Claims (8)
- Mécanisme synchrone pour chaises de bureau, comportant:- un support de base (1) à monter sur une colonne,- un support de dossier (3) articulé sur le support de base (1) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe transversal (5),- un support d'assise (4) qui, dans la zone de son extrémité avant, est couplé par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation de rotation et coulissement (17) avec le support de base (1) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe transversal (11) et à pouvoir coulisser sensiblement dans la direction longitudinale de l'assise (SL), et qui, dans la zone de son extrémité arrière, est couplé avec le support de dossier (3) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe transversal (18, 19), ainsi que- un ensemble de ressorts (10) pour solliciter le mécanisme synchrone à l'encontre de son mouvement de réglage synchrone du support d'assise (4) et du support de dossier (3), l'ensemble de ressorts (10) comportant au moins un ressort de traction (24), qui est disposé sensiblement parallèlement à la direction de coulissement du support d'assise (4) à plat en dessous de celui-ci et qui est agencé entre un palier (24) solidaire du support de base et un palier (26) solidaire du support de dossier ou, de préférence, solidaire du support d'assise (4), et au moins un des deux paliers (26) étant réglable en position pour augmenter la longueur du ressort en vue de régler la précontrainte dudit au moins un ressort de pression (22),caractérisé en ce que chaque palier réglable est formé par un crochet de réception (26) qui est articulé contre un excentrique (29) rotatif.
- Mécanisme synchrone selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des ressorts de pression (22) en nombre pair, de préférence quatre ressorts de pression (22.1-22.4), sont agencés par paires et symétriquement par rapport au plan médian longitudinal (M) du mécanisme synchrone entre le support de base (1) et le support de dossier (3) ou, de préférence, le support d'assise (4).
- Mécanisme synchrone selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un excentrique (29) est réglable par un système d'entraînement (34) par l'intermédiaire d'un engrenage à vis sans fin (37).
- Mécanisme synchrone selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'engrenage à vis sans fin (37), par l'intermédiaire de parties de vis sans fin (32.2, 38.3) opposées, actionne deux ensembles d'excentriques (29.1, 29.2 et 29.3, 29.4), agencés symétriquement par rapport au plan médian longitudinal (M), pour deux ensembles de ressorts de traction (22.1, 22.2 et 22.3, 22.4) symétriques.
- Mécanisme synchrone selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque ensemble d'excentriques comporte deux excentriques (29) agencés latéralement côte à côte comportant chacun un crochet de réception (26) et un ressort de traction (22), sachant que les excentriques intérieurs (29.2, 29.3) sont entraînés chacun par l'intermédiaire de la roue dentée (33.2, 33.3), engrenant avec la vis sans vin (36), de l'engrenage à vis sans fin (37), et les excentriques extérieurs (29.1, 29.4) sont entraînés chacun par l'intermédiaire d'une roue dentée de couplage (32.1, 32.4) engrenant avec ladite roue dentée (33.2, 33.3).
- Mécanisme synchrone selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux crochets de réception (26.1, 26.2 et 26.3, 26.4) sont articulés dans des positions angulaires contre leurs excentriques (29), qui sont décalés de 90° les uns par rapport aux autres.
- Mécanisme synchrone selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les paliers (26) réglables des ressorts de traction (22) sont disposés au niveau de l'extrémité arrière du support d'assise (4).
- Mécanisme synchrone selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les paliers non réglables des ressorts de traction (22) sont formés dans la zone avant du support d'assise (4) par des crochets de réception (24) articulés contre le support de base (1).
