Claims (11)
- Einrichtung zur Entlüftung eines Kurbelgehäuses einer einen Ansaugbereich umfassenden Brennkraftmaschine miteinem Auslass für Gase am Kurbelgehäusesowie einer Leitung zur Rückführung der Kurbelgehäusegase in den Ansaugbereich,einen ersten Funktionsbereich zur Reduktion einer Druckpulsation,einen zweiten Funktionsbereich zur ersten Ölabscheidung sowieeinen dritten Funktionsbereich zur weiteren Ölabscheidung.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Funktionsbereich mit einem einer den Innenraum des Kurbelgehäuses (102) in einen oberen (114) und eine unteren Raum (124) teilenden Trennwand (118) zugeordneten Ventil (110) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Raum (114) als Kurbelraum und der untere Raum (124) als Ölraum ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (110) druckgesteuert oder von einem Stellglied betätigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Funktionsbereich mit einem Schleuderrad (232) mit Schaufeln gebildet ist, dessen Schaufeln mit dem Eintrittsbereich einer Entlüftungsleitung (238) einen (Ring-)Spalt einschließen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleuderrad (232) im Betrieb eine dem Entlüftungsstrom entgegengerichtete Förderrichtung aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte Funktionsbereich mit einem Gestrickabscheider (234) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gestrickabscheider (234) in der Entlüftungsleitung (238) dem Schleuderrad (232) unmittelbar nachgeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Aufnahme des Gestrickabscheiders (232) die Entlüftungsleitung (238) einen durchmessererweiterten Bereich aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gestrickabscheider (232) aus einem metallischen oder organischen Material oder aus einem kraftstoff- und ölbeständigen Kunststoff besteht.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftungsleitung (238) ausgehend vom Kurbelgehäuse (202) bis zum Ansaugbereich (236) stetig steigend angeordnet ist.
