Claims (8)
- Abdeck- und Abdichtungselement für ein Dachfenster, aufweisend eine Endkappenstruktur (1) mit einer Einbettungsoberfläche mit einer ersten Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (2, 3), die dazu bestimmt sind, in eine entsprechende Abdeckung eingebettet zu werden, und mit einer weiteren Einbettungsoberfläche mit einer zweiten Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (13), die dazu bestimmt sind, in einen entsprechenden Rahmen eingebettet zu werden, wobei die Endkappe (1) eine erste Gruppe von Pressstücken (4, 5, 6) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, an die Oberflächen des Rahmens und der Rahmenabdeckung anzustoßen, und wobei die Endkappe (1) eine zweite Gruppe von Pressstücken (7, 8) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, an der inneren Bodenfläche der Flügelabdeckung anzuliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (2, 3) an der Vorderfläche der Endkappe (1) positioniert ist, wobei die erste Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (2, 3) Eingriffselemente aufweist, wobei die Elemente der ersten Einbettungsgruppe (2, 3) eine oder mehrere Einbettungswände aufweisen, wobei die erste Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (2, 3) ein oder mehrere Einbettungseingriffselemente aufweist, und wobei die Einbettungswände aus einer vertikalen und einer horizontalen Wand bestehen, und
dass die Vorderfläche der Endkappe (1) eine gestufte Oberfläche (12) aufweist, wobei die vertikale Einbettungswand auf der Vorderfläche positioniert ist, und wobei die horizontale Einbettungswand auf dem oberen Abschnitt der Vorderfläche positioniert ist, und
dass die erste Gruppe von Pressstücken (4, 5, 6) ein erstes Pressstück (4) und ein zweites Pressstück (5) umfasst, wobei das erste Pressstück (4) dazu bestimmt ist, auf die Abdeckung des Rahmenseitenteils gepresst zu werden, und wobei das zweite Pressstück (5) dazu bestimmt ist, auf die innere Oberfläche des Rahmenseitenteils gepresst zu werden, wobei das erste Pressstück (4) auf der oberen Oberfläche der Endkappe (1) aufrecht steht, und wobei das zweite Pressstück (5) auf der rückwärtigen Oberfläche der Endkappe (1) aufrecht steht, und wobei die Presstücke (4, 5) miteinander verbunden sind, um einen durchgehenden Flansch zu formen. - Abdeck- und Abdichtungselement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Endkappe (1) aus einem Elastomer ist.
- Abdeck- und Abdichtungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Gruppe von Presstücken (4, 5, 6) ein drittes Pressstück (6) umfasst, das dazu bestimmt ist, auf die obere Oberfläche der Abdeckung des unteren Teils und die obere Oberfläche des unteren Rahmenteils zu drücken, wobei sich das dritte Pressstück (6) vom unteren Rand der äußeren Oberfläche der Endkappe (1) nach außen erstreckt, wobei das erste, zweite und das dritte Pressstück (4, 5 und 6) integral ausgebildet sind, um eine Dichtfläche auszubilden, und wobei das erste, zweite und dritte Pressstück (4, 5 und 6) einen Teil der äußeren Oberfläche der Endkappe (1) umfassen.
- Abdeck- und Abdichtungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vorderfläche der Endkappe (1) mit einer Stufe (12) zum Zusammenwirken mit der vorderen Nut einer Rahmenabdeckung (320) ausgebildet ist..
- Abdeck- und Abdichtungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zweite Gruppe der Einbettungselemente (13) auf der rückwärtigen Oberfläche der Endkappe (1) positioniert ist, wobei die zweiten Einbettungselemente (13) Eingriffselemente aufweisen, wobei die zweiten Einbettungselemente (13) eine oder mehrere Einbettungswände aufweisen, wobei die zweiten Einbettungselemente (13) ein oder mehrere Einbettungseingriffselemente aufweisen, und wobei die Einbettungswand aus einer vertikalen Wand besteht, die dazu bestimmt ist, in die Vorderfläche des Rahmenseitenteils eingebettet zu werden.
- Abdeck- und Abdichtungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zweite Gruppe von Pressstücken (7, 8) ein viertes Pressstück (7) umfasst, das auf einer Stützfläche (8) steht, die zwischen der Vorderfläche und der äußeren Seitenfläche der Endkappe (1) platziert ist, und wobei das vierte Pressstück (7) ein schräges Element aus einem Elastomer ist.
- Abdeck- und Abdichtungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Endkappe (1) mit inneren Hohlräumen ausgebildet ist, und wobei die inneren Hohlräume in die Vorderfläche, äußere Oberfläche, innere Oberfläche, obere Oberfläche, untere Oberfläche oder rückwärtige Oberfläche der Endkappe (1) eingeformt sind.
- Verfahren zur Bereitstellung einer Dichtung für ein Dachfenster, umfassend, dass ein Dichtelement mit einer Endkappenstruktur (1) mit einer Einbettungsoberfläche mit einer ersten Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (2, 3) in eine entsprechende Abdeckung eingebettet wird, und dass eine weitere Einbettungsoberfläche mit einer zweiten Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (13) in einen entsprechenden Rahmen eingebettet wird, wobei eine erste Gruppe von Pressstücken (4, 5, 6) der Endkappe (1) derart platziert wird, dass sie an der Oberfläche des Rahmens und der Abdeckung anliegen, und eine zweite Gruppe von Pressstücken (7) der Endkappe (1) so platziert wird, dass sie an der inneren Bodenfläche der Flügelabdeckung anliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (2, 3) an der Vorderfläche der Endkappe (1) positioniert ist, wobei die erste Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (2, 3) Eingriffselemente aufweist, wobei die Elemente der ersten Einbettungsgruppe (2, 3) eine oder mehrere Einbettungswände aufweisen, wobei die erste Gruppe von Einbettungselementen (2, 3) ein oder mehrere Einbettungseingriffselemente aufweist, und wobei die Einbettungswände aus einer vertikalen und einer horizontalen Wand bestehen, und
dass die Vorderfläche der Endkappe (1) eine gestufte Oberfläche (12) aufweist, wobei die vertikale Einbettungswand auf der Vorderfläche positioniert ist, und wobei die horizontale Einbettungswand auf dem oberen Abschnitt der Vorderfläche positioniert ist, und
dass die erste Gruppe von Pressstücken (4, 5, 6) ein erstes Pressstück (4) und ein zweites Pressstück (5) umfasst, wobei das erste Pressstück (4) dazu bestimmt ist, auf die Abdeckung des Rahmenseitenteils gepresst zu werden, und wobei das zweite Pressstück (5) dazu bestimmt ist, auf die innere Oberfläche des Rahmenseitenteils gepresst zu werden, wobei das erste Pressstück (4) auf der oberen Oberfläche der Endkappe (1) aufrecht steht, und wobei das zweite Pressstück (5) auf der rückwärtigen Oberfläche der Endkappe (1) aufrecht steht, und wobei die Presstücke (4, 5) miteinander verbunden sind, um einen durchgehenden Flansch zu formen.
