Description

The invention relates to a method for producing a swimming pool with an overflow channel according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

The production of swimming pools with molded bricks has long been known. Molded bricks allow a very individual design of the swimming pool, so that they can be optimally adapted to the spatial conditions of the building site in order to make the best possible use of the available space. It is also known to line the thus constructed swimming pool with films, since the production of foil liners for individual pelvic measurements is easy to implement. It is also known to design these swimming pools with an overflow channel in order to introduce the water depth to the maximum building law basin depth.

It is also known to put on these stones an overflow trough of precast elements, which have an approximately U-shaped cross-sectional shape and are made of concrete or fiberglass concrete. To ensure that these precast concrete components are completely waterproof, the water-bearing inner surface areas are lined with PVC-coated foil. However, the production of an overflow channel with such precast concrete parts proves to be relatively expensive economically.

From DE 296 18 529 U1 a finished part for the construction of an overflow channel is known, which avoids this disadvantage. The finished part has a concrete base body, which has substantially the shape of a U-profile, with a substantially planar limited bottom and outside at right angles to these adjoining longitudinal walls, the upper areas are covered by connection profiles that form lost in the manufacture of the finished part shuttering elements whose outer surfaces are formed by plastic layers, with which the pelvic film is firmly bonded by welding.

Furthermore, from DE 199 13 597 A an overflow channel is known, which discloses a component which is connected to other components to form a channel. The gutter part of the component consists of a plastic gutter, which is poured into an armored support member made of concrete in the form of a lost formwork and with the plastic gutters of adjacent components is sealingly connected. The main body of this component consists of at least two parts, a gutter part and a support part, which are firmly connected to each other. The sealing connection of adjacent components is effected either by gluing with a rubber-elastic curing adhesive, such as cold-curing silicone rubber, or by welding the made of thermoplastic resin trough parts. A disadvantage of this design, however, is that the gutter part and the supporting part are firmly connected. This makes subsequent remedial measures considerably more difficult.

Another disadvantage is the welded connection made of thermoplastic material made of gutter parts. The individual pelvic elements had different thermal expansion coefficients. This leads to the formation of expansion cracks, in particular with a longer design of the swimming pool, as a result of which the overflow channel becomes leaky and expensive refurbishment measures become necessary.

To remedy this situation, DE 199 06 507 A proposes an overflow channel made of plastic parts, which is not rigidly connected to the concrete, but is merely placed on a flat concrete surface. A disadvantage of this embodiment, however, is that for this required exact alignment of the individual finished parts an adjustment must be present on each individual finished part. Furthermore, the overflow channel is unprotected against lateral forces, such as those that can occur in winter months due to snow and ice pressure.

Furthermore, FR 2 537 196 A shows an overflow trough which is placed on the edge of a swimming pool and has a rib in the shape of an inverted U, whereby an overflow edge is formed.

All these known types of overflow channels made of plastic also have the disadvantage that they have no insulating devices which would counteract excessive heat loss of the running pool water.

To meet this disadvantage, swimming pools are increasingly no longer made of precast concrete parts, but made of molded blocks, which are in turn made of insulating material and are poured out after assembly with poured concrete, this aggregate concrete aggregates - for example, glass fibers - may be added.

These conglomerates, which have a substantially H-shaped cross-sectional profile, have a number of advantages. So they are considerably lighter than precast concrete parts and thus easier to install, can be more easily adapted as precast concrete parts of the desired pelvic geometry and form a well insulated both to the water side and the earth side brickwork. However, they are not suitable for receiving an overflow channel, since the available between the insulating walls cross section is too narrow for receiving an overflow channel. Overflowing pool water would slosh over the overflow trough if a wave suddenly appears.

The present invention therefore has as its object to provide precast elements for the construction of an overflow channel, as well as the overflow channel made of plastic, which can be combined with the known, rectilinear, angular and curved insulating molded blocks and the aforementioned disadvantages of the previously known embodiments Reliably avoids plastic overflow troughs.

According to the invention, these objects are achieved by the features of claim 1. By the method according to the invention, it is possible to largely avoid heat losses through uninterrupted insulation. At the same time a simple construction can be achieved using conventional insulating stones, which in particular facilitates and shortens the construction of a swimming pool accordingly. In particular, the method according to the invention can be changed efficiently by forming the overflow rings from a plurality of precast elements by gluing or welding.

Furthermore, the present invention relates to a precast element for producing an overflow channel according to claim 4. The inventive construction enables a robust construction with a simple structure and excellent thermal properties. A high load capacity is achieved in particular by providing a plurality of mutually parallel support surfaces for the gutter cover grates in the region of the horizontal section and / or the groove-shaped depression. Furthermore, the load-bearing capacity can be increased by providing at least one transverse strut in the upper section of the groove-shaped depression for stiffening the precast element and / or for supporting gutter cover gratings.

Water losses are avoided in a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention in that on a first end face at least one groove and on the opposite end side a spring is provided to allow a positive connection of adjacent prefabricated elements and that preferably in the region of the tongue and groove connection a rubbery molded seal is inserted or a permanently elastic sealing adhesive layer is introduced.

