Claims (6)
- Kabelbearbeitungseinrichtung (1) mit Bearbeitungsstationen zur Konfektionierung eines Kabels (3), wobei mindestens eine Zuführeinrichtung (4,5) mit Führungsrohr (10) das Kabel (3) den Bearbeitungsstationen zuführt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein von der Zuführeinrichtung (4,5) erreichbares Magazin (11) mit mehreren Führungsrohren (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Führungsrohre (10) unterschiedliche lichte Durchmesser aufweisen. - Kabelbearbeitungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Zuführeinrichtung (4,5) ein Halter (13) mit Halterkopf (16) für das Führungsrohr (10) vorgesehen ist, mittels dem ein werkzeugloser Führungsrohrwechsel machbar ist. - Kabelbearbeitungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (13) ein federbeaufschlagtes Druckstück (19) aufweist, das das Führungsrohr (10) im Halterkopf (16) festhält, wobei ein Rohrkopf (10,1) des Führungsrohres(10) durch eine am Halterkopf (16) vorgesehene Ausnehmung (22) in den Halterkopf (16) einführbar ist und der Rohrkopf (10.1) mittels Druckstück (19) beaufschlagbar ist. - Kabelbearbeitungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Druckstück (19) Ausleger (20) vorgesehen sind, die beim Führungsrohrwechsel mittels Kanten (11.3) des Magazins (11) betätigbar sind, wobei das Druckstück (19) entgegen der Federkraft einer Druckfeder (18) aus dem Halterkopf (16) bewegbar ist. - Kabelbearbeitungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jedes Führungsrohr (10) im Magazin (11) ein Lagerfach (11.1) vorgesehen ist, in dem das Führungsrohr (10) festhaltbar ist. - Verfahren zur Konfektionierung eines Kabels (3), wobei mindestens eine Zuführeinrichtung (4,5) mit Führungsrohr (10) das Kabel (3) Bearbeitungsstationen einer Kabelbearbeitungseinrichtung (1) zuführt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung (4,5) den Führungsrohrwechsel selbsttätig ausführen kann, wobei die Zuführeinrichtung (4,5) mindestens ein von der Zuführeinrichtung (4,5) erreichbares Magazin (11) mit mehreren Führungsrohren (10) anfährt und ein auf den Kabelquerschnitt des zu verarbeitenden Kabels (3) abgestimmtes Führungsrohr (10) auswählt und aufnimmt bzw. ein Lagerfach (11.1) des Magazins (11) auswählt und das Führungsrohr (10) im Lagerfach (11.1) lagert.
