Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Leiten eines Bedruckstoffs (2) mittels Düsen (15),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Zungen (11.1, 12.1) der Düsen (15) durch mindestens eine im Wesentlichen kammförmige Kontur (11, 12) begrenzt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (11.1, 12.1) an im Wesentlichen kammförmig konturierten Stücken (7.1, 7.2) ausgebildet sind, die zusammengesetzt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stücke (7.1, 7.2) plattenförmig sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stücke schalenförmig sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (11.1, 12.1) entlang einer im Wesentlichen mäanderförmig verlaufenden Schneidlinie (13) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidlinie (13) eine Laser-Schneidlinie ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (11.1, 12.1) beiderseits der Schneidlinie (13) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (15) Blasdüsen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüsen im wesentlichen zu Seitenrändern (17) des Bedruckstoffs (2) hin ausgerichtete Blasrichtungen (Blasluftströmung 16) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (15) im Wesentlichen auf einer gemeinsamen Fluchtlinie (19) liegen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fluchtlinie (19) bezüglich des Bedruckstoffs (2) im Wesentlichen mittig verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (15) relativ zu einer Leitfläche (7) flachwinklig geneigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (11.1, 12.1) alternierend geneigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bedruckstoff (2) bogenförmig ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Düsen (15) aufweisenden Bedruckstoffleitvorrichtung (5, 6), insbesondere einer einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 entsprechend ausgebildeten Vorrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Zungen (11.1, 12.1) der Düsen (15) gebildet werden, indem mindestens ein Werkstück (7.1) mit einer Kammkontur (11) versehen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (11.1, 12.1) der Düsen (15) gebildet werden, indem das Werkstück (7.1) mit einem im Wesentlichen mäanderförmigen Einschnitt (Schneidlinie 13) versehen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (11.1, 12.1) der Düsen (15) gebildet werden, indem ein weiteres Werkstück (7.2) mit einer Kammkontur versehen wird und dass danach die Werkstücke (7.1, 7.2) derart zusammengesetzt werden, dass die eine Kammkontur (11) der anderen Kammkontur (12) zugewandt ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (11.1, 12.1) der Düsen (15) gebogen und dadurch geneigt werden. - Maschine (1) zur Verarbeitung von Bedruckstoff (2), mit einer einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 entsprechend ausgebildeten oder einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18 entsprechend hergestellten Vorrichtung (5, 6).
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 19, welche eine Druckmaschine ist.
