Claims (14)
- Gleitbrett, insbesondere Ski, mit einer Lauffläche, Stahlkanten, einer Oberschale, einem vorgefertigten Kern, sowie mit zumindest einem mit dem Gleitbrettkörper mittels Verankerungselementen verbundenen Interfaceelement, beispielsweise einem schienenartig profilierten Führungselement, zum Anordnung zumindest eines Bindungselementes an der Oberseite des Gleitbrettes, wobei die Verankerungselemente einen am Interfaceelement gehaltenen Kopfabschnitt aufweisen oder mit dem Interfaceelement verbunden sind sowie einen durch eine Öffnung in der Oberschale in das Gleitbrettinnere ragenden Schaft aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Interfaceelement (7) mittels zumindest eines der Verankerungselemente (11) während des Aufbaues des Gleitbrettes mit dem Kern (6) formschlüssig und / oder reibungsschlüssig und / oder auf andere mechanische Weise verbunden worden ist. - Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verankerungselement (11) vor dem Positionieren des Kerns (6) mit der Oberschale (5) fest verbunden worden ist.
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verankerungselement (11) mit einem im Kern (6) gehaltenen, insbesondere eingeschäumten Halteteil (12, 17) verbunden ist.
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (11b) des Verankerungselementes (11) eine Ausnehmung (11c) aufweist, in welche der Halteteil (12) eingreift (Fig. 1).
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (18) des Verankerungselementes (11) von unten her auseinander gespreizt ist und in einer im Kern (6) durchgehenden Öffnung des Sperrteiles (17) eingesetzt ist (Fig. 3).
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schaft (13) des Verankerungselementes (12) ein Spreizteil (15) eingesetzt ist (Fig. 2).
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spreizteil (15) nach dem Positionieren des Verankerungselementes (11) an der Oberschale (5) eingesetzt worden ist.
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft ein von unten eingeschraubter Teil ist oder einen von unten eingeschraubten Teil (29, 32a, 37) aufweist (Fig. 6 bis 8).
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (23) des Verankerungselementes in der Art eines Niet an der Oberschale (5) gehalten ist (Fig. 4).
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Schaft (23, 32) oder am eingeschraubten Teil (27, 37) ein insbesondere ringförmig ausgeführter Zwischenteil (25, 28, 31, 36) aufgebracht ist (Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 7, Fig. 8).
- Gleitbrett nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberschale (5) mit einem zumindest zum Teil nach innen umgebörtelten Rand die Öffnung (5a) in der Oberschale (5) begrenzt (Fig. 4).
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verankerungselement (11) mittels eines Sicherungsteiles (38) an der Oberschale (5) gehalten ist (Fig. 9).
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sicherungsteil (38) eine schlüssellochartig oder dergleichen ausgeführte Öffnung (39) zur Aufnahme des Schaftes (40) des Verankerungselementes (11) aufweist, wobei der schmälere Öffnungsabschnitt (39b) im Bereich einer örtlichen Einschnürung (40a) mit dem Schaft (40) in Eingriff steht (Fig. 9a).
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (50) in der Oberschale (5') schlüssellochartig mit zwei Öffnungsabschnitten unterschiedlichen Durchmessers ausgeführt ist, wobei der schmälere Abschnitt im Bereich einer örtlichen Einschnürung (41a) mit dem Schaft (41) in Eingriff steht (Fig. 10).
