Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une jante pour pneumatiques optimisée en poids, dans lequel
    a. une embase de jante (1) avec des épaisseurs de paroi partiellement différentes et présentant une symétrie de révolution est fabriquée par façonnage à froid dans une section tubulaire (1a) formée de préférence d'un tube soudé et
    b. est reliée ensuite à une cuve de jante,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    c. la paroi de la section tubulaire (1a),
    • en partant des deux faces d'extrémité,
    • respectivement au-dessus d'une zone définie à symétrie de révolution, qui forme un flanc (6),
    est amenée à une épaisseur de paroi (S2) approximativement exacte en formant un contour préliminaire,
    d. le matériau excédentaire des flancs (6), conditionné par les tolérances, étant glissé dans une zone de base creuse (7) entre les deux flancs (6),
    e. et ensuite les flancs (6) sont profilés par emboutissage au tour en étant étirés vers la zone marginale libre, et ils sont réduits dans leur épaisseur (S4, S5), éventuellement de manière partiellement différente, à une échelle prédéfinie.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avant l'égalisation de l'épaisseur de paroi (S1), la section tubulaire cylindrique (1a) est élargie sur au moins une face d'extrémité, de préférence les deux faces d'extrémité.
  3. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les flancs (6) sont pressés lors de l'étirage avec leurs faces frontales contre une butée (9a).
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contour préliminaire des flancs (6), et l'égalisation de leur épaisseur de paroi (S1), a lieu par emboutissage.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau excédentaire des flancs (6), conditionné par les tolérances, est utilisé pour un épaississement approximativement uniforme de l'épaisseur de paroi (S3) de la base creuse (7).
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embase de jante (1) est façonnée pendant l'étirage des flancs (6) en un contour final.
  7. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'extrémité libres des flancs (6) sont finies par des rouleaux de formage après leur étirage.
  8. Dispositif pour réaliser le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour le contour préliminaire de l'embase de jante (1) et l'égalisation de l'épaisseur de paroi des flancs (6), un revêtement intérieur d'outil (2) est prévu, qui comprend une première partie de revêtement (3) et une seconde partie de revêtement (4), lesquelles sont mobiles dans le sens axial l'une par rapport à l'autre, et dont les surfaces de revêtement externes comprennent un contour préliminaire (5), et en ce qu'un autre revêtement interne d'outil (2a) est prévu, qui est formé d'une première partie de revêtement (3a) et d'une seconde partie de revêtement (4a), et qui comprend côté revêtement un contour (5a) qui correspond au contour de l'embase de jante (1) finie dans la zone des flancs (6), et en ce que au moins un rouleau de pressage/d'emboutissage (8) est prévu, qui permet d'enfoncer la section tubulaire (1a) dans le contour préliminaire (5) et/ou le contour (5a).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le contour préliminaire (5) est limité par des butées (9) périphériques ayant la forme d'une arête.
  10. Dispositif selon une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la partie de revêtement (3) ou (4) axialement mobile est contrainte par ressort contre l'autre partie de revêtement (3) ou (4).
  11. Dispositif selon une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le contour (5a) est limité sur la face d'extrémité par respectivement une butée périphérique (9a).
  12. Dispositif selon une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que des rouleaux de formage (10) sont prévus, avec lesquels les zones d'extrémité de l'embase de jante profilée peuvent être usinées.
