Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden einer Sprosse (11) mit einem Holm (10) einer Leiter, wobei die Sprosse (11) durch mindestens eine Wandung des Holms (10) hindurchgeführt ist und eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen der Sprosse (11) und mindestens einer Wandung des Holms (10) dadurch erzielt wird, dass die Sprosse (11) im Bereich der Wandung des Holms (10) aufgeweitet wird mittels eines Konturstempels (12), der in die Sprosse (11) hineinfährt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Konturstempel (12) eine dem Innenquerschnitt der Sprosse entsprechende Umrissform aufweist,
dass die Sprosse (11) durch beide Wandungen (10a, 10b) des Holms (10) hindurchgeführt ist
und dass die Sprosse (11) endseitig gegenüber der äußeren Wandung (10a) des Holms vorsteht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprosse (11) mittels des Konturstempels (12) über den überwiegenden Teil ihres Umfangs aufgeweitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprosse (11) mittels des in sie hineinfahrenden Konturstempels (12), ringsum aufgeweitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufweitung der Sprosse (11) in nur mindestens einem Arbeitsgang vorgenommen wird.
- Verbindung zwischen einer Sprosse sowie einem Holm einer Leiter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese nach einem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 hergestellt wurde.
- Leiter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese mindestens eine Verbindung zwischen mindestens einem Holm und mindestens einer Sprosse mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 5 aufweist.
- Leiter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Sprossen (11) aufweist, deren Höhe größer ist als deren maximale Breite.
- Leiter nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprossen der Leiter ein sich von oben nach unten verjüngendes, vorzugsweise beidseitig etwa parabelförmig verjüngendes Querschnittsprofil aufweisen.
- Leiter nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Sprosse (11) oberseitig im Bereich ihrer Trittfläche (13) ihre maximale Breite aufweist.
