Definitions
- a floor nozzle of the construction described is out DE-U 298 12 377 known.
- the suction head by means of a tilt joint on the air duct connected.
- the suction head contains one vertically movable and operated by a foot switch Bristle holder with bristle strips that pass through bottom openings in a base plate of the suction head are retractable and extendable. When vacuuming carpets the base plate slides on the floor to be cleaned. To the The bristle strips are used to clean smooth floor coverings extended by operating the foot switch.
- the tiltable connected to the air duct Suction head adapts to uneven floors and is regardless of the orientation of the on the winding tube connected suction pipe always parallel to the aligned cleaning floor.
- a floor nozzle which without Switching mechanism suitable for all floors for both vacuuming Carpet coverings as well as for vacuuming smooth floors can be used.
- the suction head is guided on rollers and has a tilting suction mouthpiece that is aligned parallel to the floor covering to be cleaned.
- the suction mouthpiece consists of a narrow base plate with trough-shaped channel and can be swiveled stored in the suction head.
- a floor sealing strip In the suction direction behind the suction nozzle is a floor sealing strip that always lies against the floor arranged.
- the suction mouth fits in the described versions unevenness and is independent of posture and alignment of the connected to the winding tube Suction pipe aligned parallel to the floor. This allows basically an effective cleaning of the floor surface.
- there is particularly in the case of deep-pile carpets the danger that the suction mouth is on the floor stuck and the pushing force that occurs during the suction movements must be applied, increases sharply. In extreme cases the suction of the floor nozzle leads to unpleasant hopping effects, when they occur, effective cleaning is not is more possible.
- a floor nozzle with balanced usage properties must meet numerous, different requirements.
- the Suction head should be sufficient (across the direction of suction) Have length so that a large floor area with as much as possible little work movements can be cleaned.
- the suction mouth must also be designed so that fibers and small parts, e.g. Paper clips, shredded paper and the like are added become. In this respect, at least in some areas wide suction opening is useful.
- the floor nozzle must also have a good dust absorption capacity, that from the center to the outer edges of the suction head not worse may be.
- By designing and dimensioning the Suction mouth must be ensured that the whole Suction mouth as even a pressure distribution as possible sets.
- the floor nozzle must be designed in this way be that when vacuuming with low pushing force can be moved and also with deep-pile carpets a sucking down where proper operation is not is more possible is excluded.
- suction mouth exists in some versions from a straight channel open at the bottom suction edges arranged parallel to each other, their distance is about 20 mm on average. In other versions increases the width of the suction mouth from the center of the suction head from the outside, from about 25 mm to about 10 mm.
- the known floor nozzles are and dust absorption largely optimized. Still they are Suction properties are not always balanced as the measures to improve the dust and fiber absorption by a greater pushing force can be bought.
- the invention has for its object a floor nozzle to further develop the structure described at the beginning, that with unchanged good fiber and dust absorption can also be moved easily on textile floor coverings can and not even with deep-pile carpets can suck up.
- the object is achieved according to the invention in that the inflow cross section at the bottom of the suction mouth having a circumference of more than 530 mm is smaller than 5000 mm 2 . If the limit value according to the invention is adhered to, it is impossible for the floor nozzle connected to a commercially available floor vacuum cleaner to get stuck on textile floor coverings. The floor nozzle can be moved with little pushing force.
- the suction mouth can largely be designed as desired, the limit value for the inflow cross section according to the invention always having to be observed.
- the suction mouth has one limited by the thread lifters Middle section with one on the air duct subsequent suction opening and on both sides of the middle section one each delimited by the suction mouth edges narrow suction channel. It is within the scope of the invention the suction mouth in the area of the middle section essential to train more broadly than in those that follow on both sides Sections.
- the dust pickup is not surprising adversely affected when attached to the midsection adjacent branches of the suction mouth very narrow, i.e. with a very small distance between the suction mouth edges, are trained. Also for the length of the suction head (across to suction direction) there are no restrictions.
- For Compliance with the specified inflow cross section is the Make the suction mouth correspondingly narrower if the Suction head has a long length.
- the front and rear suction mouth edges in the direction of suction arranged in parallel the distance between the Suction mouth edges less than 16 mm, preferably less than 14 mm.
- the Suction lip edges can be advantageous if the Suction channels adjoining both sides of the central section of the suction mouth above the edges of the suction mouth Pressure distribution in the suction mouth enhances cross-sectional expansion exhibit.
- the air flowing into the suction mouth can within the suction mouth with little flow pressure loss derived in the correspondingly wide suction channels become.
- the Suction mouth wider in the area of its central section and has a recess which the in Suction direction rear suction mouth edges in the area of Intake opening interrupts and on the back by a web is limited to the one with the rear thread lifter equipped receiving pocket connects.
- the two sides the middle section adjoining sections of the suction mouth are accordingly narrow to the limit value according to the invention for the inflow cross section to adhere to.
- Floor nozzle include an air duct 1, at the rear end a roller 2 is connected, a Swivel / tilt joint 3, which can be swiveled into the Air duct used connector and one in the Spigot angular tube held rotatably, as well a suction head 4 with a bottom-side thread lifter 5 and Saugmundkanten 6 limited suction mouth 7, which is transverse to the direction of suction essentially over the entire length of the Suction head 4 extends.
- the suction head 4 is by a Another tilt joint 8 movable on the air duct 1 connected and depends on the Alignment of one connected to the rotary / tilt joint 3 Suction pipe always parallel to the one to be cleaned Floor area.
- suction mouth 7 one of the Thread lifters 5 limited middle section 9 with a Air duct connecting intake 10 and on either side of the middle section 9 one of each Has suction mouth edges 6 limited narrow suction channel 11.
- the suction mouth 7 is in the area of its middle section 9 broader and e.g. a recess 12, which the suction mouth edges at the rear in the suction direction Area of the intake opening interrupts and on the back of a web 13 is limited to which one with the rear Thread lifter 5 equipped receiving pocket connects.
- the front and rear suction mouth edges 6 in the suction direction are arranged in parallel, the distance between the suction mouth edges being less than 16 mm.
- the channel-shaped section 11 of the suction mouth 7 can, as shown in FIG. 3, have an essentially rectangular cross section.
- the aim is an even pressure distribution in the Suction channel.
- Fig. 4 have the adjoining on both sides of the central section Suction channels 11 of the suction mouth 7 above the suction mouth edges 6 a cross-sectional expansion which promotes the pressure distribution in the suction mouth on.
- the distance between the Saugmundkanten 6 is smaller than that above the Suction mouth edges measured width of the incoming air laxative channel.
- the design enables a very even pressure distribution along the suction mouth edges 6.
- the area of the inflow cross-section succeeds to keep small what is favorable to the Pushing force of the suction head affects.
- Pressure difference and air flow are in the floor nozzle measured.
- Canister vacuum cleaners become even more effective Air performance used, the inflow cross section of the Suction mouth can be reduced.
- the appropriate value is based on fewer attempts can be determined.
