Paneelelement mit einer Nutzseite, einem der Nutzseite gegenüberliegenden Gegenzug, einer ersten Seite mit einer Feder, einer der ersten Seite gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite mit einer der Feder gegengleich ausgebildeten Nut, wobei die Feder ein Verbindungselement aufweist, welches sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Nutzseite erstreckt und dessen Querschnitt eine erste Flanke und eine der ersten Flanke gegenüberliegende zweite Flanke aufweist, wobei der Querschnitt des Verbindungselementes eine senkrecht zur Nutzfläche verlaufende Mittellinie hat, wobei - in Richtung von der Nutzseite (11) gesehen - in einem ersten Abschnitt (45) des Verbindungselementes (4) die Neigung der ersten Flanke (41) und der zweiten Flanke (42) jeweils von der Mittellinie (44) nach aussen weist und die Neigung der zweiten Flanke (42) zur Mittellinie (44) weist, wobei sich der Abstand senkrecht zur Mittellinie (44) zwischen der ersten Flanke (41) und der zweiten Flanke (42) verringert.

Description

PANEELELEMENT SOWIE NERBLNDUNGS SYSTEM FÜR PANEELELEMENTE
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Paneelelement mit einer Nutzseite, einem der Nutzseite gegenüberliegenden Gegenzug, einer ersten Seite mit einer Feder, einer der ersten Seite gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite mit einer der Feder gegengleich ausgebildeten Nut, wobei die Feder ein Verbindungselement aufweist, welches sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Nutzseite erstreckt und dessen Querschnitt eine erste Flanke und eine der ersten Flanke gegenüberliegende zweite Flanke aufweist, wobei der Querschnitt des Verbindungselementes eine senkrecht zur Nutzseite verlaufende Mittellinie hat. Bei bekannten derartigen Paneelelementen wird die Nut-Feder-Nerbindung durch eine
Bewegung senkrecht zur Νutzseite hergestellt. Eine Verschiebung der Paneelelemente parallel zur Nerlegeebene ist dabei nicht erforderlich.
Aus der DE 100 01 076 Cl ist ein Paneel element bekannt, bei dem die Feder an der Stirnseite des Paneelelementes ein Hakenelement mit annähernd kreisförmigem Querschnitt und die Νut eine gegengleiche Nertiefung aufweist. Nachteilig an der Nut-Feder-Nerbindung gemäß der DE 100 01 076 Cl ist, dass eine hohe Kraft zum Verbinden der Feder mit der Νut benötigt wird, weshalb es bei der Verlegung leicht zu einer Beschädigung des Paneelelementes, insbesondere der Νutzseite und/oder der Ränder der Vertiefung, kommen kann. Sind die Ränder der Vertiefung beschädigt, so weist die Νut-Feder- Verbindung oftmals einen nur geringen Halt auf, wodurch bei Beanspruchung des Paneelelementes ein unerwünschtes Lösen der Νut-Feder-Verbindung auftreten kann. Weiters ist nachteilig, dass bei wiederholtem Lösen und neuem Zusammenfügen der Νut-Feder-Verbindung aufgrund der Deformationen der Νut und/oder der Feder die von der Νut-Feder-Verbindung übertragbaren Kräfte stark herabgesetzt werden. Die FR 2 278 876 A offenbart ein Paneelelement mit einer Feder, welche ein
Hakenelement in der Form eines Schwalbenschwanzes aufweist, wobei eine Flanke des Schwalbenschwanzes senkrecht zur Νutzseite ist. Die Νut weist ebenfalls ein Hakenelement in der Form eines Schwalbenschwanzes auf, wobei eine Flanke des Schwalbenschwanzes senkrecht zum Gegenzug ist. Nachteilig an dem Paneelelement der FR 2 278 876 A ist, dass nur an einer Seite des Hakenelementes bei der Nut-Feder- Verbindung eine Kontaktstelle ausgebildet wird, sodass die Nut-Feder- Verbindung aufgrund Herstellungstoleranzen nicht spielfrei ist und gegenüber einer klimabedingten Dimensionsänderung der Feder ein nur geringer Widerstand gegeben ist. Aus der WO 01/02670 AI geht ein