Die Ausformungen der Gleitsohle (3) beeinflussen die Saugeigenschaften der Düse (1), vor allem die das Saugmundstück (2) einfassende vordere und hintere Saugmundkante (7, 8) des Luftkanals (5, 6), die im Bereich des Ansaugkanals (4) durch eine Vertiefung (24) und eine Ausnehmung (23) unterbrochen ist. Die Vertiefung (24) befindet sich an der hinteren Saugmundkante (8) des Luftkanals (5, 6) der Gleitsohle (3), die Ausnehmung (23) an der vorderen Saugmundkante (7). Die dadurch entstehenden Lücken (23, 24) beidseitig des Ansaugkanal (4) sind zur Aufnahme eines streifenförmigen Fadenhebers (9, 10) bestimmt, wobei der Fadenheber mit Befestigungsmitteln (20) versehenen ist. Die Befestigungsmittel (20) sind in bekannter Weise als lösbare Rastverbindungsmittel ausgebildet, dessen Raststege beim Einsetzen des Fadenhebers (9, 10) in eine Öffnung in der Gleitsohle eingreifen.
Das Kunststoffteil (17, 17') des Fadenhebers (9, 10) kann dabei mit dem Textilteil (16, 16') im Kunststoffspritzverfahren verbunden werden und zusätzlich sorgt ein durch Hinterspritzung am Trägerteil (17, 17') gebildeter Steg (18) dafür, dass das Textilteil (16, 16') in dessen Randbereich umfasst und fixiert wird. Das Textilteil (16, 16') des Fadenhebers (9, 10) ist vorzugsweise ein Bürstenplüsch aus einem schräg ausgerichteten borstigem Velours.
Die Höhenlinie der ebenen Fläche (18) des Textilteils (16, 16') des Fadenhebers (9, 10) ist gegenüber der Höhenlinie der Saugmundkante (12, 13) bzw. des Steges (11) etwas niedriger bzw. abgesenkt, wodurch der Bodenkontakt und somit der Verschleiß des textilen Material verringert werden. Insbesondere wirkt sich dies auf glatten Böden aus, wenn die Gleitsohle (3) nicht durch zusätzliche Gleitflächen oder Rollkörper gestützt wird und der Gleitdruck direkt auf dem Fadenheber lastet.
Bei der Ausführung gemäß Fig. 3 ist der vordere Fadenheber (9) unter einem Winkel (19) leicht schräg angeordnet und er besitzt im vorderen Bereich eine Abrundung (28) bzw. Fase, um an dieser Stelle keine die Luftströmung störende Kante zu erzeugen. An der dem Luftkanal (4) zugewandten Seite besitzt der Steg (11) eine strömungsaktive Saugmundkante (12).
Der hintere Fadenheber (10) ist in der Vertiefung (24) vor der schräg abfallenden Fläche (26) der Gleitsohle angeordnet. Auch hier bildet sich eine strömungsaktive Saugmundkante (13).

Claims (9)
- Düse (1) für ein Bodenpflegegerät zur Reinigung von textilen Bodenbelägen und glatten Böden, mit einer auf der Unterseite angeordneten Gleitsohle (3), mit einem Saugmundstück (2) und mit einem zum Anschlussstutzen (18) der Düse führenden Ansaugkanal (4), der mit mindestens einem in der Gleitsohle (3) gebildeten Luftkanal (5, 6) verbunden ist, wobei der Luftkanal (5, 6) eine vordere Saugmundkante (7) und eine hintere Saugmundkante (8) aufweist,
und mit mindestens einem in einer Vertiefung der Gleitsohle (3) eingesetzten Fadenheber (9, 10), der sich in einem vor und/oder hinter dem Ansaugkanals (4) gelegenen Bereich befindet, wobei der Fadenheber aus einem Trägerteil (17,17') und einem Textilteil (16,16') eines Bürstenflormaterials besteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenheber (9, 10) auf der dem Ansaugkanal (4) zugewandten Seite einen Steg (11) aufweist,
dass sich das Textilteil (16, 16') des Fadenhebers (9,10) unmittelbar an den Steg (11) auf der dem Ansaugkanal (4) abgewandten Seite anschließt,
und dass der Steg (11) eine an den Saugkanal (4) angrenzende Gleitkante (14, 15) bildet, die sich fluchtend in die Kante des Saugmundes (7, 8) des Luftkanals (5) einfügt und auf gleicher Höhe mit der Saugmundkante (7, 8) des Luftkanals (5, 6) liegt. - Düse (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke bzw. Höhe des Textilteils (16, 16') so gewählt ist, dass die Oberkante des Textilteils (16, 16') samt Bürstenflor (16") mit der Oberkante des Steges (11) auf einer Höhe liegt oder in einem geringen Abstand unterhalb der Oberkante des Steges abschließt. - Düse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilteil (16, 16') streifenförmig ausgebildet ist und eine ebene Fläche bildet. - Düse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, einem Textilteil (16, 16')
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerteil (17, 17') des Fadenhebers (9, 10) ein Kunststoffteil ist, welches mit dem Textilteil (16, 16') im Kunststoffspritzverfahren verbindbar ist,
und dass ein durch Hinterspritzung am Trägerteil (17, 17') gebildeter Steg (18) das Textilteil (16, 16') in dessen Randbereich umfasst und fixiert. - Düse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenheber (9, 10) an der vom Boden abgewandten Seite zum Lösen von der Gleitsohle (3) mit mindestens einer Nut versehen ist - Düse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenheber (9, 10) beidseitig des Ansaugkanals (4) in einer Ausnehmung (23) und einer Vertiefung (24) angeordnet ist. - Düse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenheber (9, 10) mit seiner Oberfläche des Textilteils (16, 16') ausgehend von den dem Ansaugkanal (4) zugewandten Gleitkanten (7, 8) unter einem Winkel (19) leicht geneigt in der Gleitsohle angeordnet ist. - Düse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenheber (9,10) im vorderen Bereich der Düse durch Bildung eines Winkels (19) geneigt in der Gleitsohle angeordnet ist und dass er auf der dem Steg (11) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Abrundung (29) oder Fase besitzt. - Fadenheber für eine Düse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenheber aus einem Kunststoffteil (17, 17') und einem Textilteil (16, 16') besteht,
dass das Kunststoffteil (17, 17') einen nach oben gerichteten, angeformten Steg (11) und ein nach unten gerichtetes Befestigungselement (20) aufweist,
dass das Textilteil (16, 16') hinter dem Steg (11) mit der oberen Fläche des Kunststoffteiles (17, 17') mit diesem verbunden ist
und dass ein durch Hinterspritzung am Kunststoffteil (17, 17') gebildeter Steg (18) das Textilteil (16, 16') in dessen Randbereich umfasst und fixiert.
