Claims (18)
- Längsfalzvorrichtung mit wenigstens zwei Falztrichtern (01; 02), die jeweils einen durch ein Falzwalzenpaar (03; 04) gebildeten Ausgang aufweisen und quer zur Richtung der Achsen der Falzwalzen (03; 04) verstellbar sind, wobei jedem Falztrichter (01; 02) mindestens eine Umlenkwalze (16; 17) zugeordnet ist und mit dem Falztrichter (01; 02) verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare Umlenkwalze (16; 17) um eine Achse einer ortsfesten Umlenkwalze (14; 15) schwenkbar ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung mit wenigstens zwei Falztrichtern (01; 02), die jeweils einen durch ein Falzwalzenpaar (03; 04) gebildeten Ausgang aufweisen und quer zur Richtung der Achsen der Falzwalzen (03; 04) verstellbar sind, wobei jedem Falztrichter (01; 02) mindestens eine Umlenkwalze (16; 17) zugeordnet ist und mit dem Falztrichter (01; 02) verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare Umlenkwalze (16; 17) und eine ortsfeste Umlenkwalze (14; 15) gemeinsam drehangetrieben sind.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare Umlenkwalze (16; 17) und die ortsfeste Umlenkwalze (14; 15) gemeinsam drehangetrieben sind.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare Umlenkwalze (16; 17) um eine Achse der ortsfesten Umlenkwalze (14; 15) schwenkbar ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ortsfeste Walze (14; 15) und die verschiebbare Walze (16; 17) durch erste Zahnräder oder einen Riemen (27; 28) gekoppelt sind.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Motor (22) mindestens eine ortsfeste Umlenkwalze (14, 15) antreibend angeordnet ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Motor (22) an mindestens eine ortsfeste Umlenkwalze (14; 15) durch zweite Zahnräder oder einen Riemen (23; 24) gekoppelt ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Motor (22) koaxial zu mindestens einer ortsfesten Umlenkwalze (14; 15) angeordnet ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Motor (22) an zwei ortsfeste Umlenkwalzen (14; 15) gekoppelt ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (22) zwischen den zwei ortsfesten Umlenkwalzen (14; 15) angeordnet ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder ortsfesten Umlenkwalzen (14; 15) ein eigener Motor (22) zugeordnet ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare Umlenkwalze (16; 17) mit der ihr zugeordneten ortsfesten Umlenkwalze (14; 15) über einen Schwenkarm (09; 11) verbunden ist, dessen Schwenkachse mit der Achse der ortsfesten Umlenkwalze (14; 15) zusammenfällt.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zapfen (08) des Schwenkarms (09; 11) an einem Mitnehmer (07) des ihm zugeordneten Falztrichters (01; 02) in der durch den Spalt definierten Ebene (12; 13) verschiebbar und quer zu der Ebene (12; 13) fixiert ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkwalze (16; 17) eine durch einen Spalt des Falzwalzenpaares (03; 04) definierte Ebene (12; 13) berührt.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzrichter (01; 02) in einen Rahmen angeordnet ist.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung mit wenigstens zwei Falztrichtern (01; 02), die jeweils einen durch ein Falzwalzenpaar (03; 04) gebildeten Ausgang aufweisen und quer zur Richtung der Achsen der Falzwalzen (03; 04) verstellbar sind, wobei jedem Falztrichter (01; 02) mindestens eine Umlenkwalze (16; 17) zugeordnet ist und mit dem Falztrichter (01; 02) verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbaren Umlenkwalzen (16; 17) einen eigenen, von anderen Walzen unabhängigen Motor aufweisen.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ortsfeste, den verschiebbaren Umlenkwalzen zugeordnete Umlenkwalzen (14; 15) angeordnet sind und dass diese Walzen von einem anderen Motor angetrieben sind.
- Längsfalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor gemeinsam mit dem Falztrichter bewegt wird.
