Description
einer Gleitsohle, die eine Arbeitsbreite von mindestens 250 mm aufweist und einen eingeformten Saugmund mit einer in den Saugmund mündenden Abströmöffnung enthält,
einem Saugkanal, der an die Abströmöffnung anschließt und,
einem Saugrohranschlussstück, das um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbar in den Saugkanal eingesetzt ist,
wobei der Saugmund als rinnenförmige Vertiefung ausgebildet ist, die von einer vorderen und hinteren Saugmundkante begrenzt ist, und wobei die Gleitsohle eine an die hintere Saugmundkante angrenzende Bodengleitfläche aufweist.

Claims (8)
- Bodendüse für Haushaltsstaubsauger mit
einer Gleitsohle (1), die eine Arbeitsbreite (AB) von mindestens 250 mm aufweist und einen eingeformten Saugmund (2) mit einer in den Saugmund mündenden Abströmöffnung (3) enthält,
einem Saugkanal (4), der an die Abströmöffnung (3) anschließt und
einem Saugrohranschlussstück (5), das um eine horizontale Achse (6) verschwenkbar in den Saugkanal (4) eingesetzt ist,
wobei der Saugmund (2) als rinnenförmige Vertiefung ausgebildet ist, die von einer vorderen und hinteren Saugmundkante (8, 8') begrenzt ist, und wobei die Gleitsohle (1) eine an die hintere Saugmundkante (8) angrenzende Bodengleitfläche (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Abstand (S) der Saugmundkanten (8, 8') entlang der Arbeitsbreite einen Mindestwert von 23 mm nicht unterschreitet und dass die Abströmöffnung (3) im Saugmund (2) einen Mindestquerschnitt von 1.000 mm aufweist. - Bodendüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strömungsquerschnitt der Abströmöffnung (3) größer ist als der in einer Schnittebene durch die Schwenkachse (6) gemessene Kanalquerschnitt des Saugrohranschlussstückes (5).
- Bodendüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Saugrohranschlussstück (5) ein rohrförmiges Ende (18) aufweist und dass der in einer Schnittebene durch die Schwenkachse (6) gemessene Kanalquerschnitt des Saugrohranschlussstückes (5) größer ist als der Querschnitt des rohrförmigen Endes (18).
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkanal (4) und das Saugrohranschlussstück (5) eine Einrichtung zur Führung des Saugluftstromes bilden, deren Querschnitt sich annähernd stetig von der Abströmöffnung (3) bis zum rohrförmigen Ende (18) verjüngt.
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugmundkanten (8, 8') auf ihrer gesamten Länge in einem Abstand von 25 mm bis 30 mm zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abströmöffnung (3) einen im Wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abströmöffnung (3) einen Strömungsquerschnitt von mehr als 1.200 mm2 aufweist.
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem rückwärtigen, das Saugrohranschlussstück (5) aufnehmenden Ende des Saugkanals (4) eine Laufrolle (12') oder Laufräder (12) angeordnet sind.