Paneelelement mit einer Feder hervor, welche die Form eines Schwalbenschwanzes aufweist, wobei eine Flanke des Schwalbenschwanzes senkrecht zur Dekorseite ist. Die Nut weist ebenfalls die Form eines Schwalbenschwanzes auf, wobei eine Flanke des Schwalbenschwanzes senkrecht zum Gegenzug ist. Bei dem Paneelelement gemäß der WO 01/02670 ist ebenfalls nachteilig, dass nur an einer Seite der Feder bzw. der Nut bei der Nut-Feder- Verbindung eine Kontaktstelle ausgebildet wird, sodass die Nut-Feder- Verbindung aufgrund Herstellungstoleranzen nicht spielfrei ist. Die Nut-Feder- Verbindung weist insbesondere gegenüber einer klimabedingten Dimensionsänderung der Feder und/oder der Nut einen nur geringen Widerstand auf, da sich die Feder gegenüber der Nut verdrehen kann.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Paneelelement der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, bei dem die bekannten Nachteile vermieden werden, das eine spielfreie Nut- Feder- Verbindung ermöglicht, einen hohen Widerstand gegenüber einer klimabedingten Dimensionsänderung der Feder aufweist und bei dem die zur Herstellung der Nut-Feder- Verbindung erforderlichen Kräfte möglichst gering sind.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass - in Richtung von der Nutzseite (der im verlegten Zustand sichtbaren Oberseite) gesehen - in einem ersten Abschnitt des Verbindungselementes die Neigung der ersten Flanke und der zweiten Flanke jeweils von der Mittellinie nach außen weist und in einem zweiten Abschnitt die Neigung der ersten Flanke von der Mittellinie nach außen weist und die Neigung der zweiten Flanke zur Mittellinie weist, wobei sich der Abstand senkrecht zur Mittellinie zwischen der ersten Flanke und der zweiten Flanke verringert.
Aufgrund dieser Ausgestaltung ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass beim Herstellen der Nut- Feder- Verbindung für die erste Flanke und die zweite Flanke zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten der Rastwiderstand sein Maximum aufweist, wodurch die erforderliche Kraft und die Gefahr einer Beschädigung des erfindungsgemäßen Paneelelementes verringert wird. Weiters kann aufgrund dieser Aufspaltung der Rastwiderstände die Neigung an den beiden Flanken des Verbindungselementes im ersten Abschnitt von der Mittellinie nach außen weisen, sodass eine Schwalbenschwanzverbindung vorgesehen ist, bei der an den beiden Flanken jeweils zumindest eine Kontaktstelle ausgebildet wird, wodurch ein guter Halt der Nut-Feder- Verbindung gegenüber Kräften und Momenten, welche im wesentlichen senkrecht auf die Längsachse der Feder wirken, erreicht wird. Aufgrund der Aufspaltung des Maximums der Rastwiderstände kann weiters eine größere Neigung an den beiden Flanken gewählt und die Gefahr einer Beschädigung des Paneelelementes aufgrund der zur Herstellung der Nut-feder- Verbindung erforderlichen Kraft gering gehalten werden.
In Weiterführung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die erste Flanke auf der dem Paneelelement abgewandten Seite des Verbindungselementes angeordnet ist. An der ersten Flanke kann eine größere Kontaktstelle ausgebildet werden, wodurch bei dieser
Anordnung ein besonders guter Widerstand gegenüber einer klimabedingten
Dimensionsänderung der Stirnseite der Feder erreicht wird.
Gemäß einer anderen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Neigung der ersten Flanke und die Neigung der zweiten Flanke im ersten Abschnitt jeweils im wesentlichen konstant ist. Diese Ausbildung entspricht einer herkömmlichen Schwalbenschwanzverbindung im ersten Abschnitt, welche einfach zu fertigen ist und eine gleichmäßige Spannungsverteilung an den Kontaktstellen ergibt.
