- zwischen freien Enden der Wände ist eine Öffnung ausgebildet,
- zwischen Boden und Öffnung gibt es mindestens einen Abschnitt, bei dem der Abstand der Wände geringer ist als in den zur Öffnung und zum Boden hin anschließenden Bereichen.
Claims (19)
- Feuerfestes keramisches Bauteil mit folgenden Merkmalen:1.1 einem Boden (10),1.2 mindestens zwei Wänden (12, 14),1.3 die Wände (12, 14) erstrecken sich von gegenüberliegenden Abschnitten (101, 10r) des Bodens (10) derart, daß ihre Innenflächen, zumindest abschnittweise (12.1, 12.3, 12.4) unter einem Winkel > 0 und < 90 Grad zu einer Ebene E-E, senkrecht zum Boden (10), und mit entgegengesetzter Neigung, verlaufen,1.4 zwischen freien Enden (12r, 14r) der Wände (12, 14) ist eine Öffnung (0) ausgebildet,1.5 zwischen Boden (10) und Öffnung (O) gibt es mindestens einen Abschnitt (11), bei dem der Abstand (dmin, qmin) der Wände (12, 14) geringer ist als in den zur Öffnung (O) und zum Boden (10) hin anschließenden Bereichen (12u, 14u; 12o, 14o).
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem jede Innenfläche mehrere Abschnitte (12.1, 12.3, 12.4, 12.7) mit unterschiedlichen Neigungswinkeln aufweist.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem jede Innenfläche mehrere Abschnitte (12.1, 12.3, 12.4, 12.7) mit unterschiedlichen Neigungswinkeln aufweist und der dem freien Ende (12r, 14r) der Wände (12, 14) benachbarte Abschnitt (12.3, 12.7) einen größeren Neigungswinkel aufweist als der dem Boden (10) benachbarte Abschnitt (12.1).
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Innenflächen der Wände (12, 14) - im Schnitt betrachtet - ein Sägezahnprofil aufweisen:
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Innenflächen der Wände (12, 14) abgerundete, gegeneinander gerichtete Profilabschnitte (12. 7) aufweisen.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Innenflächen der Wände (12, 14) mindestens eine nutartige Vertiefung (20, 22) aufweisen.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die nutartige Vertiefung (20, 22), über ihre Längserstreckung betrachtet, einen geneigten Verlauf hat.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem gegenüberliegende Innenflächen der Wände (12, 14) spiegelbildlich gestaltet sind.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1 in Form einer nach oben offenen Rinne.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1 mit mindestens zwei weiteren Wänden, die die beiden Wände (12, 14) unter Ausbildung einer Topfform verbinden.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, mit einer Topfform mit ovaler, rechteckiger oder kreisförmiger Geometrie in der Draufsicht.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Verhältnis Höhe : Breite oder Höhe: maximaler Durchmesser des von den Wänden (12, 14) umschlossenen Raumes (R) von : 2:1 bis 1:4.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1 mit einem Verhältnis des von den Wänden (12, 14) umschlossenen Raumes (R) von Höhe : Breite oder Höhe: maximaler Durchmesser bis 1:15.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1 mit einem Neigungswinkel der Innenflächen der Wände (12, 14) zwischen 10 und 80 Grad.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1 mit einem Neigungswinkel der Innenflächen der Wände (12, 14) zwischen 30 und 60 Grad.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, das einteilig ist.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1 mit einem kalottenartigen Boden (10).
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem sich der Abstand der Innenflächen der Wände (12, 14) zu deren freien Enden (12r, 14r) hin erweitert.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Abstand der Innenflächen der Wände (12, 14) im Bereich der freien Enden (12r, 14r) und der bodenseitigen Enden (12b, 14b) der Wände (12, 14) größer als ist an mindestens einem Bereich (11) dazwischen.
