Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un cavet (5) en forme de bande préfabriqué en atelier, composé d'une matière plastique, de PVC, de caoutchouc, de linoléum ou de matières utilisées dans l'art, comprenant les étapes de travail suivantes :
    - découpe en bandes à la machine ;
    - entrée de la bande dans un dispositif de façonnage pour la recourber le long de son axe longitudinal ;
    - application d'un coin d'appui d'angle (8) composée d'une matière plastique à élasticité permanente dans la zone de courbure convexe de la bande, de préférence à l'intérieur du dispositif de façonnage.
  2. Procédé de fabrication d'un cavet (5) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le coin d'appui d'angle (8) est façonné dans un bloc de chauffe à partir d'une colle de fusion.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un cavet (5) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les bandes sont chauffées dans le dispositif de façonnage avant l'application du coin d'appui d'angle (8) dans la zone de courbure (7).
  4. Procédé de fabrication cavet en forme de bande (5) selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le cavet (5) est refroidi à l'intérieur du dispositif de façonnage après l'application du coin d'appui d'angle (8).
  5. Cavet préfabriqué en atelier (5) pour des revêtements de sol en matière plastique, PVC, caoutchouc, linoléum ou autres matières utilisées dans l'art, pour réaliser une terminaison de mur étanche à l'humidité, le cavet (5) étant fabriqué à partir d'une découpe en forme de bande du même matériau qui compose le revêtement de sol (4), et dans lequel le cavet (5) et le revêtement de sol (4) sont reliés entre eux au niveau du bord (6) en formant un cordon de soudure,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le cavet (5) est recourbé à angle droit le long de son axe longitudinal et est recouvert d'un coin d'appui d'angle (8) en matière plastique à élasticité permanente le long de sa zone de courbure convexe (7).
  6. Cavet selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le coin d'appui d'angle (8) est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau en matière plastique à élasticité permanente.
  7. Cavet selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le coin d'appui d'angle (8) est fabriquée à partir d'une colle de fusion.
  8. Cavet selon la revendication 5, 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le coin d'appui d'angle (8) présente une épaisseur jusqu'à 8 mm, de préférence jusqu'à 5 mm en son point le plus élevé.
  9. Cavet selon la revendication 5, 6, 7 ou 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rayon de coin du cavet est inférieur à 35 mm, de préférence inférieur à 22 mm, et est particulièrement préféré à 18 mm.