In weiterer Ausbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die erste Flanke im ersten Abschnitt eine geringere Neigung als die zweite Flanke aufweist. Die Neigung ist ein wesentliches Maß für die zwischen der Nut und der Feder übertragbaren Spannungen normal zur Dekorseite, wobei bei einer größeren Neigung größere Spannungen übertragbar sind, ohne dass die Nut-Feder-Verbindung gelöst wird. Gemäß dieser Ausbildung sind an der zweiten Flanke größere Spannungen normal zur Dekorseite als an der ersten Flanke übertragbar, wodurch bei einer gegebenen Kontaktfläche an der zweiten Flanke die übertragbaren Kräfte erhöht werden können.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Neigung der ersten Flanke im zweiten Abschnitt im Wesentlichen konstant ist und gleich groß wie die Neigung der ersten Flanke im ersten Abschnitt ist. Dadurch ergibt sich an der ersten Flanke ein einfach herzustellendes Profil, bei dem der Rastwiderstand bei der Herstellung der Nut-Feder- Verbindung stetig abnimmt.
Gemäß wieder einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die zweite Flanke im zweiten Abschnitt verrundet ausgebildet ist. Durch die verrundete Ausführungsform wird die Gefahr von Spannungsspitzen aufgrund einer Kerbwirkung verringert. In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Nut eine dem
Verbindungselement gegengleich ausgebildete Vertiefung aufweist und im verbundenen Zustand der Nut-Feder- Verbindung an der ersten Flanke des Verbindungselementes eine erste Kontaktstelle und an der zweiten Flanke des Verbindungselementes eine zweite Kontaktstelle ausgebildet ist. Durch die Ausbildung der ersten Kontaktstelle und der zweiten Kontaktstelle an den Flanken des Verbindungselementes wird eine spielfreie Nut-Feder- Verbindung sichergestellt.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass im dem Gegenzug (d.h. der der Nutz- bzw. Dekorseite abgewandten Seite) zugewandten Bereich der
Vertiefung ein erster Leimkanal ausgebildet ist, wodurch eine besonders dauerhafte
Verbindung zwischen dem Verbindungselement und der Vertiefung mittels eines Klebstoffes erreicht werden kann.
Gemäß einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann die Nut einen weiteren Leimkanal aufweisen, wobei der weitere Leimkanal im verbundenen Zustand der Nut-Feder- Verbindung angrenzend an die Stirnseite der Feder angeordnet ist. Wird die Nut-Feder- Verbindung mittels eines Klebstoffes im weiteren Leimkanal verklebt, so weist sie einen besonders hohen Widerstand gegenüber einer klimabedingten Dimensionsänderung der Stirnseite der Feder auf. Weiters wird das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in den Bereich des Verbindungselementes verhindert.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass - im verbundenen Zustand der Nut-Feder- Verbindung - im Bereich der Stirnseite der Nut ein sich zwischen der Feder und der Nut bis zur zweiten Kontaktstelle erstreckender durchgehender Spalt ausgebildet ist. Durch die Ausbildung des Spaltes kann sichergestellt werden, dass die Nut-Feder- Verbindung im stirnseitigen Bereich der Feder aufliegt und Normalkräfte auf die Nutzseite im stirnseitigen Bereich der Feder direkt auf die Nut übertragen werden können, wodurch die Gefahr einer Beschädigung der Feder verringert wird.
In Weiterführung der Erfindung können die Seiten wenigstens bereichsweise mit einem hydrophoben Mittel behandelt, insbesondere besprüht, beschichtet od. dgl. sein. Dadurch kann die Lebensdauer des erfindungsgemäßen Paneelelementes und der erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindung erhöht werden, wobei das erfindungsgemäße Paneelelement auch bei eindringender Feuchtigkeit formstabil bleibt.