A simplified work progress is given if a profile web is formed in the region of the end faces, which projects into the trough-shaped recess to connect adjacent precast elements by a clamp member which preferably includes the profile webs with play to allow drifting adjacent precast elements to a small extent , A particular advantage of this embodiment is that production tolerances and / or thermal changes in length can be compensated in this way without other disadvantages.

Finally, the present invention relates to a swimming pool, which is equipped according to claim 12 with the precast elements described above.

Der Abschnitt 4 bildet gemeinsam mit der rinnenförmigen Vertiefung 2 den Aufnahmeteil 9 für einen Rinnenabdeckrost 10.As is apparent from Fig. 1, the finished part 1 consists essentially of a groove-shaped recess 2, a holding leg 3 and a located between these two sections, here substantially horizontally extending portion 4, which rests on a molded with concrete insulating molded block 5, of which the vertical leg 8 opposite vertical leg 8 was separated in the upper part to the cross bar 7. The insulating molded block 5 consists for example of Styrofoam and usually has an H-shaped cross-section with vertical legs 6 and 8, between which is located approximately centrally a broad transverse web 7. The vertical leg 6 is in his Upper area at least partially overlapped by the retaining leg 3 of the finished part 1 form fit. The section 4, together with the groove-shaped recess 2, the receiving part 9 for a gutter cover grid 10th

To avoid heat losses 2 further insulation 11 and 12 are arranged around the exposed walls of the groove-shaped depression. However, it goes without saying that it is also conceivable to provide an insulating molded block, which has formed the further insulation 11 and 12, so as to form the uppermost row of insulating shaped bricks for receiving the finished part 1 according to the invention.

In the opposite edge regions 13 and 14 of the receiving part 9 mutually parallel support surfaces 15 and 16 are provided for the Rinnenabdeckrost 10. Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment, at least one transverse strut 17 may be provided for stiffening the precast element 1 and / or for supporting gutter cover gratings 10.

Along the upper edge of the retaining leg 3, a coated sheet 18 may be provided for film attachment. In order to produce a visually appealing conclusion relative to the water basin, the holding leg 3 can be almost completely covered by a stainless steel cover profile 19 in a preferred embodiment. The opposite conclusion forms in this case another Edelstahlabdeckprofil 20, which makes the section 21 of the molded part 1 to the ground or to the Gehplatten not shown visually appealing.

In the edge regions of the channel-shaped recess 2 are in a particularly preferred embodiment in the joint region of two precast 1 each profile webs 22 which project into the channel-shaped recesses 2, wherein each two adjacent profile webs 22 adjacent finished parts 1 are encompassed by a clamping element 23 with game.

As is apparent from Fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the joint portions of each precast element 1 are formed on one side with a groove 25 and on the opposite side with a spring 26 to allow a positive connection of adjacent precast elements 1. In a preferred embodiment, a rubber-elastic, molded seal is inserted in the tongue and groove connection. However, it is also conceivable to waterproof form this area by introducing a permanently elastic, sealing adhesive layer.

Furthermore, it may be advantageous to stabilize the sections 3 and 21 of the molded part with an additional reinforcing sheet 27 or stiffening angle 28 in shape, as is apparent from Fig. 3.

The corner regions of the basin are formed by angled prefabricated elements 1, as shown for example in FIG. 4. However, analogously, other than rectangular precast elements are conceivable. Round pool edges have similarly formed, curved prefabricated elements. Also in these precast elements 1 cross struts 17 may be present.

For a better understanding, an enlarged section of the connection point between two adjacent precast elements 1, 1 'in the region of the profile webs 22, 22' has been shown in FIG. 5 as a vertical section. The precast element 1 terminates with a spring 26, the finished part element 1 'terminates with a groove 25 from. In between there is a seal 29. The adjacent profile webs 22 and 22 'are comprised of a clamping element 23, wherein between the inside of the clamping element 23 and the profile webs 22 and 22', there is a gap which a displacement of the precast elements 1 and 1 'from each other a narrow range allowed. However, this range is kept so low that there can be no leakage between the precast elements 1 and 1 '. By this preferred embodiment of the connection of two precast elements 1 and 1 'remain thermal deformations without negative impact on the tightness of the overflow channel.

Fig. 6 shows the same connection point of Fig. 5, but as a horizontal section.

The particular advantage of the precast elements according to the invention and thus the overflow channel made therefrom is that no heat loss of the effluent pool water can occur by contact with cold bridges, such as cold concrete or the like. The only contact surface with concrete concerns those between the insulating legs of a Isolierformsteines, which can not represent a cold bridge due to its location. Thus, the overflow channel according to the invention is ideal both for outdoor pools, but especially for use in indoor pools.

Another great advantage is that the precast elements can be handled just as easily as the Isolierformsteine and also are much cheaper to produce, as custom-made stainless steel troughs. In addition, the waterproof connection is much easier to manufacture compared with stainless steel troughs and has a many times longer life.

Due to the preferred embodiment of the tongue and groove joint of adjacent precast elements no facilities for height adjustments are necessary.

Another advantage is the preferred connection of adjacent prefabricated elements on the molded profile webs by additional clamping elements, since the precast elements can change their position in the longitudinal region within small limits their deformation without risking damage to the joints and thus a leak.
