dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (6) so ausgebildet ist, dass während der Bewegung der Faserstränge (8) in Richtung auf die Schneideeinrichtung (12) der Abstand zwischen diesen auf einen vorbestimmten Minimalwert vor der Schneideeinrichtung (12) reduziert wird.