Beispiele für Paneelelmente im Sinne der Erfindung sind Parkettpaneele gemäß der DIN 280 oder Laminatpaneele gemäß der EN 13329. Die Erfindung wird unter Bezugnahme auf die beigeschlossenen Zeichnungen, in welchen Ausführungsformen dargestellt sind, näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine schematische Schrägansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Paneelelementes;
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt einer Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Paneelelementes;
Fig.3 die Nut-Feder- Verbindung des Paneelelementes gemäß Fig. 2; und Fig.4 das Detail A der Feder gemäß Fig. 2.
In Fig. 1 ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Paneelelement in Schrägansicht schematisch dargestellt. Das erfindungsgemäße Paneel element weist eine Nutzseite 11, einen der Nutzseite 11 gegenüberliegenden Gegenzug 12, eine erste Seite 13 mit einer Feder 2 und eine der ersten Seite 13 gegenüberliegende zweite Seite 14 mit einer der Feder 2 gegengleich ausgebildeten Nut 3 auf. Die Feder 2 weist ein Verbindungselement 4 auf, welches sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Nutzseite 11 erstreckt und dessen Querschnitt eine erste Flanke 41 und eine der ersten Flanke 41 gegenüberliegende zweite Flanke 42 aufweist, wobei der Querschnitt des Verbindungselementes 4 eine senkrecht zur Nutzseite 11 verlaufende Mittellinie 44 hat.
Das erfmdungsgemäße Paneelelement gemäß Fig. 1 weist eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Form auf. Es kann auch quadratisch sein oder eine andere Form aufweisen, wie z.B. rhombisch, dreieckig, sechseckig, achteckig, oval od. dgl.. Gemäß Fig. 1 können die erste Seite 13 und die zweite Seite 14 Stirnseiten (hier
Schnittstellen quer zum Faserverlauf) des erfindungsgemäßen Paneelelementes sein. Dabei kann vorgesehen sein, dass auch an den Längsseiten 15, 16 jeweils eine Feder 2 und/oder eine Nut 3 vorgesehen ist, wobei die Feder an einer der Längsseiten 15, 16 anders ausgestaltet sein kann als die Feder 2 an der ersten Seite 13. Bei anderen Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Paneelelementes ist vorgesehen, dass die Feder 2 an einer der Längsseiten ausgebildet ist.
In Fig. 2 ist der Querschnitt einer Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Paneelelementes dargestellt, wobei der Querschnitt normal zur Längsrichtung der Feder 2 ist. In Richtung von der Nutzseite 11 gesehen weist in einem ersten Abschnitt 45 des Verbindungselementes 4 die Neigung der ersten Flanke 41 und der zweiten Flanke 42 jeweils von der Mittellinie 44 nach außen. In einem zweiten Abschnitt 46 weist - in Richtung von der Nutzseite gesehen - die Neigung der ersten Flanke 41 von der Mittellinie 44 nach außen und die Neigung der zweiten Flanke 42 zur Mittellinie 44, wobei sich der Abstand senkrecht zur Mittellinie zwischen der ersten Flanke 41 und der zweiten Flanke 42 verringert. In Fig. 4 ist das Detail A der Querschnittsdarstellung gemäß Fig. 2 gezeigt, wobei der erste Abschnitt 45 und der zweite Abschnitt 46 durch strichlierte Linien hervorgehoben sind. Die Neigung der ersten Flanke 41 und die Neigung der zweiten Flanke 42 sind im ersten Abschnitt 45 jeweils im Wesentlichen konstant. Das Verbindungselement 4 weist im ersten Abschnitt 45 die Gestalt eines klassischen Schwalbenschwanzes mit sich von einem Wurzelbereich 43 des Verbindungselementes 4 erweiternden Flanken 41,42 auf.
