Description

Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Zubereiten von Speisen, insbesondere als mobile Feldküche, mit einem Kochmodul (12) und einem Backmodul (18), wobei das Kochmodul (12) eine Kochplatte (16) und eine zum Aufheizen der Kochplatte (16) ausgebildete Heizquelle (24) besitzt, wobei das Backmodul (18) wahlweise mit dem Kochmodul (12) koppelbar ist und einen Backraum (36) ausbildet, und wobei die Kochplatte (16) als Wärmetauscher zum Aufheizen von Luft (56) im Backraum (36) fungiert, wenn das Backmodul (18) mit dem Kochmodul (12) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Backmodul (18) zum Koppeln so auf das Kochmodul (12) aufsetzbar ist, dass der Backraum (36) oberhalb der Kochplatte (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Backraum (36) eine Grundfläche besitzt, deren Größe der Kochplatte (16) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Backmodul (18) ein den Backraum (36) umgrenzendes Gehäuse (34) besitzt und dass das Kochmodul (12) einen die Kochplatte (16) zumindest teilweise umgebenden Rahmen (20) besitzt, wobei das Gehäuse (34) so ausgebildet ist, dass es auf den Rahmen (20) aufsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Backraum (36) einen zumindest teilweise offenen Boden besitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Backmodul (18) eine Leitblechanordnung (44) besitzt, die dazu ausgebildet ist, einen Luftstrom über die Kochplatte (16) und von dort in den Backraum (36) zu leiten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitblechanordnung (44) ein Bodenblech (48) beinhaltet, das bei gekoppeltem Back- und Kochmodul in etwa parallel zu der Kochplatte (16) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bodenblech (48) eine Tiefe besitzt, die etwas geringer ist als die Tiefe der Kochplatte (16).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Backmodul (18) ein Gebläse (52) besitzt, das dazu ausgebildet ist, die Luft (56) im Backraum (36) umzuwälzen, wobei das Gebläse (52) vorzugsweise die Luft aus dem Backraum (36) abzieht und der Kochplatte (16) zuführt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kochplatte (16) eine Sandwichplatte mit einer oberen Lage (30) aus Edelstahl und einer mittleren Lage (32) aus einem stärker wärmeleitenden Material, insbesondere aus einem Kupfer- oder Aluminiummaterial, ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kochmodul (12) einen Heizraum (22) besitzt, in dem die Heizquelle (24) angeordnet ist, wobei die Kochplatte (16) den Heizraum (22) nach oben verschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizquelle (24) eine mit Brennstoff betriebene Heizquelle ist, insbesondere ein Vielstoff- oder Dieselbrenner.
- Backmodul für eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, mit einem Gehäuse (34), das einen Backraum (36) ausbildet, der wahlweise mit einem Kochmodul (12) koppelbar ist, welches eine Kochplatte (16) und eine zum Aufheizen der Kochplatte (16) ausgebildete Heizquelle (24) besitzt, wobei die Kochplatte (16) als Wärmetauscher zum Aufheizen von Luft im Backraum (36) fungiert, wenn das Backmodul (18) mit dem Kochmodul (12) gekoppelt ist.
- Backmodul nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine Leitblechanordnung (44), die dazu ausgebildet ist, einen Luftstrom über die Kochplatte (16) und von dort in den Backraum (36) zu leiten.
- Verfahren zum Zubereiten von Speisen mit Hilfe eines Kochmoduls und eines Backmoduls, mit den Schritten:Bereitstellen eines Kochmoduls (12), das eine Kochplatte (16) und eine zum Aufheizen der Kochplatte (16) ausgebildete Heizquelle (24) besitzt,Koppeln eines Backmoduls (18), das einen Backraum (36) ausbildet, mit dem Kochmodul (12),Einbringen der Speisen in den Backraum (36), undErwärmen der Luft im Backraum (36),wobei die Kochplatte (16) als Wärmetauscher zum Aufheizen von Luft im Backraum (36) fungiert.
