Definitions
- the invention relates to a means for the care of dishwashers, which is either acid-based as active ingredients a proportion of an acidic in aqueous medium (pH ⁇ 7) substance and at least one anionic surfactant or alkaline one in aqueous medium basic (pH> 7) contains substance.
- the invention further relates to a process for the preparation of such a remedy.
- the wax plug does not melt in the cold pre-wash cycle of the Machine, but only from the warm water of the main rinse cycle melted, so that the care agent reliable for proper time of the wash cycle emerges.
- This system is very good in terms of application technology and leads to good results, but it is very expensive to manufacture and ecological questionable, because a bottle only for one Care process can be used.
- the present invention has the object, a means of the beginning to find mentioned type, the lower production costs just as safe to use as the known ones Bottles with wax closure. At the same time a procedure for the preparation of such an agent.
- the invention consists in the idea of the active ingredients in tablets to press and then with a waterproof material, which at temperatures above 40 ° C, preferably 45 ° C from the tablet, to coat.
- the specified minimum temperature is in the range the temperatures at which conventional dishwashers perform their warm rinse (usually at temperatures from 50 to 60 ° C). In other words, it is crucial that the layer during the cold rinse on the tablet sticks and is safe at the beginning of the warm rinse cycle detached from the tablet, so that they develop their care effect can.
- Such coated tablets not only offer the application technology Advantages of the conventional system. Next the pure material savings by eliminating the bottle There is also the advantage that tablet presses to the Produce factor 10 faster than comparably expensive bottle fillers and to make production more efficient.
- the tablets may be known from active ingredients for both Systems, ie acid-based or alkaline, are pressed.
- citric acid in the form of a monohydrate or anhydride
- anionic surfactants as well a binder.
- other or additional be included further acids.
- citric acid usually, citric acid
- Tablets based on the alkaline active system can Sodium carbonate as an alkaline agent and binder to hold the tablet together.
- Tablets of both care systems are usually additional Contain disintegrants.
- a tablet size are preferably tablets with 80 bis 200g, preferably 100g, powder into consideration.
- the waterproof layer should of course be a thickness which, as long as the layer has not yet or detached from the tablet, reliably prevents that water with the pressed in the tablet care substances comes into contact. However, care should also be taken be that the layer is not too thick. For one thing too thick a layer of the process of breaking or peeling the layer unnecessarily delayed, on the other hand, what more serious is the material of the layer in the Dishwasher, for example, precipitate in the sewer and this clog. As a suitable thickness a thickness between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm, preferably 1 mm exposed.
- the required amount of material of waterproof Layer to keep low and also to be sealed Surface at given volume of the tablet is beneficial if the tablets are in a geometric shape with a low ratio of its surface pressed to their volume.
- the ideal case for such a geometric shape represents a sphere.
- square shapes, oval shapes or rectangular Form this requirement, provided the latter both forms are not running too flat.
- a wax and / or stearin layer prefers.
- the wax is formulated in this way is that it is heavier than water in the liquid state. So it will definitely from the circulation pump of the dishwasher aspirated and smashed to fine droplets.
- the waterproof layer should advantageously be homogeneous and free of pores and openings, because otherwise the active ingredients already completely or partially washed out in the cold water rinse can be.
- This solution has the Advantage that in the area of the material shaft on guide rails can do without, at the boundary layer to the material shaft quickly soiling, so that remains of the material, For example, wax residues, dragged into the following machines become what is not wanted.
- the proposed solution has the advantage that the processing speed with commercial tablet presses can keep up, so that the total production can be done very inexpensively.
- the material for the waterproof layer for example liquid wax
- a propeller or a circulation pump preferably pumped at a 45 ° angle against a wave-shaped barrier, so that it is overflowed.
- the system is dimensioned that the tablets in the first operation to more than 50% of their height can be coated with the material. After that The tablets are wrapped in a spiral 180 ° along your Rotated longitudinal axis and in a second wave again over 50% of the height coated with the material. In this way creates a seamless waterproof coating with the waterproof material, for example a wax layer.
- the material shaft can also be referred to as a "standing" shaft by pumping up the liquid material from a supply and ejection via a suitable surface become.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic of a care agent according to the invention for the care of dishwashers shown.
- the care product consists of pressed into a tablet 1 powder.
- the powder can be composed depending on the type of action from an acidic medium in aqueous media and surfactants (acid-based) or from an alkaline in an aqueous medium Fabric (alkaline).
- the powder contains expediently also binders for holding the Tablet 1 and a disintegrating agent to aid dissolution the tablet and release of the active ingredients.
- the tablet 1 is on all sides with a waterproof medium surrounded, in the case of the embodiment of a layer Wax 2.
- Fig. 1 is through different directions the hatching indicated that the coating is from two sides the tablet 1 has been applied and in the Area of intersecting hatches overlaps. On This way it is ensured that the tablet 1 on all sides closed and pore-free surrounded by the wax 2.
- the wax 2 is chosen to match the temperatures of the Cold rinsing of conventional dishwashers can withstand, at the temperature of the Warm Whyganges conventional Dishwashers, however, melts. These temperatures are above 40 ° C, usually between 50 and 60 ° C. Only at these temperatures, the care products his to be fully effective. Through the wax layer is the Care product before a premature leaching in the cold pre-wash program the dishwasher protected.
- Fig. 2 is schematically a possible method for coating the tablet 1 with wax 2 shown.
- liquid Wax 20 is coated in a coating apparatus Barrier 4 passed so that a wave 200 of liquid Wax 20 is created.
- Above the wax stream are tablets 1 supported on a vacuum belt 3 promoted.
- the distance of the tablets 1 to the flow of liquid wax 20 is so chosen that the tablets 1 in the region of the shaft 200 through the liquid wax 20 are drawn with more than 50% of their height. So they are, as shown in Fig. 2 to the left, coated on the underside to more than 50% with wax 2.
- Fig. 3 is shown schematically how the tablets. 1 completely coated with wax 2. After a Tablets 1 with a side a first wave 200 of liquid Wax has passed through, it is around its longitudinal axis Turned 180 ° (turned) and passes through a second shaft 200th from liquid wax 20, in which they again by more than 50%, This time from the other side, it is coated with wax 2. This creates a layer of wax 2 that is completely dense around the Tablet 1 from overlapping in the middle region of the tablet 1 Part coatings. This overlap is in FIG. 3 indicated by the black strip around the center of the tablet 1.
- FIG. 4 shows how the stream of liquid Wax 20 by means of a circulating pump 5 in a line. 6 guided perpendicular to the surface of the liquid wax 20 is going to generate the standing wave.
- the shape the line 6 at the exit point 7 selected so that the Forming a wave of suitable shape is supported.
- the circulation of the liquid wax 20 is indicated by arrows.
- FIG. 5 is as an alternative to the circulation pump 5 a Gear pump 50 is used, which operates in the wax tray 8, to generate the shaft 200.
- the circulation is here of the liquid wax 20 indicated by arrows, and it is shown as the tablets 1 on a vacuum belt 3 promoted in the wave 200 coated with wax 2 become.
