- a holding element is provided in the form of a box spring, which surrounds the base portion and a lance-shaped and resilient holding portion has, which forms a support edge.
- the pin is solid and executed has a square section in cross-section.
- the base element with the integrally molded contact portion and the separate plug pin consist preferably of a copper alloy.
- the retaining element associated therewith in the form of a fixing sleeve can for additional stabilization of the claw of the Pin be used with the base element.
- an electrical contact element to provide whose cross section with respect to the in a receiving chamber male section is formed smaller and on the despite reduction the dimension is formed a stable tab pin.
- the outer dimensions of the contact element can be reduced are, i. the box cross-section can be made smaller overall.
- the Base element is preferably punched out of a sheet material and in his Shape bent.
- the intended for securing the contact element retaining element is still made of a steel, giving the necessary spring properties and it also provides the required security Pulling out of a connector housing. Due to the smaller dimensions For example, the grid size with which such miniaturized contact elements are arranged be reduced compared to the embodiments of the prior art become.
- Another advantage is that even the area of the flat pin altogether by the between the pin sections from an electrically conductive material received pin reinforcement portion of the holding element is reinforced.
- the material of which the holding element consists must be larger Strength than the material of which the base element consists. It must but not necessarily made of a spring steel, if the requirements accordingly are.
- the two to the bottom wall the base portion on both sides each subsequent side walls each with a manufacturedtrennten, in particular punched retaining tongue are provided, wherein the retaining tongues in the from the bottom wall, the side walls and the upper Protruding wall bounded space and over the on the inner surface of the bottom wall engage adjacent intermediate portion of the retaining element.