Die erste Flanke 41 weist auch im zweiten Abschnitt 46 eine im wesentlichen konstante
Neigung auf, welche gleich groß wie die Neigung der ersten Flanke 41 im ersten Abschnitt 45 ist, wobei die Ausführung einer im wesentlichen konstanten Neigung der ersten Flanke 41 im ersten Abschnitt 45 und dem zweiten Abschnitt 46 und einem gegebenenfalls zwischen diesen
Abschnitten 45,46 liegenden Bereich einfach herstellbar ist.
Die zweite Flanke 42 kann im zweiten Abschnitt 46 verrundet ausgebildet sein, wodurch ein einfaches Einführen der zweiten Flanke 42 der Feder 2 in die Nut 3 sichergestellt ist.
Die Nut 3 weist eine dem Verbindungselement 4 gegengleich ausgebildete Vertiefung 5 auf. In der Nut 3 werden bei der verrundeten Ausführung der zweiten Flanke 42 im zweiten Abschnitt 46 Spannungsspitzen aufgrund Kerbwirkung vennieden.
Die Nut-Feder-Verbindung der Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Paneelelementes gemäß Fig. 2 ist in Fig. 3 dargestellt. Bei dem Zusammenfügen der Nut- Feder- Verbindung wird die Feder 2 senkrecht zur Nutzseite gegen die Nut 3 bewegt und/oder gekippt, wobei zuerst die erste Flanke 41 einen ersten Rand 51 der Vertiefung 5 berührt. Bei einer weiteren Bewegung tritt an der ersten Flanke 41 und dem ersten Rand 51 eine Verformung auf, wobei ein erster Rastwiderstand überwunden werden muss, welcher seinen Maximalwert beim Auftreffen der ersten Flanke 41 auf den ersten Rand 51 hat. Bei dieser Position berührt die zweite Flanke 42 den dem ersten Rand 51 gegenüberliegenden zweiten Rand 52 der Vertiefung nicht, weshalb an der zweiten Flanke 42 in dieser Position kein Rastwiderstand auftritt. Nach dem Überwinden des Maximums des ersten Rastwiderstandes an der ersten Flanke 41 nähert sich bei der weiteren Bewegung die zweite Flanke 42 dem zweiten Rand 52 an, bis sie diesen berührt und an der zweiten Flanke 42 ein zweiter Rastwiderstand auftritt, wobei das Maximum des zweiten Rastwiderstandes nicht gleichzeitig mit dem Maximum des ersten Rastwiderstandes auftritt, sodass die zur Herstellung der Nut-Feder- Verbindung erforderliche Kraft geringer als die Summe des Maximums des ersten Rastwiderstandes und des Maximums des zweiten Rastwiderstandes ist. Die erforderliche Kraft zur Herstellung der Nut-Feder- Verbindung, welche quer zur
Verlegeebene gerichtet ist, kann mittels Hammerschlages auf einen Schlagklotz aufgebracht werden. Die Anordnung der erfindungsgemäßen Paneele zueinander ist spielfrei, fugenlos und zerstörungsfrei wieder lösbar. An der nutseitigen Stirnseite 14 des Paneelelements ist an der Oberseite der Kante 51 eine zur Nutzfläche 11 parallel verlaufende erste Referenzfläche 53 ausgebildet, die den gleichen vertikalen Abstand gegenüber der Nutzfläche 11 aufweist wie die gegenüber liegende, an der federseitigen Stirnseite 13 ausgebildete, zur Nutzfläche 11 parallele, zweite Referenzfläche 22, die sich im verlegten Zustand an der Unterseite der Feder 2 zwischen der Stirnseite 21 und der Flanke 41 angeordnet ist. Im verbundenen Zustand liegt die Feder 2 auf der Kante 53 auf. Durch diesen gleichen vertikalen Abstand der ersten 53 und der zweiten 22 Referenzfläche gegenüber der Nutzfläche 11 kommt es im verbundenen Zustand der Nut- Feder-Verbindung zu einem Formschluss zwischen der ersten 53 und zweiten 22 Referenzfläche wie in Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist. Dadurch wird es erleichtert, im verlegten Zustand eine spaltfreie Oberfläche (ohne Niveauunterschied) zu erzielen.
