- precast concrete parts For example have corresponding prefabricated concrete pillars in the area their forehead ends on a number of support shoes, the with on side plates of the column shoe specified Arm michsstäben are firmly embedded in the concrete component.
- a Base plate and at lateral edges of the base plate at right angles arranged side panels limit a free space, which allows access to a screw connection.
- To the base plate has a screw hole.
- the base plate with the screw hole lies in the plane of the face of the Concrete pillar.
- the concrete pillar or the support can with a ceiling or with a foundation with concreted Bolt are connected.
- two can be together Adjacent end-face base plates of two end faces concrete pillars to be joined by means of a the screw hole inserted screw can be connected.
- the column shoes For a high strength, the column shoes must be secure in the Be poured concrete component.
- For the production of the screw connection is a good accessibility of the open space between the Side plates and the base plate required, as well a balance of dimensional tolerances must be possible. Furthermore it is desirable, the column shoe with simple means to be able to produce.
- DE 195 14 685 C2 is called a pile shoe Column shoe known in which a base plate is a substantially having a square outline.
- Two side plates are one-piece by folding a sheet in a right Angle formed, with the folded sheet in the right Angle of the base rises and thereby on two successive tapered side edges of the square base plate is welded.
- Two reinforcing rods are on the inside, facing surfaces of the angled side plate welded and extend perpendicular to Baseplate.
- the two legs of the L-shaped angled Side panels extend about half of the two Side edges of the base plate, with the two reinforcing rods approximately in the area of the exposed edges of the L-profile and thus approximately in the middle of the base plate side edges are arranged.
