Abstract

The invention relates to a rail vehicle (SCH) having an emergency exit (NOT) located at the front (FRO), whereby a driver's console (FAP) and a driver's seat (FAS) are mounted in an end area (END) of the rail vehicle (SCH) that is located in front of the emergency exit (NOT).