Im verbundenen Zustand der Nut-Feder- Verbindung ist an der ersten Flanke 41 eine erste Kontaktstelle 61 und an der zweiten Flanke 42 eine zweite Kontaktstelle 62 ausgebildet, welche in Fig. 3 durch jeweils einen Punkt angedeutet sind. Die von einer der Kontaktstelle 61, 62 übertragbare Kraft senkrecht zur Nutzfläche 11 ist proportional zur Fläche der Kontaktstelle 61, 62 und der Neigung der Flanke 41, 42 des Verbindungselementes 4 an der Seite der Kontaktstelle 61, 62. Da die Fläche der Kontaktstelle 61 größer als die der Kontaktstelle 62 ausgeführt werden kann, erscheint es vorteilhaft, wenn die erste Flanke 41 im ersten Abschnitt 45 eine geringere Neigung als die zweite Flanke 42 aufweist, wodurch der Betrag der senkrecht zur Nutzfläche 11 übertragbaren Kräfte der Kontaktstellen 61, 62 gegenseitig angenähert werden kömien.
Weiters hat sich als günstig herausgestellt, wenn - im verbundenen Zustand der Nut- Feder- Verbindung - im Bereich der Stirnseite 31 der Nut 3 ein sich zwischen der Feder 2 und der Nut 3 bis zur zweiten Kontaktstelle 62 erstreckender Spalt 8 ausgebildet ist. Dadurch kann sichergestellt werden, dass die Stirnseite 21 der Feder im Bereich der Nutzseite 11 spaltenfrei an der Nutzseite 11 des angrenzenden erfindungsgemäßen Paneelelementes anliegt, wobei herstellungsbedingte Toleranzen durch den Spalt 8 ausgeglichen werden können. Weiters kann sichergestellt werden, dass die Nut-Feder- Verbindung im Bereich der Stirnseite 21 der Feder 2 aufliegt und Normalkräfte auf die Nutzseite 11 im stirnseitigen Bereich der Feder 2 direkt auf die Nut 3 und einen darunter liegenden Boden übertragen werden können, sodass keine Biegemomente in der Feder auftreten und die Gefahr einer Beschädigung der Feder 2 gering ist. Wird das in Fig. 3 rechts dargestellte erfindungsgemäße Paneelelement nach unten im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, so wirkt im Wesentlichen die Kontaktstelle 61 dieser Bewegung entgegen. In diesem Zusammenhang erscheint es vorteilhaft zu sein, wenn die erste Flanke 41 auf der dem Paneelelement abgewandten Seite des Verbindungselementes 4 angeordnet ist, da die erste Kontaktstelle 61 größer als die zweite Kontaktstelle 62 ausgebildet sein kann und daher bei einer vorgegebenen Beanspruchung geringere Spannungen auftreten. Die Kontaktstelle wirkt auch einer klimabedingten Dimensionsänderung der Feder entgegen.
Eine besonders dauerhafte und belastbare Nut-Feder- Verbindung kann erreicht werden, wenn die Feder 2 mit der Nut 3 verklebt wird. Dazu kann im dem Gegenzug 12 zugewandten Bereich der Vertiefung 5 ein erster Leimkanal 71 ausgebildet sein. Bei der in Fig. 3 gezeigten Ausführungsform erstreckt sich der Leimkanal 71 über die gesamte Breite des Querschnitts der Vertiefung 5. In anderen Ausführungsformen kann auch ein Bereich der Vertiefung 5 vertieft ausgeführt sein und den Leimkanal 71 ausbilden.
