 bis 60 Gew% der Vormischung darstellen.
