Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur im Wesentlichen gleichzeitigen Herstellung von mindestens zwei Fasersträngen (8) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere von Tabaksträngen zur Zigarettenherstellung, mit einer Schneideeinrichtung (12) zum Schneiden der Faserstränge (8) und einer Führungseinrichtung (6) zur gleichzeitigen Führung der Faserstränge (8) in einem Abstand voneinander zur Schneideeinrichtung (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (6) so ausgebildet ist, dass während der Bewegung der Faserstränge (8) in Richtung auf die Schneideeinrichtung (12) der Abstand zwischen diesen auf einen vorbestimmten Minimalwert vor der Schneideeinrichtung (12) reduziert wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die Führungseinrichtung (6) mehrere Förderstrecken (I, II), von denen jeweils eine Förderstrecke einem Faserstrang zugeordnet ist, und Fördermittel (6a) zum Transport der Faserstränge (8) entlang der voneinander beabstandeten Förderstrecken (I, II) zur Schneideeinrichtung (12) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den Förderstrecken (I, II) in Richtung auf die Schneideeinrichtung (12) auf den vorbestimmten Minimalwert vor der Schneideeinrichtung (12) abnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welcher die Führungseinrichtung eine formbildende Einrichtung (6) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die formbildende Einrichtung (6) so ausgebildet ist, dass während der Bewegung der Faserstränge (8) in Richtung auf die Schneideeinrichtung (12) der Abstand zwischen diesen auf den vorbestimmten Minimalwert vor der Schneideeinrichtung (12) reduziert wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 3, bei welcher die formbildende Einrichtung (6) mehrere umlaufende Formatbänder (6a) aufweist, von denen jeweils ein Formatband einer Förderstrecke (I, II) zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den Formatbändern (6a) in Richtung auf die Schneideeinrichtung (12) auf den vorbestimmten Minimalwert vor der Schneideeinrichtung (12) abnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, bei welcher die formbildende Einrichtung (6) zur Umhüllung der Faserstränge (8) mit Umhüllungsmaterial (5) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorbestimmte Minimalwert des Abstandes zwischen den Fasersträngen (8) kleiner als die Breite des Umhüllungsmaterials (5) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den Fasersträngen (8) von einem vorgegebenen Maximalwert, der mindestens der Breite des Umhüllungsmaterials (5) entspricht, auf den vorbestimmten Minimalwert abnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand nach Erreichen des vorbestimmten Minimalwertes konstant bleibt. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6 sowie ferner nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand, in Bewegungsrichtung der Faserstränge (8) betrachtet, hinter der formbildenden Einrichtung (6) konstant bleibt. - Verfahren zur im Wesentlichen gleichzeitigen Herstellung von mindestens zwei Fasersträngen (8) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere von Tabaksträngen zur Zigarettenherstellung, bei welchem die Faserstränge (8) in einem Abstand voneinander gleichzeitig zu einer Schneideeinrichtung (12) geführt und in der Schneideeinrichtung (12) geschnitten werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserstränge (8) in Richtung auf die Schneideeinrichtung (12) so geführt werden, dass der Abstand zwischen diesen auf einen vorbestimmten Minimalwert vor der Schneideeinrichtung (12) reduziert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand nach Erreichen des vorbestimmten Minimalwertes konstant bleibt.
