Abstract
Description
Prinzipiell besitzt die mechanische Verstellung des Auflagedruckes gegenüber pneumatischen Systemen den Vorteil, dass der über lange Druckleitungen auftretende Druckverlust mit der Folge abweichender Auflagedrucke vermieden wird.
- Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Spulenrahmenbe- und -entlastungsvorrichtung zu Beginn der Spulenreise,
- Fig. 2 die Spulenrahmenbe- und -entlastungsvorrichtung gem. Fig. 1 am Ende der Spulenreise und
- Fig. 3 eine Vorderansicht (Ausschnitt) der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zum sektionsweisen Verstellen des Auflagedruckes.
Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zur Steuerung des Auflagedrucks einer Textilspule auf einer Stütz- oder Antriebswalze, wobei die Spule in einem Spulenrahmen gehalten ist, der um eine Achse schwenkbar ist und über einen Hebelmechanismus in Abhängigkeit von seiner Schwenkstellung ein veränderliches Drehmoment aufgeprägt erhält und wobei der den Drehmomentverlauf bestimmende Schwenkweg des Hebelmechanismus durch eine zentrale Einstelleinrichtung voreinstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Exzenterwelle (21) im Rahmen (22, 23) des Spulapparates gelagert ist, deren Exzenter (21) auf einen Hebelarm (15) des Hebelmechanismus (7, 9, 16) einwirkt, der die Grundstellung des Hebelmechanismus (7, 9, 16) bestimmt und dass die Grundstellung durch Drehen der Exzenterwelle (21) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterwelle (21) sich über eine Gruppe von Spulstellen einer Vielstellen-Textilmaschine erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkelstellung der Exzenterwelle (21) über ein Stellrad (26) und eine Skalierung voreinstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung an einer Offenend-Rotorspinnmaschine angeordnet ist.
