Claims (13)
- Seilwinde, insbesondere für den Antrieb eines Schirmes, mit einer durch eine Handkurbel (24,24a) antreibbaren Seiltrommel (48,48a,48b,48c) zum Aufwickeln eines Seiles (28), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen bei voll abgewickeltem Seil (28) auf die Einlaufrichtung des Seiles oder die Wicklung des Seiles auf der Seiltrommel (48,48a,48b,48c) ansprechenden Taster (100,100a,122) aufweist, der mit einem Sperrglied (102,102a,128) in Verbindung steht, welches bei falscher Wickelrichtung mit mindestens einem der Seiltrommel (48,48a,48b,48c) zugeordneten, die falsche Wickelrichtung sperrenden Anschlag (104,104a, 130) zusammenwirkt.
- Seilwinde nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Taster (122) in Sperrstellung vorgespannt ist.
- Seilwinde nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Taster (100,100a) in Freistellung vorgespannt ist.
- Seilwinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Taster (100,100a,122) ortsfest und über die ganze Länge der Seiltrommel (48,48a,48b,48c) angeordnet ist.
- Seilwinde nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Taster (100,100a) beidseits jeweils an einem Arm (106,106a) einer zweiarmigen Wippe (108,108a) angeordnet ist, die um eine Achse (110,110a) verschwenkbar angeordnet ist, welche parallel zur Achse der Seiltrommel (48a,48c) und mit radialem Abstand von dieser angeordnet ist, wobei an dem anderen Arm (112,112a) der Wippe (108,108a) jeweils das Sperrglied (102,102a) angeordnet ist.
- Seilwinde nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine die Seiltrommel (48a,48c) übergreifende Führungsstange (110,110a) für den Einlauf des Seiles (28) aufweist.
- Seilwinde nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Taster (122) als ein gegen die Seiltrommel (48b) vorgespannter Schieber (124) ausgebildet ist, an dem das Sperrglied (128) angeordnet ist, welches bei falscher Drehrichtung der Seiltrommel (48b) gegen den Anschlag (130) aufläuft und bei richtiger Drehrichtung aus dem Sperrbereich des Anschlages (130) aushebbar ist.
- Seilwinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine lösbare Rastvorrichtung (52,52a) und eine lösbare Bremsvorrichtung (54,54a) aufweist, die miteinander kombiniert und durch die Handkurbel (24,24a) bedienbar sind.
- Seilwinde nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handkurbel (24,24a) über eine Gewindeverbindung (68,70,146,148) mit der in einem Gehäuse (40,134) der Seilwinde (22,22a,22b,22c) gelagerten Seiltrommel (48,48a,48b,48c) verbunden ist, welche mittels der Rastvorrichtung (52,52a) aus einem auf der Seiltrommel (48,48a,48c) drehbaren Rastkranz (56,56a) und aus einer gehäuseseitigen Rastklinke (58,58a) verrastbar ist; wobei der Rastkranz (56,56a) über eine Bremsscheibe (64,64a) in axialer Richtung mit der Handkurbel (24,24a) in Verbindung steht derart, dass bei der Öffnungsbewegung der Handkurbel (24,24a) die Bremsscheibe (64,64a) mittels der Gewindeverbindung (68,70,146,148) gegen den Rastkranz (56,56a) gepresst wird und diesen blockiert, und dass bei der Schliessbewegung der Handkurbel (24,24a) im Gegenuhrzeigersinn die Pressung an der Bremsscheibe (64,64a) im Sinne einer Rutschkupplung gelockert wird, sodass das Seil (28) von der Seiltrommel (48,48a,48b,48c) abrollen kann.
- Seilwinde nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handkurbel (24) an einer Achse (46) befestigt ist, die koaxial durch eine Öffnung (66) der Seiltrommel (48,48a,48b) geführt und über ein Aussengewinde (68) mit einem Innengewinde (70) der Seiltrommel (48) verschraubt ist.
- Seilwinde nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastvorrichtung (52) eine Freilaufvorrichtung (71) mit einer von der Aussenseite des Gehäuses (40) bedienbaren Freilauftaste (72) zugeordnet ist, die einen gegen ein Arretierprofil (76) der Seiltrommel (48,48a,48b) einfahrbaren Haltestift (74) aufweist, um die Seiltrommel (48,48a,48b) solange zu blockieren, bis die Bremsvorrichtung (54) mit fortschreitender Schliessbewegung der Handkurbel (24) wirkungslos wird.
- Seilwinde nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Freilaufvorrichtung (71) einen Anschlag (82), vorzugsweise eine Mutter aufweist, gegen den die Handkurbel (24) bei fortschreitender Schliessbewegung und gelöster Bremsvorrichtung (54) blockierend ansteht.
- Seilwinde nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (82) an einer Achsverlängerung (80) der Achse (46) angeordnet ist und über eine Feder (84) mit der Stirnseite (86) der Seiltrommel (48) zusammenwirkt.