Weiters kann die Nut 3 einen weiteren Leimkanal 72 aufweisen, wobei der weitere Leimkanal 72 im verbundenen Zustand der Nut-Feder- Verbindung angrenzend an die Stirnseite 21 der Feder 2 angeordnet ist. Eine Verklebung der Feder 2 mit der Nut 3 im Bereich des weiteren Leimkanals 72 bewirkt einen besonders hohen Widerstand gegenüber einer klimabedingten Dimensionsänderung der Stirnseite 21 der Feder 2. Weiters wird das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in den Bereich des Verbindungselementes 4 verhindert. Eine lange Haltbarkeit des erfindungsgemäßen Päneelelementes und der erfindungs- gemäßen Verbindung kann erreicht werden, wenn die Seiten 13, 14, 15, 16 wenigstens bereichsweise mit einem hydrophoben Mittel behandelt, insbesondere besprüht, beschichtet od. dgl. sind.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Paneelelement mit einer Nutzseite, einem der Nutzseite gegenüberliegenden Gegenzug, einer ersten Seite mit einer Feder, einer der ersten Seite gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite mit einer der Feder gegengleich ausgebildeten Nut, wobei die Feder ein Verbindungselement aufweist, welches sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Nutzseite erstreckt und dessen Querschnitt eine erste Flanke und eine der ersten Flanke gegenüberliegende zweite Flanke aufweist, wobei der Querschnitt des Verbindungselementes eine senkrecht zur Nutzseite verlaufende Mittellinie hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in Richtung von der Nutzseite (11) gesehen - in einem ersten Abschnitt (45) des Verbindungselementes (4) die Neigung der ersten Flanke (41) und der zweiten Flanke (42) jeweils von der Mittellinie (44) nach außen weist und in einem zweiten Abschnitt (46) die Neigung der ersten Flanke (41) von der Mittellinie (44) nach außen weist und die Neigung der zweiten Flanke (42) zur Mittellinie (44) weist, wobei sich der Abstand senkrecht zur Mittellinie (44) zwischen der ersten Flanke (41) und der zweiten Flanke (42) verringert.
2. Paneelelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Flanke (41) auf der dem Paneelelement abgewandten Seite des Verbindungselementes (4) angeordnet ist.
3. Paneelelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung der ersten Flanke (41) und die Neigung der zweiten Flanke (42) im ersten Abschnitt (45) jeweils im Wesentlichen konstant ist.
4. Paneelelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Flanke (41) im ersten Abschnitt (45) eine geringere Neigung als die zweite Flanke (42) aufweist.
5. Paneelelement nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung der ersten Flanke (41) im zweiten Abschnitt (46) im wesentlichen konstant ist und gleich groß wie die Neigung der ersten Flanke (41) im ersten Abschnitt (45) ist.
6. Paneelelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Flanke (42) im zweiten Abschnitt (46) verrundet ausgebildet ist.
7. Paneelelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (3) eine dem Verbindungselement (4) gegengleich ausgebildete Vertiefung (5) aufweist und im verbundenen Zustand der Nut-Feder- Verbindung an der ersten Flanke (41) des Verbindungselementes (4) eine erste Kontaktstelle (61) und an der zweiten Flanke (42) des Verbindungselementes (4) eine zweite Kontaktstelle (62) ausgebildet ist.
8. Paneelelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im dem Gegenzug (12) zugewandten Bereich der Vertiefung (5) ein erster Leimkanal (71) ausgebildet ist.
9. Paneelelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (3) einen weiteren Leimkanal (72) aufweist, wobei der weitere Leimkanal (72) im verbundenen Zustand der Nut-Feder- Verbindung angrenzend an die Stirnseite (21) der Feder (2) angeordnet ist.
10. Paneelelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - im verbundenen Zustand der Nut-Feder- Verbindung - im Bereich der Stirnseite (31) der Nut (3) ein sich zwischen der Feder (2) und der Nut (3) bis zur zweiten Kontaktstelle (62) erstreckender durchgehender Spalt (8) ausgebildet ist.
11. Paneelelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seiten (13, 14, 15, 16) wenigstens bereichsweise mit einem hydrophoben Mittel behandelt- insbesondere besprüht, beschichtet od. dgl. sind.
